Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja objavilo je ime odabranog izvođača radova na sanaciji srednje Zdravstvene škole, a riječ je o firmi Emplastrum iz Dicma.

Ponuda ove firme od 2,3 milijuna kuna s PDV-om odabrana je kao ekonomski najpovoljnija među četiri pristigle ponude (Eding iz Zagreba, Crivac iz Solina, MGA nekretnine i Emplastrum). Nakon uvođenja u posao, radovi bi trebali biti gotovi za 150 dana.
Ova škola čeka već dugo vremena na sanaciju pročelja. Otvorena je prije gotovo sedam godina za oko 700 učenika koji pohađaju zdravstvene smjerove. Država je u nju uložila 50 milijuna kuna, a izvođač radova bila je tvrtka “Osijek Koteks”.

No, već s prvom burom nakon otvaranja nastali su problemi jer loše izvedena fasada nije izdržala, a to se nastavilo kroz iduće sezone praćene jakom kišom i vjetrom. Stanje je postajalo sve ozbiljnije jer su nakon svakog jačeg refula vjetra, s istočne strane zgrade ponovno padali komadi fasadnog i izolacijskog materijala, srećom bez posljedica za ljudske živote.

Po tko zna koliko puta na web-stranicama škole stajala je obavijest učenicima i djelatnicima da se u školu ulazi isključivo sa zapadne strane zgrade, a pred školom je stajala zaštitna ograda uz upozorenje od pada fasade. Nakon što je sudski vještak za graditeljstvo pregledao zgradu, naložio je promjenu cijele fasade jer u protivnom u njemu ne bi bilo moguće održavati nastavu.

Sada je konačno na putu rješenje. Splitska Stabilnost izradila je projekt sanacije, a sad je i odabran izvođač nakon što se opet kasnilo s javnim pozivom. Dio sredstava za ovu fazu radova je osiguran u proračunu ministarstva, dok je ostatak, u nadležnosti Splitsko-dalmatinske županije. U nastavku radova planira se nadogradnja škole jer postoji potreba za još tri razreda. Kako bilo, budući zdravstveni djelatnici zaslužili su sigurnu školu.

Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja objavilo je ime odabranog izvođača radova na sanaciji srednje Zdravstvene škole, a riječ je o firmi Emplastrum iz Dicma.

Ponuda ove firme od 2,3 milijuna kuna s PDV-om odabrana je kao ekonomski najpovoljnija među četiri pristigle ponude (Eding iz Zagreba, Crivac iz Solina, MGA nekretnine i Emplastrum). Nakon uvođenja u posao, radovi bi trebali biti gotovi za 150 dana.
Ova škola čeka već dugo vremena na sanaciju pročelja. Otvorena je prije gotovo sedam godina za oko 700 učenika koji pohađaju zdravstvene smjerove. Država je u nju uložila 50 milijuna kuna, a izvođač radova bila je tvrtka “Osijek Koteks”.

No, već s prvom burom nakon otvaranja nastali su problemi jer loše izvedena fasada nije izdržala, a to se nastavilo kroz iduće sezone praćene jakom kišom i vjetrom. Stanje je postajalo sve ozbiljnije jer su nakon svakog jačeg refula vjetra, s istočne strane zgrade ponovno padali komadi fasadnog i izolacijskog materijala, srećom bez posljedica za ljudske živote.

Po tko zna koliko puta na web-stranicama škole stajala je obavijest učenicima i djelatnicima da se u školu ulazi isključivo sa zapadne strane zgrade, a pred školom je stajala zaštitna ograda uz upozorenje od pada fasade. Nakon što je sudski vještak za graditeljstvo pregledao zgradu, naložio je promjenu cijele fasade jer u protivnom u njemu ne bi bilo moguće održavati nastavu.

Sada je konačno na putu rješenje. Splitska Stabilnost izradila je projekt sanacije, a sad je i odabran izvođač nakon što se opet kasnilo s javnim pozivom. Dio sredstava za ovu fazu radova je osiguran u proračunu ministarstva, dok je ostatak, u nadležnosti Splitsko-dalmatinske županije. U nastavku radova planira se nadogradnja škole jer postoji potreba za još tri razreda. Kako bilo, budući zdravstveni djelatnici zaslužili su sigurnu školu.

Odabran je izvođač radova: Zdravstvenu školu u Splitu sanirat će firma iz Dicma za 2,3 milijuna kuna

Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja objavilo je ime odabranog izvođača radova na sanaciji srednje Zdravstvene škole, a riječ je o firmi Emplastrum iz Dicma.

Ponuda ove firme od 2,3 milijuna kuna s PDV-om odabrana je kao ekonomski najpovoljnija među četiri pristigle ponude (Eding iz Zagreba, Crivac iz Solina, MGA nekretnine i Emplastrum). Nakon uvođenja u posao, radovi bi trebali biti gotovi za 150 dana.
Ova škola čeka već dugo vremena na sanaciju pročelja. Otvorena je prije gotovo sedam godina za oko 700 učenika koji pohađaju zdravstvene smjerove. Država je u nju uložila 50 milijuna kuna, a izvođač radova bila je tvrtka “Osijek Koteks”.

No, već s prvom burom nakon otvaranja nastali su problemi jer loše izvedena fasada nije izdržala, a to se nastavilo kroz iduće sezone ...
