Treća sreća. Tim bi se riječima mogao okarakterizirati treći javni poziv gradske tvrtke Žnjan d.o.o. za dostavljanje ponuda za godišnji zakup komercijalno-zabavnih zona na Prokurativama i Mertojaku u sklopu manifestacije "Advent u Splitu" u razdoblju od 2023. -2025. godine. Na prethodna dva nitko se nije javio, pa su u gradskoj tvrtki ponovo odlučili promijeniti neke financijske, dakako ključne, stavke u uvjetima kako bi privukli zainteresirane ponuditelje.

Nakon što je početni iznos godišnje zakupnine za Prokurative prvotno iznosio 50.000 eura plus PDV, koji je u drugom javnom pozivu završio na svoti od 40.000 eura plus PDV, na aktualnom, trećem pozivu, početni iznos godišnje zakupnine postao je drastično niži - sada za cijelu zonu iznosi 20.000 eura uvećano za iznos PDV-a. U zoni Prokurative prethodno se, doduše, davala mogućnost postavljanja do deset montažnih ili trgovačkih objekata površine do 15 m2 ili postavljanje do najviše deset vanjskih šankova, a sada ih ukupno ne smije biti više od šest. 

Kriteriji

"Glavni kriterij za odabir je najveći ponuđeni iznos godišnjeg zakupa. Dodatni kriterij je taj, da ukoliko dva ponuđača ponude isti iznos godišnjeg zakupa, pravo prvenstva ima ponuditelj koji je organizirao Advent na toj lokaciji prošle, 2022. godine", navodi se u uvjetima. Uvedene su još neke novine, pa je tako Grad, osim što je već dobrano skinuo cijenu početnog iznosa godišnje zakupnine za Prokurative, sada spreman i sufinancirati dio programa u minimalnom iznosu od 7.000 eura, a još će k tome snositi troškove priključka i potrošnje električne energije.

Što se tiče komercijalno-zabavne zone u parku na Mertojaku Grad Split će po novome sufinancirati dio programa u minimalnom iznosu od 15.000 eura, a organizatoru je također spreman podmiriti i troškove priključka i potrošnje električne energije. Početni iznos zakupnine za cijelu zonu ostao je isti i iznosi 3.000 eura uvećan za iznos PDV-a.

Kao i u slučaju Prokurativa glavni kriterij za odabir je najveći ponuđeni iznos godišnjeg zakupa. Dodatni kriterij je taj, da ukoliko dva ponuđača ponude isti iznos godišnjeg zakupa, pravo prvenstva ima ponuditelj koji je organizirao Advent na toj lokaciji prošlih godina, 2021. i 2022. godine. Ukoliko ponuditelji koji su organizirali Advent na toj lokaciji prošlih godina, 2021. i 2022. godine daju istu iznos ponude, prvenstvo ima onaj koji je ranije podnio ponudu.

- Iskreno, očekujemo da će se netko javiti. Već su do nas stigle informacije kako ima zainteresiranih među splitskim ugostiteljima - rekao nam je Antonio Ljubas, direktor gradske tvrtke Žnjan d.o.o..

Odluka o odabiru ponuditelja za organizaciju adventskih događanja u komercijalno-zabavnim zonama na Prokurativama i Mertojaku bit će objavljena najkasnije 17. studenog na web stranicama organizatora Žnjan d.o.o. i Turističke zajednice Grada Splita. Za očekivati je da će ovaj put biti zainteresiranih, a izabrani ponuditelji bit će dužni potpisati ugovor o sudjelovanju i izlaganju na manifestaciji "Advent u Splitu" sa zakupodavcem Žnjan d.o.o. do 21. studenog. Ako se, napokon, netko i odazove, bit će to spas u zadnji čas po splitski Advent.

Treća sreća. Tim bi se riječima mogao okarakterizirati treći javni poziv gradske tvrtke Žnjan d.o.o. za dostavljanje ponuda za godišnji zakup komercijalno-zabavnih zona na Prokurativama i Mertojaku u sklopu manifestacije "Advent u Splitu" u razdoblju od 2023. -2025. godine. Na prethodna dva nitko se nije javio, pa su u gradskoj tvrtki ponovo odlučili promijeniti neke financijske, dakako ključne, stavke u uvjetima kako bi privukli zainteresirane ponuditelje.

Nakon što je početni iznos godišnje zakupnine za Prokurative prvotno iznosio 50.000 eura plus PDV, koji je u drugom javnom pozivu završio na svoti od 40.000 eura plus PDV, na aktualnom, trećem pozivu, početni iznos godišnje zakupnine postao je drastično niži - sada za cijelu zonu iznosi 20.000 eura uvećano za iznos PDV-a. U zoni Prokurative prethodno se, doduše, davala mogućnost postavljanja do deset montažnih ili trgovačkih objekata površine do 15 m2 ili postavljanje do najviše deset vanjskih šankova, a sada ih ukupno ne smije biti više od šest. 

Kriteriji

"Glavni kriterij za odabir je najveći ponuđeni iznos godišnjeg zakupa. Dodatni kriterij je taj, da ukoliko dva ponuđača ponude isti iznos godišnjeg zakupa, pravo prvenstva ima ponuditelj koji je organizirao Advent na toj lokaciji prošle, 2022. godine", navodi se u uvjetima. Uvedene su još neke novine, pa je tako Grad, osim što je već dobrano skinuo cijenu početnog iznosa godišnje zakupnine za Prokurative, sada spreman i sufinancirati dio programa u minimalnom iznosu od 7.000 eura, a još će k tome snositi troškove priključka i potrošnje električne energije.

Što se tiče komercijalno-zabavne zone u parku na Mertojaku Grad Split će po novome sufinancirati dio programa u minimalnom iznosu od 15.000 eura, a organizatoru je također spreman podmiriti i troškove priključka i potrošnje električne energije. Početni iznos zakupnine za cijelu zonu ostao je isti i iznosi 3.000 eura uvećan za iznos PDV-a.

Kao i u slučaju Prokurativa glavni kriterij za odabir je najveći ponuđeni iznos godišnjeg zakupa. Dodatni kriterij je taj, da ukoliko dva ponuđača ponude isti iznos godišnjeg zakupa, pravo prvenstva ima ponuditelj koji je organizirao Advent na toj lokaciji prošlih godina, 2021. i 2022. godine. Ukoliko ponuditelji koji su organizirali Advent na toj lokaciji prošlih godina, 2021. i 2022. godine daju istu iznos ponude, prvenstvo ima onaj koji je ranije podnio ponudu.

- Iskreno, očekujemo da će se netko javiti. Već su do nas stigle informacije kako ima zainteresiranih među splitskim ugostiteljima - rekao nam je Antonio Ljubas, direktor gradske tvrtke Žnjan d.o.o..

Odluka o odabiru ponuditelja za organizaciju adventskih događanja u komercijalno-zabavnim zonama na Prokurativama i Mertojaku bit će objavljena najkasnije 17. studenog na web stranicama organizatora Žnjan d.o.o. i Turističke zajednice Grada Splita. Za očekivati je da će ovaj put biti zainteresiranih, a izabrani ponuditelji bit će dužni potpisati ugovor o sudjelovanju i izlaganju na manifestaciji "Advent u Splitu" sa zakupodavcem Žnjan d.o.o. do 21. studenog. Ako se, napokon, netko i odazove, bit će to spas u zadnji čas po splitski Advent.
