Ako spavate na leđima, veća je vjerojatnost da ste skloni hrkanju, što može izazvati ozbiljne zdravstvene probleme.
Naime, oni koji su skloni hrkanju imaju gotovo trostruko veću vjerojatnost da će doživjeti moždani udar od ljudi koji mirno spavaju, piše klix.ba.
Novo istraživanje irskih znanstvenika pokazalo je da svi oni koji hrču noću imaju veći rizik od smrtonosnog stanja.
Ova studija uključila je 4500 starijih osoba i ispitivala jesu li problemi sa spavanjem povezani s moždanim udarom.
Ljudi koji su drijemali dulje od sat vremena imali su 88 posto veću vjerojatnost od onih koji nisu, dok je noćno hrkanje utrostručilo taj rizik.
Doktorica Christine McCarthy sa Sveučilišta Galway istaknula je kako ljude treba upozoriti na moguće zdravstvene komplikacije koje hrkanje može izazvati.
"S ovim rezultatima liječnici bi mogli ranije razgovarati s ljudima koji imaju problema sa spavanjem i upozoriti ih na probleme. Naime, naši rezultati pokazuju da problemi sa spavanjem mogu povećati rizik od moždanog udara", rekla je.
Moždani udari čest su zdravstveni problem, a ovo smrtonosno stanje obično je uzrokovano začepljenjima krvnih žila koje opskrbljuju mozak.

Ako spavate na leđima, veća je vjerojatnost da ste skloni hrkanju, što može izazvati ozbiljne zdravstvene probleme.
Naime, oni koji su skloni hrkanju imaju gotovo trostruko veću vjerojatnost da će doživjeti moždani udar od ljudi koji mirno spavaju, piše klix.ba.
Novo istraživanje irskih znanstvenika pokazalo je da svi oni koji hrču noću imaju veći rizik od smrtonosnog stanja.
Ova studija uključila je 4500 starijih osoba i ispitivala jesu li problemi sa spavanjem povezani s moždanim udarom.
Ljudi koji su drijemali dulje od sat vremena imali su 88 posto veću vjerojatnost od onih koji nisu, dok je noćno hrkanje utrostručilo taj rizik.
Doktorica Christine McCarthy sa Sveučilišta Galway istaknula je kako ljude treba upozoriti na moguće zdravstvene komplikacije koje hrkanje može izazvati.
"S ovim rezultatima liječnici bi mogli ranije razgovarati s ljudima koji imaju problema sa spavanjem i upozoriti ih na probleme. Naime, naši rezultati pokazuju da problemi sa spavanjem mogu povećati rizik od moždanog udara", rekla je.
Moždani udari čest su zdravstveni problem, a ovo smrtonosno stanje obično je uzrokovano začepljenjima krvnih žila koje opskrbljuju mozak.
