Stanari Gajeve ulice u Spinutu iz dana u dan pronalaze nove zamjerke njezinoj nedavnoj obnovi.

Govori se o grbama i rupama na cesti, klimavim ili nepostojećim rubnicima, kao i o činjenici da se na toj, automobilima zagušenoj ulici, u GUP-u prepoznatoj kao perivoj, ni ovom prilikom nije ucrtalo niti jedno parkirno mjesto, pa su sumnje u "skrivenu namjeru" renovacije prometnice kao pripremi terena za njezino možebitno povezivanje s Mandalinskim putem, upućene i na adresu naše redakcije.

Među brojnim propustima kao svjetionik svijetli pozicioniranje kontejnera za smeće – nasred ceste. Naime, s pločnika, gdje su dočekali rekonstrukciju ulice, zbog propusta u planiranju radova koji na istom mjestu nisu predvidjeli ugibalište, ili barem nagib na rubu nogostupa, smeće je ostalo na kolniku.

Po novom asfaltu vozači tako moraju voziti s povećanom pažnjom, jer na četiri kotača, a bez pozicijskih svjetala, u prometu sudjeluju i  - kontejneri.

Jednoobrazna ugibališta

Zašto je to tako, te gdje vidi moguće rješenje ovog, prije svega opasnog problema, upitali smo Andriju Čaljkušića iz gradskog poduzeća "Čistoća", ujedno bivšeg predsjednika Gradskog kotara, a danas kotarskog vijećnika u ovome kvartu, koji nam je kazao da pri planiranju rekonstrukcije nitko nije konzultirao ni "Čistoću" ni Kotar.

– Nažalost, bez nagiba na rubu nogostupa, kad su kontejneri tako visoko, našim je radnicima otežano njima upravljati kod pražnjenja pa ih ostavljaju na kolniku. Idealno bi bilo da postoje jednoobrazna ugibališta, po mogućnosti u metalnoj ogradi, i da su raspoređena po cijelom gradu, no za sada se snalazimo kako znamo – govori nam Čaljkušić, ističući kako će od Grada zatražiti intervenciju na prilagodbi lokacije te će u najkraćem roku podići kontejnere na nogostup.

Bilo bi bolje da se o tome vodilo računa prilikom netom dovršenih radova na lokaciji, no iako je problem pronalaženja adekvatnog mjesta za kontejnere u Gradu uvijek aktualna tema, a pogotovo s obzirom na to da se od "Čistoće" traži postavljanje novih kontejnera i povećanje stope odvojenog otpada, ovu priliku nitko, kaže, nije prepoznao.

Da je moglo pametnije, svjestan je i Damir Babić, voditelj gradskog Odjela za održavanja komunale, zadužen za obnovu ove slijepe ulice podno Marjana, koji, priznajući propust, ističe kako je postojeće stanje vjerna preslika zatečenog.

Zatečeno stanje

– Ovo je bio projekt pojačanog održavanja postojeće prometnice, bez uvođenja novih sadržaja, tako da komunikacija s Kotarom, koja bi u suprotnom prethodila, ovako nije bila predviđena. Mi nismo imali nikakvih saznanja da ovdje u tom smislu nešto ne funkcionira, te smo sve obnovili na sliku zatečenog stanja.

Pozivam kotarske predstavnike da u dogovoru sa stanarima ulice predlože lokacije za ugibališta. Grad je živi organizam, stalno se nešto radi i tu smo za sve potrebne intervencije. Tome, uostalom, i služe kotari – navodi Babić, izražavajući spremnost da služba na čijem je čelu na isti način uzme u obzir i druge zamjerke na radove obavljene u Gajevoj.

Komentirajući propuštenu priliku za uvođenje parkirnih mjesta u ulici koja taj termin u formalnom smislu ne poznaje, kazao je kako po prometnim propisima za to nije bilo mjesta.

– Ulica je dvosmjerna pa se na samoj prometnici nemaju gdje ucrtati parkirna mjesta, a to nije zakonom dopušteno ni na nogostupu, bez obzira na to što je sada proširen. U ovom je trenutku to tehnički jednostavno nemoguće.

Da je bio realiziran spoj s Mandalinskim putem, o čemu je svojedobno bilo govora, ulica bi bila pretvorena u jednosmjernu i njezinom bi se punom dužinom ucrtala parkirna mjesta – napominje Babić.

