Klinika za infektologiju KBC-a Split posljednjih tjedana bilježi evidentan umjeren porast broja hospitaliziranih zbog COVID-a, odgovorili su nam iz splitske bolnice na naš upit. Uz to, zabilježen je porast broja pregleda zbog respiratornih infekcija, najčešće COVID-a, ali i gripe. Gotovo svaki treći hospitalizirani na Infektologiji čine COVID bolesnici, gdje je kapacitet 36 bolničkih kreveta. Ostali bolesnici su hospitalizirani zbog teških infekcija kao što su sepsa, infekcije mokraćnih putova, meningitisa, upale pluća, ali i komplikacije gripe. 

U splitskoj bolnici je trenutno hospitalizirano 28 bolesnika pozitivnih na COVID, od kojih je njih 14 u Klinici. Troje ih je na respiratoru. Najčešće je riječ o upali pluća povezanom s koronavirusom te im je potrebna nadomjesna terapija kisika. Četvero ih je u Jedinici intenzivnog liječenja, ostali su smješteni po drugim odjelima, ovisno o dominantnoj patologiji, odgovorili su nam iz KBC-a.

Doc. dr. sc. Mirela Pavičić Ivelja nam je odgovorila da na raspolaganju imaju dovoljno antivirusnih lijekova i da situacija nije ni približna onoj od prije dvije godine:

- Tada je bilo više od 180 hospitaliziranih bolesnika s koronom, od čega je ih je više od 30 bilo na respiratoru. Sada imamo 28 hospitaliziranih, a troje na respiratoru - kaže nam predstojnica Klinike za infektologiju.

Ivelja je pozvala građane da se prvo jave obiteljskim liječnicima i pedijatrima u primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti jer svaki treći bolesnik koji dođe na hitni prijem Infektologije nije hitan slučaj.

- Pozivamo ih kako bismo bili u mogućnosti bolničku skrb na optimalan način usmjeriti na teško bolesne i životno ugrožene bolesnike i kako bi se izbjegla nepotrebna čekanja i preopterećenost bolničkih hitnih prijema nehitnim bolesnicima - odgovorila nam je doktorica znanosti i docentica Pavičić Ivelja.

Klinika za infektologiju KBC-a Split posljednjih tjedana bilježi evidentan umjeren porast broja hospitaliziranih zbog COVID-a, odgovorili su nam iz splitske bolnice na naš upit. Uz to, zabilježen je porast broja pregleda zbog respiratornih infekcija, najčešće COVID-a, ali i gripe. Gotovo svaki treći hospitalizirani na Infektologiji čine COVID bolesnici, gdje je kapacitet 36 bolničkih kreveta. Ostali bolesnici su hospitalizirani zbog teških infekcija kao što su sepsa, infekcije mokraćnih putova, meningitisa, upale pluća, ali i komplikacije gripe. 

U splitskoj bolnici je trenutno hospitalizirano 28 bolesnika pozitivnih na COVID, od kojih je njih 14 u Klinici. Troje ih je na respiratoru. Najčešće je riječ o upali pluća povezanom s koronavirusom te im je potrebna nadomjesna terapija kisika. Četvero ih je u Jedinici intenzivnog liječenja, ostali su smješteni po drugim odjelima, ovisno o dominantnoj patologiji, odgovorili su nam iz KBC-a.

Doc. dr. sc. Mirela Pavičić Ivelja nam je odgovorila da na raspolaganju imaju dovoljno antivirusnih lijekova i da situacija nije ni približna onoj od prije dvije godine:

- Tada je bilo više od 180 hospitaliziranih bolesnika s koronom, od čega je ih je više od 30 bilo na respiratoru. Sada imamo 28 hospitaliziranih, a troje na respiratoru - kaže nam predstojnica Klinike za infektologiju.

Ivelja je pozvala građane da se prvo jave obiteljskim liječnicima i pedijatrima u primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti jer svaki treći bolesnik koji dođe na hitni prijem Infektologije nije hitan slučaj.

- Pozivamo ih kako bismo bili u mogućnosti bolničku skrb na optimalan način usmjeriti na teško bolesne i životno ugrožene bolesnike i kako bi se izbjegla nepotrebna čekanja i preopterećenost bolničkih hitnih prijema nehitnim bolesnicima - odgovorila nam je doktorica znanosti i docentica Pavičić Ivelja.
