Dr. Jochen Tigges, specijalist ginekologije i opstetricije, za njemački "Briggite" govorio je o plodnosti žena.

- S biološkog stanovišta najbolje vrijeme za dijete je relativno rano. Između 20 i 30 godina, šanse za dijete su najbolje. Postoji relativno velika razlika između sredine i kasnih 30-ih. Stope trudnoće su prilično konstantne do 30. godine, ali onda lagano padaju do 35. godine. U dobi od 35 do 40 godina vjerojatnost trudnoće po ciklusu značajno opada. Za 35-godišnjake imamo stopu trudnoće po ovulaciji od oko 15 posto, a za 40-godišnjakinje to je samo pet posto ili manje, rekao je  dr. Tigges.

Ginekolog je objasnio da se kvaliteta jaja smanjuje s godinama. Dok se spermiji opetovano proizvode iz matičnih stanica, žene se rađaju s jajima. I tako su jaja također izložena svemu čemu je žena izložena tijekom svog života: zračenju, utjecajima okoline, stresu. Sve to smanjuje kvalitetu DNK u jajima, što im otežava oplodnju s godinama, a oplođeno jaje također se teže razvija u embrij.

Dr. Tigges upozorio je na nedostatak znanja o ciklusu i plodnim danima:

- Imam pacijente s 36 ili 37 godina života koji još uvijek vjeruju kako je plodno razdoblje vrijeme kada imaju menstruaciju. Mnogi su stvarno dobro informirani, ali nipošto svi.

Dr. Jochen Tigges, specijalist ginekologije i opstetricije, za njemački "Briggite" govorio je o plodnosti žena.

- S biološkog stanovišta najbolje vrijeme za dijete je relativno rano. Između 20 i 30 godina, šanse za dijete su najbolje. Postoji relativno velika razlika između sredine i kasnih 30-ih. Stope trudnoće su prilično konstantne do 30. godine, ali onda lagano padaju do 35. godine. U dobi od 35 do 40 godina vjerojatnost trudnoće po ciklusu značajno opada. Za 35-godišnjake imamo stopu trudnoće po ovulaciji od oko 15 posto, a za 40-godišnjakinje to je samo pet posto ili manje, rekao je  dr. Tigges.

Ginekolog je objasnio da se kvaliteta jaja smanjuje s godinama. Dok se spermiji opetovano proizvode iz matičnih stanica, žene se rađaju s jajima. I tako su jaja također izložena svemu čemu je žena izložena tijekom svog života: zračenju, utjecajima okoline, stresu. Sve to smanjuje kvalitetu DNK u jajima, što im otežava oplodnju s godinama, a oplođeno jaje također se teže razvija u embrij.

Dr. Tigges upozorio je na nedostatak znanja o ciklusu i plodnim danima:

- Imam pacijente s 36 ili 37 godina života koji još uvijek vjeruju kako je plodno razdoblje vrijeme kada imaju menstruaciju. Mnogi su stvarno dobro informirani, ali nipošto svi.

Dr. Jochen Tigges, specijalist ginekologije i opstetricije, za njemački "Briggite" govorio je o plodnosti žena.

- S biološkog stanovišta najbolje vrijeme za dijete je relativno rano. Između 20 i 30 godina, šanse za dijete su najbolje. Postoji relativno velika razlika između sredine i kasnih 30-ih. Stope trudnoće su prilično konstantne do 30. godine, ali onda lagano padaju do 35. godine. U dobi od 35 do 40 godina vjerojatnost trudnoće po ciklusu značajno opada. Za 35-godišnjake imamo stopu trudnoće po ovulaciji od oko 15 posto, a za 40-godišnjakinje to je samo pet posto ili manje, rekao je  dr. Tigges.

Ginekolog je objasnio da se kvaliteta jaja smanjuje s godinama. Dok se spermiji opetovano proizvode iz matičnih stanica, žene se rađaju s jajima. I tako su jaja također izložena svemu čemu je žena izložena tijekom svog života: zračenju, utjecajima okoline, stresu. Sve to smanjuje kvalitetu DNK u jajima, što im otežava oplodnju s godinama, a oplođeno jaje također se teže razvija u embrij.

Dr. Tigges upozorio je na nedostatak znanja o ciklusu i plodnim danima:

- Imam pacijente s 36 ili 37 godina života koji još uvijek vjeruju kako je plodno razdoblje vrijeme kada imaju menstruaciju. Mnogi su stvarno dobro informirani, ali nipošto svi.
