Na idućoj (i zadnjoj) sjednici Gradskog vijeća u ovom sazivu jedna od točaka dnevnog reda bit će posvećena Žnjanu.

Gradski vijećnici prihvatili su prijedlog ugostitelja Tomislava Burazina da se raspravi o njegovom slučaju. On je izgradio bespravni ugostiteljski objekt na pomorskom dobru koji je srušen, ali je kasnije ishodio dvije lokacijske dozvole prema prijašnjoj planskoj dokumentaciji.

Burazin je postavio uvjet da će odustati od tužbe protiv Grada ako se na natječaju za koncesiju za žnjanski plato prijavi u zajednici ponuditelja s gradskom tvrtkom "Žnjan", nekadašnjom Spalatum DMC

Još nije objavljeno kad će se održati sjednica Gradskog vijeća, a ne zna se niti je li Burazinov zahtjev pravno utemeljen. No, rok za prijavu na natječaj za koncesiju za žnjanski plato isteći će prije nego li se sazove sjednica Gradskog vijeća na kojoj bi ovaj ugostitelj trebao iznijeti svoje probleme.

Upitali smo Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture do kada traje rok za predaju ponuda za koncesiju na žnjanski plato, na što su nam odgovorili kako je "rok za dostavu ponuda 23.03.2021. u 23:59 sati".

Sad je već sigurno da se Gradsko vijeće neće do tada sastati, jer su iz Grada medijima trebali poslati obavijest o sazivanju sjednice najmanje sedam dana ranije.

Gradska tvrtka "Žnjan" još se nije prijavila na natječaj. Direktor Ante Šunjić nam je potvrdio da to namjeravaju učiniti, i to samostalno.

- Natječaj kojeg je Ministarstvo raspisalo traje, on je raspisan do 23. ožujka u ponoć i mi ćemo se na natječaj prijaviti kao "Žnjan" d.o.o.. - napominje Šunjić.

Inače, predsjednik Skupštine "Žnjana" je gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara, pa je on u tom smislu nadređen Šunjiću, a ne Gradsko vijeće.

Podsjetimo da na sastanak s Burazinom na kojem je većina predsjednika klubova stranaka prihvatila njegov prijedlog da ga se pozove na sjednicu Gradskog vijeća nisu došli Opara, Domagoj Maroević, predsjednik kluba vijećnika HDZ-a, a niti predstavnik Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

Opara je već ranije rekao da su Burazinove dozvole "mrtvi papir" izdane po planu koji više ne važi, a da Grad ima novi Plan.

Nedavno je izjavio da nije bio pozvan na sastanak s njim, a niti bi se pojavio na sastanku s bespravnim graditeljem i strankom koja nema nikakve veze s procesom koji se završava na Žnjanu.

Burazin pak sa svoje strane nije štedio „municiju” prozivajući Grad i Županiju i predlagao je riješenje po kojem bi se mogao natjecati za koncesiju na atraktivnoj lokaciji.

Međutim, iako će do sjednice već isteći rok za prijavu za koncesiju, a „Žnjan d.o.o.” će se već dotle prijaviti na natječaj za koncesiju, gradski vijećnici će svejedno imati na dnevnom redu točku o Žnjanu i Burazinu.

Ovaj paradoks nam je potvrdio predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Igor Stanišić. On je sve materijale koje je Burazin sa svojim odvjetnikom dostavio uputio županijskom v.d. pročelniku Upravnog odjela za turizam i pomorstvo Stipi Čogelji i gradonačelniku Andri Krstuloviću Opari, odnosno stručnim službama, od kojih je zatražio očitovanja koja bi poslužila vijećnicima za donošenje odluke.

Kako doznajemo, gradski vijećnici će na sjednici glasati o osnivanju zajednice ponuditelja u koju bi bile uključene tvrtke "Žnjan" i "Mehatronika Burazin".

U toj zajednici bi krovni član bila spomenuta gradska tvrtka, a jedan od članova bi bila "Mehatronika" za dio žnjanskog platoa koji se nalazi na punti nasute plaže.

Kako bi to izgledalo da se zajednica ponuditelja formira nakon što je istekao rok za prijavu, i nakon što se već jedna od tvrtki samostalno javila na natječaj za dobivanje koncesije, te postoje li uopće ikakve pravne potrebe da Grad pristane na ultimatume Burazina, bit će vjerojatno teme za raspravu vijećnika.

Do sada je Ministarstvu, kako se može vidjeti na stranicama Elektronskog oglasnika narodnih novina, poslano sedam upita u vezi uvjeta javne nabave, no nije otkriveno tko je postavljao pitanja.

Upitali smo Antu Šunjića je li on slao upite, kazao je da ne može odgovoriti jer ne bi htio ugroziti natječaj. Tako za sada ne znamo je li samo Grad u igri ili postoji više zainteresiranih za žnjanski plato.

