"Konstruktor-Inženjering" u stečaju radi prodaje dao je procijeniti 75 umjetničkih djela koja su krasila urede nekadašnje uprave, odnosno bivšeg direktora Željka Žderića u sjedištu kompanije u Svačićevoj ulici u centru Splita. No, tijekom utvrđivanja autentičnosti, sudski vještak za slikarstvo utvrdio je kako su 5 uokvirenih slika najplaćenijeg hrvatskog slikara Zvonimira Mihanovića zapravo fotografije iz godišnjeg kalendara, zbog čega su izuzete iz vještačenja.

Tako je procijenjeno preostalih 70 djela drugih autora, na ukupan iznos od 54.050 kuna. Eh, da su Mihanovićeve slike barem originali jer su u SAD-u dostizale cijenu i do 250.000 američkih dolara, pa bi bilo novca za namirenje i bivših radnika i ostalih vjerovnika.

- Nazvali su me da napravim procjenu umjetničkih djela nakon što su dobili ponudu da ih prodaju za sveukupno 10.000 kuna. Jasno je da im je vrijednost puno veća i da treba vještačiti pa sam se uputio u Split - kazao nam je Duško Večerina iz Zagreba, sudski vještak za slikarstvo.
- Odmah sam vidio da je među njima pet fotografija Mihanovićevih ulja na platnu, a najvjerojatnije se radi o kalendarskim isječcima. Zbog toga su oni izuzeti iz vještačenja. Te kalendarske isječke netko je pretvorio u dekorativno djelo. Ne znam je li to njima netko možda dao pod originalnu grafiku. Okviri su bili znatno skuplji, ali oprema nije bila predmet vještačenja.

- Ostalih 70 djela različitih autora je procijenjeno, a uglavnom se radi o grafikama. Svakako se isplati kupiti grafike Mladena Veže, Zlatka Price, Željka Lesara, Vatroslava Kuliša i Tihomira Lončara, te ulje na platnu Petra Letice, zbog tog što osim umjetničke vrijednosti u cijeni dobijete staklo i okvir koji također imaju svoju vrijednost - kazao nam je vještak za slikarstvo.
Vjerujemo da je "Konstruktor-Inženjering" kao nekadašnji građevinski div u svom portfelju imao mnogo vrijednih umjetnina, pa se postavlja pitanje gdje su one danas, o čemu smo upitali Josipa Hrgu, koji je stečajni upravitelj propale kompanije od kraja ožujka ove godine.

- Bio je predstečaj, pa stečaj... Kao stečajni upravitelj zatekao sam samo ova djela koja su sada procijenjena. Koncentrirani smo se na sporove oko nekretnina u Svačićevoj i pobijanja pravnih radnji koje su se odvijale prije otvaranja stečaja - kazao nam je Josip Hrga.
Napominje da se procijenjenih 70 umjetničkih djela prodaje u paketu, ne pojedinačno.

"Konstruktor-Inženjering" u stečaju radi prodaje dao je procijeniti 75 umjetničkih djela koja su krasila urede nekadašnje uprave, odnosno bivšeg direktora Željka Žderića u sjedištu kompanije u Svačićevoj ulici u centru Splita. No, tijekom utvrđivanja autentičnosti, sudski vještak za slikarstvo utvrdio je kako su 5 uokvirenih slika najplaćenijeg hrvatskog slikara Zvonimira Mihanovića zapravo fotografije iz godišnjeg kalendara, zbog čega su izuzete iz vještačenja.

Tako je procijenjeno preostalih 70 djela drugih autora, na ukupan iznos od 54.050 kuna. Eh, da su Mihanovićeve slike barem originali jer su u SAD-u dostizale cijenu i do 250.000 američkih dolara, pa bi bilo novca za namirenje i bivših radnika i ostalih vjerovnika.

- Nazvali su me da napravim procjenu umjetničkih djela nakon što su dobili ponudu da ih prodaju za sveukupno 10.000 kuna. Jasno je da im je vrijednost puno veća i da treba vještačiti pa sam se uputio u Split - kazao nam je Duško Večerina iz Zagreba, sudski vještak za slikarstvo.
- Odmah sam vidio da je među njima pet fotografija Mihanovićevih ulja na platnu, a najvjerojatnije se radi o kalendarskim isječcima. Zbog toga su oni izuzeti iz vještačenja. Te kalendarske isječke netko je pretvorio u dekorativno djelo. Ne znam je li to njima netko možda dao pod originalnu grafiku. Okviri su bili znatno skuplji, ali oprema nije bila predmet vještačenja.

- Ostalih 70 djela različitih autora je procijenjeno, a uglavnom se radi o grafikama. Svakako se isplati kupiti grafike Mladena Veže, Zlatka Price, Željka Lesara, Vatroslava Kuliša i Tihomira Lončara, te ulje na platnu Petra Letice, zbog tog što osim umjetničke vrijednosti u cijeni dobijete staklo i okvir koji također imaju svoju vrijednost - kazao nam je vještak za slikarstvo.
Vjerujemo da je "Konstruktor-Inženjering" kao nekadašnji građevinski div u svom portfelju imao mnogo vrijednih umjetnina, pa se postavlja pitanje gdje su one danas, o čemu smo upitali Josipa Hrgu, koji je stečajni upravitelj propale kompanije od kraja ožujka ove godine.

- Bio je predstečaj, pa stečaj... Kao stečajni upravitelj zatekao sam samo ova djela koja su sada procijenjena. Koncentrirani smo se na sporove oko nekretnina u Svačićevoj i pobijanja pravnih radnji koje su se odvijale prije otvaranja stečaja - kazao nam je Josip Hrga.
Napominje da se procijenjenih 70 umjetničkih djela prodaje u paketu, ne pojedinačno.
- Svi zainteresirani mogu ih pogledati u Svačićevoj ulici i mogu poslati ponude za kupnju - naglasio je stečajni upravitelj.
