Spikerici HRT-ovog Radija Dubrovnik Mariji Laptalo u utorak su u KBC-u Split na pregledu želuca endoskopskim ultrazvukom (EUS) djelomično izbijena dva prednja zuba, a aparatom za pretragu naneseno je i više ozljeda usne šupljine. Naša kolegica Marija sve je ispričala za portal UNA, piše Dubrovački vjesnik.

Nakon što je prebrodila prvo stanje šoka od svega što je, tvrdi, u splitskoj bolnici doživjela, s cijelom se pričom obratila redakciji UNE, prilažući fotografije ozljeda.

Nasilje u ordinaciji

“Prijateljice su bile sa mnom, prestravile su se kad sam izašla iz ordinacije. Jučer sam cijeli dan plakala, a onda sam zaključila da se za ovo mora znati. Bolujem od dvije kronične bolesti i posjet liječniku mi nije nikakvo čudo, ni rijetko, a doživjela sam i neugodnosti. Ovako nešto nisam mogla ni sanjati. Osjećam se silovano, nemam bolje riječi”, kaže Laptalo.

Prema njezinim riječima, na EUS ju je uputilo gastroenterolog iz Dubrovnika, gdje je zbog kroničnog gastritisa nekoliko puta rađena gastroskopija.

Ovaj put se liječniku zbog vidljive tvorbe učinilo da bi trebalo isključiti malignu bolest želuca, pa je ordinirao zahvat koji se ne radi u Dubrovniku.

“Upozorena sam da ta pretraga traje nešto duže nego obična gastroskopija i da je cijev deblja, pa sam očekivala da će me posebno pripremiti, možda i dati narkozu. Gastroskopiju su mi bez sedacije radili nekoliko puta, no to traje pet minuta, što nije problem izdržati. Trideset, četrdeset minuta, koliko je ovo na otprilike trajalo, sasvim je nešto drugo. U svakom slučaju, očekivala sam razgovor i pripremu za pregled", kaže Laptalo.

Na splitskom Zavodu za gastroenterologiju ju je dočekala jedino medicinska sestra koja je, tvrdi, jedva razgovarala s njom. 

"Nakon nekog vremena je u ordinaciju ušao liječnik i još neki jako mladi liječnik, vjerojatno specijalizant. Nitko mi se nije prestavio, niti su mi se ne obratili. Uzeli su nalaze, nakon čega je doktor izrazio iznerviranost što sam uopće tu i što im se šalju ‘čvrge‘ ili kvrge od 13 mm, nisam ga dobro razmjela. 

U nekom sam momentu komentirala da je to na početku bio polip koji se razlio na zahvatu, a on mi je odgovorio da nemam nijedan nalaz. 

Rekla sam da je tu sve i da samo pregleda dokumentaciju, no on je i dalje stajao okrenut leđima i tvrdio da nema ničeg. 

Nakon nekog vremena, tražila sam da mi da papire i pokazala ovom doktoru sve te nalaze. 

Nitko ništa nije odgovorio", priča Laptalo za UNA-u.

Osim polomljenih zuba, gospođa je s pregleda otišla izranjavanih usta i jednjaka

Kaže da joj je medicinska sestra dala neku injekciju, od koje nije osjetila ništa.

U gastroskopiji se u usta bolesnika postavlja usnik koji je potrebno lagano prihvatiti zubima i koji služi zaštit bolesnikovih zubiju, ali i endoskopskog aparata koji izgleda kao tanko crijevo koje se provlači kroz pacijentov jednjak, želudac i dvanaesnik. 

U četrdesetak minuta liječnik je, prema riječima Laptalove, neprekidno naglo pomicao crijevo u svim pravcima, komentirao “čvrgu” ili kvrgu koju on sad mora pregledavati i nije reagirao ni kada je vidio krv.

Osjetila krv i komadiće zuba

"U jednom sam trenutku osjetila krv i neke komadiće pod usnom, ali nisam znala je li to komad usnika ili što. Kad je prestao, shvatila sam da mi je potezanjem crijeva odlomio dva prednja zuba”, kaže Laptalo.

Specijalizant je nakon pretrage napustio ordinaciju i Laptalo je ostala sa sestrom i doktorom koji joj je okrenuo leđa i pisao nalaz.

Tada je, još u šoku, kazala da su joj pukli zubi.

"Liječnik se nije ni okrenuo, a sestra je na to samo kazala da joj nisam izgledala kao da mogu toliko podnijeti", kaže. 

O svemu su poslali pitanja ravnatelju splitske bolnice, a odgovor će objaviti čim ga dobiju. 

U međuvremenu je Laptalo dobila citološki nalaz koji govori da su analizom punktata tvorbe u abdomenu nađene "nakupine stanica sluznice, malo pločastih epielnih stanica, elementi krvi i sluz", što otvara i pitanje je li uopće napravljena analiza tvorbe zbog koje je pacijentica upućena na pregled.

Spikerici HRT-ovog Radija Dubrovnik Mariji Laptalo u utorak su u KBC-u Split na pregledu želuca endoskopskim ultrazvukom (EUS) djelomično izbijena dva prednja zuba, a aparatom za pretragu naneseno je i više ozljeda usne šupljine. Naša kolegica Marija sve je ispričala za portal UNA, piše Dubrovački vjesnik.

