Izdane su pravomoćne građevinske dozvole za treću i petu fazu radova te su time kompletirane sve dozvole potrebne za početak radova na uređenju Žnjanskog platoa. Ujedno je donesena i odluka o odabiru tvrtke za nadzor nad radovima. Kao ekonomski najpovoljnija ponuda izabrana je ona zajednice ponuditelja Geoprojekt d.d. i Sedra Consulting d.o.o. u iznosu od 183.980 eura bez PDV-a, dok je već ranije kao izvođač radova pravomoćnom odlukom odabrana tvrtka Lavčević d.d. i Lavčević-inženjering d.o.o. s ponudom u iznosu od 45,5 milijuna eura bez PDV-a. Po pravomoćnosti odluke o odabiru nadzora bit će stvoreni svi preduvjeti za skori početak radova, a kojem će prethoditi potpisivanje ugovora te uvođenje u posao.
Ovim radovima obuhvaćeno je ukupno pet faza, dok će se šesta faza, ona koja obuhvaća područje pod koncesijom hotela Split, provoditi kao zaseban predmet nabave. Radovi na svih pet faza vremenski se preklapaju, a predviđeno vrijeme trajanja radova je 289 dana za sve faze osim za drugu fazu koja uključuje i izgradnju podzemne garaže s 530 parkirnih mjesta, a zbog složenosti radova tu vrijeme iznosi 365 dana.

Sredstva su predviđena proračunom Grada Splita za 2024. godinu, a projekt se financira iz tri izvora, odnosno uz bespovratna sredstva Europske unije kroz ITU mehanizam, kredit Europske investicijske banke (EIB) i vlastitim sredstvima Grada Splita.
- Drago mi je da je uspješno završen i ovaj, izuzetno važan korak te da smo blizu početka radova na uređenju Žnjana. Dinamika realizacije ide po planu, uz maksimalan angažman svih uključenih. Ako ne bude nepredviđenih okolnosti i žalbi, radovi bi mogli početi vrlo skoro, čemu se svi nadamo - rekao je Ivica Puljak, gradonačelnik Splita.
Po pravomoćnosti Odluke o odabiru nadzora nad radovima, pristupit će se potpisivanju ugovora s izvođačem i nadzorom, a potom slijedi uvođenje u posao i početak radova.

- Zadnji korak prije nego radovi na uređenju Žnjana mogu krenuti je potpisivanje ugovora s izvođačem i nadzorom koje će biti kada odluka o odabiru nadzora postane pravomoćna. Prevalili smo dug put, odradili velik broj koraka i pripreme dokumentacije i sada smo vrlo blizu trenutku kada ćemo vidjeti prve bagere i lopate na Žnjanu i krenuti u novo poglavlje realizacije projekta - rekao je Antonio Ljubas, direktor tvrtke Žnjan.
Na Žnjanu su završeni radovi na nultoj fazi uređenja koja je obuhvatila rekonstrukciju kanala Radoševac i Žnjan 1 s izgradnjom kolektora Žnjan zapad i Žnjan istok, a koja je preduvjet za početak radova na svim ostalim fazama.
Investitor je Grad Split, radovi su završeni u roku te se uskoro očekuje tehnički pregled i primopredaja.

Izdane su pravomoćne građevinske dozvole za treću i petu fazu radova te su time kompletirane sve dozvole potrebne za početak radova na uređenju Žnjanskog platoa. Ujedno je donesena i odluka o odabiru tvrtke za nadzor nad radovima. Kao ekonomski najpovoljnija ponuda izabrana je ona zajednice ponuditelja Geoprojekt d.d. i Sedra Consulting d.o.o. u iznosu od 183.980 eura bez PDV-a, dok je već ranije kao izvođač radova pravomoćnom odlukom odabrana tvrtka Lavčević d.d. i Lavčević-inženjering d.o.o. s ponudom u iznosu od 45,5 milijuna eura bez PDV-a. Po pravomoćnosti odluke o odabiru nadzora bit će stvoreni svi preduvjeti za skori početak radova, a kojem će prethoditi potpisivanje ugovora te uvođenje u posao.
Ovim radovima obuhvaćeno je ukupno pet faza, dok će se šesta faza, ona koja obuhvaća područje pod koncesijom hotela Split, provoditi kao zaseban predmet nabave. Radovi na svih pet faza vremenski se preklapaju, a predviđeno vrijeme trajanja radova je 289 dana za sve faze osim za drugu fazu koja uključuje i izgradnju podzemne garaže s 530 parkirnih mjesta, a zbog složenosti radova tu vrijeme iznosi 365 dana.

Sredstva su predviđena proračunom Grada Splita za 2024. godinu, a projekt se financira iz tri izvora, odnosno uz bespovratna sredstva Europske unije kroz ITU mehanizam, kredit Europske investicijske banke (EIB) i vlastitim sredstvima Grada Splita.
- Drago mi je da je uspješno završen i ovaj, izuzetno važan korak te da smo blizu početka radova na uređenju Žnjana. Dinamika realizacije ide po planu, uz maksimalan angažman svih uključenih. Ako ne bude nepredviđenih okolnosti i žalbi, radovi bi mogli početi vrlo skoro, čemu se svi nadamo - rekao je Ivica Puljak, gradonačelnik Splita.
Po pravomoćnosti Odluke o odabiru nadzora nad radovima, pristupit će se potpisivanju ugovora s izvođačem i nadzorom, a potom slijedi uvođenje u posao i početak radova.

- Zadnji korak prije nego radovi na uređenju Žnjana mogu krenuti je potpisivanje ugovora s izvođačem i nadzorom koje će biti kada odluka o odabiru nadzora postane pravomoćna. Prevalili smo dug put, odradili velik broj koraka i pripreme dokumentacije i sada smo vrlo blizu trenutku kada ćemo vidjeti prve bagere i lopate na Žnjanu i krenuti u novo poglavlje realizacije projekta - rekao je Antonio Ljubas, direktor tvrtke Žnjan.
Na Žnjanu su završeni radovi na nultoj fazi uređenja koja je obuhvatila rekonstrukciju kanala Radoševac i Žnjan 1 s izgradnjom kolektora Žnjan zapad i Žnjan istok, a koja je preduvjet za početak radova na svim ostalim fazama.
Investitor je Grad Split, radovi su završeni u roku te se uskoro očekuje tehnički pregled i primopredaja.