Stanari Gajeve ulice u Spinutu iz dana u dan pronalaze nove zamjerke njezinoj nedavnoj obnovi.

Govori se o grbama i rupama na cesti, klimavim ili nepostojećim rubnicima, kao i o činjenici da se na toj, automobilima zagušenoj ulici, u GUP-u prepoznatoj kao perivoj, ni ovom prilikom nije ucrtalo niti jedno parkirno mjesto, pa su sumnje u "skrivenu namjeru" renovacije prometnice kao pripremi terena za njezino možebitno povezivanje s Mandalinskim putem, upućene i na adresu naše redakcije.

Među brojnim propustima kao svjetionik svijetli pozicioniranje kontejnera za smeće – nasred ceste. Naime, s pločnika, gdje su dočekali rekonstrukciju ulice, zbog propusta u planiranju radova koji na istom mjestu nisu predvidjeli ugibalište, ili barem nagib na rubu nogostupa, smeće je ostalo na kolniku.

Po novom asfaltu vozači tako moraju voziti s povećanom pažnjom, jer na četiri kotača, a bez pozicijskih svjetala, u prometu sudjeluju i  - kontejneri.

Jednoobrazna ugibališta

Zašto je to tako, te gdje vidi moguće rješenje ovog, prije svega opasnog problema, upitali smo Andriju Čaljkušića iz gradskog poduzeća "Čistoća", ujedno bivšeg predsjednika Gradskog kotara, a danas kotarskog vijećnika u ovome kvartu, koji nam je kazao da pri planiranju rekonstrukcije nitko nije konzultirao ni "Čistoću" ni Kotar.

– Nažalost, bez nagiba na rubu nogostupa, kad su kontejneri tako visoko, našim je radnicima otežano njima upravljati kod pražnjenja pa ih ostavljaju na kolniku. Idealno bi bilo da postoje jednoobrazna ugibališta, po mogućnosti u metalnoj ogradi, i da su raspoređena po cijelom gradu, no za sada se snalazimo kako znamo – govori nam Čaljkušić, ističući kako će od Grada zatražiti intervenciju na prilagodbi lokacije te će u najkraćem roku podići kontejnere na nogostup.

Bilo bi bolje da se o tome vodilo računa prilikom netom dovršenih radova na lokaciji, no iako je problem pronalaženja adekvatnog mjesta za kontejnere u Gradu uvijek aktualna tema, a pogotovo s obzirom na to da se od "Čistoće" traži postavljanje novih kontejnera i povećanje stope odvojenog otpada, ovu priliku nitko, kaže, nije prepoznao.

Da je moglo pametnije, svjestan je i Damir Babić, voditelj gradskog Odjela za održavanja komunale, zadužen za obnovu ove slijepe ulice podno Marjana, koji, priznajući propust, ističe kako je postojeće stanje vjerna preslika zatečenog.

Zatečeno stanje

– Ovo je bio projekt pojačanog održavanja postojeće prometnice, bez uvođenja novih sadržaja, tako da komunikacija s Kotarom, koja bi u suprotnom prethodila, ovako nije bila predviđena. Mi nismo imali nikakvih saznanja da ovdje u tom smislu nešto ne funkcionira, te smo sve obnovili na sliku zatečenog stanja.

Pozivam kotarske predstavnike da u dogovoru sa stanarima ulice predlože lokacije za ugibališta. Grad je živi organizam, stalno se nešto radi i tu smo za sve potrebne intervencije. Tome, uostalom, i služe kotari – navodi Babić, izražavajući spremnost da služba na čijem je čelu na isti način uzme u obzir i druge zamjerke na radove obavljene u Gajevoj.

Komentirajući propuštenu priliku za uvođenje parkirnih mjesta u ulici koja taj termin u formalnom smislu ne poznaje, kazao je kako po prometnim propisima za to nije bilo mjesta.

– Ulica je dvosmjerna pa se na samoj prometnici nemaju gdje ucrtati parkirna mjesta, a to nije zakonom dopušteno ni na nogostupu, bez obzira na to što je sada proširen. U ovom je trenutku to tehnički jednostavno nemoguće.

Da je bio realiziran spoj s Mandalinskim putem, o čemu je svojedobno bilo govora, ulica bi bila pretvorena u jednosmjernu i njezinom bi se punom dužinom ucrtala parkirna mjesta – napominje Babić.