Na idućoj (i zadnjoj) sjednici Gradskog vijeća u ovom sazivu jedna od točaka dnevnog reda bit će posvećena Žnjanu.

Gradski vijećnici prihvatili su prijedlog ugostitelja Tomislava Burazina da se raspravi o njegovom slučaju. On je izgradio bespravni ugostiteljski objekt na pomorskom dobru koji je srušen, ali je kasnije ishodio dvije lokacijske dozvole prema prijašnjoj planskoj dokumentaciji.

Burazin je postavio uvjet da će odustati od tužbe protiv Grada ako se na natječaju za koncesiju za žnjanski plato prijavi u zajednici ponuditelja s gradskom tvrtkom "Žnjan", nekadašnjom Spalatum DMC

Još nije objavljeno kad će se održati sjednica Gradskog vijeća, a ne zna se niti je li Burazinov zahtjev pravno utemeljen. No, rok za prijavu na natječaj za koncesiju za žnjanski plato isteći će prije nego li se sazove sjednica Gradskog vijeća na kojoj bi ovaj ugostitelj trebao iznijeti svoje probleme.

Upitali smo Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture do kada traje rok za predaju ponuda za koncesiju na žnjanski plato, na što su nam odgovorili kako je "rok za dostavu ponuda 23.03.2021. u 23:59 sati".

Sad je već sigurno da se Gradsko vijeće neće do tada sastati, jer su iz Grada medijima trebali poslati obavijest o sazivanju sjednice najmanje sedam dana ranije.

Gradska tvrtka "Žnjan" još se nije prijavila na natječaj. Direktor Ante Šunjić nam je potvrdio da to namjeravaju učiniti, i to samostalno.

- Natječaj kojeg je Ministarstvo raspisalo traje, on je raspisan do 23. ožujka u ponoć i mi ćemo se na natječaj prijaviti kao "Žnjan" d.o.o.. - napominje Šunjić.

Inače, predsjednik Skupštine "Žnjana" je gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara, pa je on u tom smislu nadređen Šunjiću, a ne Gradsko vijeće.

Podsjetimo da na sastanak s Burazinom na kojem je većina predsjednika klubova stranaka prihvatila njegov prijedlog da ga se pozove na sjednicu Gradskog vijeća nisu došli Opara, Domagoj Maroević, predsjednik kluba vijećnika HDZ-a, a niti predstavnik Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

Opara je već ranije rekao da su Burazinove dozvole "mrtvi papir" izdane po planu koji više ne važi, a da Grad ima novi Plan.

Nedavno je izjavio da nije bio pozvan na sastanak s njim, a niti bi se pojavio na sastanku s bespravnim graditeljem i strankom koja nema nikakve veze s procesom koji se završava na Žnjanu.

Burazin pak sa svoje strane nije štedio „municiju” prozivajući Grad i Županiju i predlagao je riješenje po kojem bi se mogao natjecati za koncesiju na atraktivnoj lokaciji.

Međutim, iako će do sjednice već isteći rok za prijavu za koncesiju, a „Žnjan d.o.o.” će se već dotle prijaviti na natječaj za koncesiju, gradski vijećnici će svejedno imati na dnevnom redu točku o Žnjanu i Burazinu.

Ovaj paradoks nam je potvrdio predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Igor Stanišić. On je sve materijale koje je Burazin sa svojim odvjetnikom dostavio uputio županijskom v.d. pročelniku Upravnog odjela za turizam i pomorstvo Stipi Čogelji i gradonačelniku Andri Krstuloviću Opari, odnosno stručnim službama, od kojih je zatražio očitovanja koja bi poslužila vijećnicima za donošenje odluke.

Kako doznajemo, gradski vijećnici će na sjednici glasati o osnivanju zajednice ponuditelja u koju bi bile uključene tvrtke "Žnjan" i "Mehatronika Burazin".

U toj zajednici bi krovni član bila spomenuta gradska tvrtka, a jedan od članova bi bila "Mehatronika" za dio žnjanskog platoa koji se nalazi na punti nasute plaže.

Kako bi to izgledalo da se zajednica ponuditelja formira nakon što je istekao rok za prijavu, i nakon što se već jedna od tvrtki samostalno javila na natječaj za dobivanje koncesije, te postoje li uopće ikakve pravne potrebe da Grad pristane na ultimatume Burazina, bit će vjerojatno teme za raspravu vijećnika.

Do sada je Ministarstvu, kako se može vidjeti na stranicama Elektronskog oglasnika narodnih novina, poslano sedam upita u vezi uvjeta javne nabave, no nije otkriveno tko je postavljao pitanja.

Upitali smo Antu Šunjića je li on slao upite, kazao je da ne može odgovoriti jer ne bi htio ugroziti natječaj. Tako za sada ne znamo je li samo Grad u igri ili postoji više zainteresiranih za žnjanski plato.
