Depresija i tjeskoba su neki od psiholoških problema od kojih pati više od trećine nogometaša, pokazali su rezultati istraživanja koje je proveo FIFPro, svjetski sindikat nogometaša.
Prema istraživanju kojeg je vodio liječnik Vincent Gouttebarge, zadužen za medicinski sektor FIFPro-a, 38 posto od 607 aktivnih nogometaša i 35 posto bivših nogometaša imali su simptome depresije i tjeskobe u četiri tjedna koja su prethodila istraživanju.
"Nadamo se da će ovo istraživanje povećati svijest i angažman ljudi koji donose odluke u svijetu nogometa, da se uvedu mjere kako oni koji su imali psiholoških problema više ih nemaju", kazao je Gouttebarge.
Zlouporaba alkohola
Istraživanje je pokušalo naći vezu između ozbiljnih ozljeda i depresivnog stanja. Utvrđeno je da nogometaši koji su imali tri ozbiljne ozljede imaju dva do tri puta veće izglede da razviju ovakva patološka stanja.
Također je utvrđeno da značajan dio nogometaša, 23 odnosno 28 posto, pati od nesanice, a zlouporabu alkohola priznalo je devet posto aktivnih nogometaša i 25 posto umirovljenih.
Slično istraživanje FIFPro-a provedeno prije godinu dana pokazalo je da 26 posto aktivnih igrača pati od psiholoških problema, te 39 posto umirovljenih.
Novo istraživanje provedeno je na temelju podataka iz Belgije, Čilea, Francuske, Finske, Japana, Norveške, Paragvaja, Perua, Španjolske, Švedske i Švicarske.

Depresija i tjeskoba su neki od psiholoških problema od kojih pati više od trećine nogometaša, pokazali su rezultati istraživanja koje je proveo FIFPro, svjetski sindikat nogometaša.
Prema istraživanju kojeg je vodio liječnik Vincent Gouttebarge, zadužen za medicinski sektor FIFPro-a, 38 posto od 607 aktivnih nogometaša i 35 posto bivših nogometaša imali su simptome depresije i tjeskobe u četiri tjedna koja su prethodila istraživanju.
"Nadamo se da će ovo istraživanje povećati svijest i angažman ljudi koji donose odluke u svijetu nogometa, da se uvedu mjere kako oni koji su imali psiholoških problema više ih nemaju", kazao je Gouttebarge.
Zlouporaba alkohola
Istraživanje je pokušalo naći vezu između ozbiljnih ozljeda i depresivnog stanja. Utvrđeno je da nogometaši koji su imali tri ozbiljne ozljede imaju dva do tri puta veće izglede da razviju ovakva patološka stanja.
Također je utvrđeno da značajan dio nogometaša, 23 odnosno 28 posto, pati od nesanice, a zlouporabu alkohola priznalo je devet posto aktivnih nogometaša i 25 posto umirovljenih.
Slično istraživanje FIFPro-a provedeno prije godinu dana pokazalo je da 26 posto aktivnih igrača pati od psiholoških problema, te 39 posto umirovljenih.
Novo istraživanje provedeno je na temelju podataka iz Belgije, Čilea, Francuske, Finske, Japana, Norveške, Paragvaja, Perua, Španjolske, Švedske i Švicarske.
