Tuširanje je rutinska stvar o kojoj se ne razmišlja pretjerano. Ipak, ne bi bilo zgorega obratiti pažnju na način tuširanja jer je vrlo moguće da cijeli život griješimo, piše PopSugar.
1. Samo mlaka voda
Koliko god ugodna bila, jedna vruća kupka može isušiti i iziritirati kožu, a godine izloženja velikim temperaturama vode loše utječu na prirodna ulja kože. Da bi se smanjila takva nuspojava, tuširanje bi trebalo trajati pet do deset minuta u mlakoj vodi, a onog trena kada se iziđe iz kade, koža ne bi smijela biti crvena.
2. Prvo kosa, onda tijelo
Što se tiče pranja kose, svakako ga je poželjno obaviti prije samog tuširanja jer šamponi za kosu dodatno isušuju kožu. S druge strane, brijanje je bolje ostaviti za kraj tuširanja. Pore su tada otvorenije, a koža mekša što olakšava sam proces brijanja. Važno je naravno i pronaći odgovarajuću pjenu za tuširanje koja neće iziritirati kožu.
3. Izbjegavajte spužvice
Često korištene spužvice bi trebalo izbjegavati jer osim što su jako oštre, pravo su leglo bakterija.
4. Lice perite nakon tuširanja
Iako je pretpostavka da tuširanje uključuje i pranje lica, takva rutina definitivno zahtjeva promjenu. Temperatura vode i pritisak previše su grubi za nježnu kožu lica te je bolje umivati se na umivaoniku, prije ili poslije tuširanja.

1. Samo mlaka voda
Koliko god ugodna bila, jedna vruća kupka može isušiti i iziritirati kožu, a godine izloženja velikim temperaturama vode loše utječu na prirodna ulja kože. 4. Lice perite nakon tuširanja
Iako je pretpostavka da tuširanje uključuje i pranje lica, takva rutina definitivno zahtjeva promjenu. Temperatura vode i pritisak previše su grubi za nježnu kožu lica te je bolje umivati se na umivaoniku, prije ili poslije tuširanja.