Nakon što je prebrodila prvo stanje šoka od svega što je, tvrdi, u splitskoj bolnici doživjela, s cijelom se pričom obratila redakciji UNE, prilažući fotografije ozljeda.

“Prijateljice su bile sa mnom, prestravile su se kad sam izašla iz ordinacije. Jučer sam cijeli dan plakala, a onda sam zaključila da se za ovo mora znati. Bolujem od dvije kronične bolesti i posjet liječniku mi nije nikakvo čudo, ni rijetko, a doživjela sam i neugodnosti. Ovako nešto nisam mogla ni sanjati. Osjećam se silovano, nemam bolje riječi”, kaže Laptalo.

Prema njezinim riječima, na EUS ju je uputilo gastroenterolog iz Dubrovnika, gdje je zbog kroničnog gastritisa nekoliko puta rađena gastroskopija.

Ovaj put se liječniku zbog vidljive tvorbe učinilo da bi trebalo isključiti malignu bolest želuca, pa je ordinirao zahvat koji se ne radi u Dubrovniku.

“Upozorena sam da ta pretraga traje nešto duže nego obična gastroskopija i da je cijev deblja, pa sam očekivala da će me posebno pripremiti, možda i dati narkozu. Gastroskopiju su mi bez sedacije radili nekoliko puta, no to traje pet minuta, što nije problem izdržati. Trideset, četrdeset minuta, koliko je ovo na otprilike trajalo, sasvim je nešto drugo. U svakom slučaju, očekivala sam razgovor i pripremu za pregled", kaže Laptalo.

Na splitskom Zavodu za gastroenterologiju ju je dočekala jedino medicinska sestra koja je, tvrdi, jedva razgovarala s njom. 

"Nakon nekog vremena je u ordinaciju ušao liječnik i još neki jako mladi liječnik, vjerojatno specijalizant. Nitko mi se nije prestavio, niti su mi se ne obratili. Uzeli su nalaze, nakon čega je doktor izrazio iznerviranost što sam uopće tu i što im se šalju ‘čvrge‘ ili kvrge od 13 mm, nisam ga dobro razmjela. 

U nekom sam momentu komentirala da je to na početku bio polip koji se razlio na zahvatu, a on mi je odgovorio da nemam nijedan nalaz. 

Rekla sam da je tu sve i da samo pregleda dokumentaciju, no on je i dalje stajao okrenut leđima i tvrdio da nema ničeg. 

Nakon nekog vremena, tražila sam da mi da papire i pokazala ovom doktoru sve te nalaze. 

Nitko ništa nije odgovorio", priča Laptalo za UNA-u.

Osim polomljenih zuba, gospođa je s pregleda otišla izranjavanih usta i jednjaka

Kaže da joj je medicinska sestra dala neku injekciju, od koje nije osjetila ništa.

U gastroskopiji se u usta bolesnika postavlja usnik koji je potrebno lagano prihvatiti zubima i koji služi zaštit bolesnikovih zubiju, ali i endoskopskog aparata koji izgleda kao tanko crijevo koje se provlači kroz pacijentov jednjak, želudac i dvanaesnik. 

U četrdesetak minuta liječnik je, prema riječima Laptalove, neprekidno naglo pomicao crijevo u svim pravcima, komentirao “čvrgu” ili kvrgu koju on sad mora pregledavati i nije reagirao ni kada je vidio krv.

Osjetila krv i komadiće zuba

"U jednom sam trenutku osjetila krv i neke komadiće pod usnom, ali nisam znala je li to komad usnika ili što. Kad je prestao, shvatila sam da mi je potezanjem crijeva odlomio dva prednja zuba”, kaže Laptalo.

Specijalizant je nakon pretrage napustio ordinaciju i Laptalo je ostala sa sestrom i doktorom koji joj je okrenuo leđa i pisao nalaz.

Tada je, još u šoku, kazala da su joj pukli zubi.

"Liječnik se nije ni okrenuo, a sestra je na to samo kazala da joj nisam izgledala kao da mogu toliko podnijeti", kaže. 

O svemu su poslali pitanja ravnatelju splitske bolnice, a odgovor će objaviti čim ga dobiju. 

U međuvremenu je Laptalo dobila citološki nalaz koji govori da su analizom punktata tvorbe u abdomenu nađene "nakupine stanica sluznice, malo pločastih epielnih stanica, elementi krvi i sluz", što otvara i pitanje je li uopće napravljena analiza tvorbe zbog koje je pacijentica upućena na pregled.

Spikerici HRT-ovog Radija Dubrovnik Mariji Laptalo u utorak su u KBC-u Split na pregledu želuca endoskopskim ultrazvukom (EUS) djelomično izbijena dva prednja zuba, a aparatom za pretragu naneseno je i više ozljeda usne šupljine. Naša kolegica Marija sve je ispričala za portal UNA, piše Dubrovački vjesnik.

Nakon što je prebrodila prvo stanje šoka od svega što je, tvrdi, u splitskoj bolnici doživjela, s cijelom se pričom obratila redakciji UNE, prilažući fotografije ozljeda.
