Postoji izreka kako ljubav ulazi kroz želudac i premda je riječ o sjajnom savjetu, zapravo nije baš jasno kakva bi to spiza trebala pomoći ljubavi da se prišulja kroz spomenuti dio tijela. Odlučujuće su, nema sumnje, osobne preferencije pa će se netko zaljubiti uz porciju pečenog, a netko uz delikatni sushi, netko će pasti kao gromom pogođen nad pjatom manistre, a netko drugi nad ribom s gradela... O ukusima se, uostalom, ne raspravlja. Ali piletina bi, kao univerzalno omiljena namirnica, a još više kad je sljubljena s jednako popularnom paštom, mogla imati univerzalno djelovanje.

Tako, pretpostavljamo, razmišlja autor ili autorica recepta koji je baš spretno nazvan "Marry Me Chicken", odnosno nešto kao "Oženi me piletina". Je li njoj ili njemu uz porciju ovog finog jela upućeno sudbonosno pitanje ili je riječ tek o pukom priželjkivanju, nije nam poznato.

Ali je zato recept postao hit na društvenim mrežama i moramo vam priznati da zvuči baš jako dobro. Isprobajte ga i ljubav bi mogla pronaći put i do vas, ako je tražite, a ako ste je već pronašli zaradit ćete barem koji kompliment.

Piletina oženi me 

Sastojci:

500 g piletine
500 g skuhane tjestenine
1 glavica luka
2-3 češnja češnjaka
2 žlice maslaca
3 sušene rajčice (sitno nasjeckane)
1 žlica origana ili mješavine začina
1 žličica čili pahuljica
200ml vrhnja za kuhanje 
100 ml pilećeg temeljca
100 g ribanog parmezana 
1 žlica pirea od rajčice
svježi peršin ili bosiljak po ukusu
sol, papar

Priprema:

Otopite 1 žlicu maslaca pa na njemu kratko prepecite piletinu dok ne dobije lijepu boju. Izvadite je sa strane, a u istu posudu ubacite preostali maslac i nasjeckani luk pa ga dinstajte dok ne postane proziran. Dodajte češnjak i prijajte dok ne zamiriše (oko 2 minute) pa dodajte sušene rajčice, mješavinu začinskog bilja, čili pahuljice i pire od rajčice i kuhajte još minutu prije dodavanja tekućine i parmezana.

Smanjite na laganoj vatri 2-3 minute, vratite piletinu i poklopite pa kuhajte još 6-8 minuta dok se piletina potpuno ne skuha i umak ne zgusne. Dvije minute prije kraja ubacite tjesteninu skuhanu al dente. Ugasite i ostavite da se okusi prožmu pa poslužite ukrašeno svježim peršinom ili bosiljkom.

Postoji izreka kako ljubav ulazi kroz želudac i premda je riječ o sjajnom savjetu, zapravo nije baš jasno kakva bi to spiza trebala pomoći ljubavi da se prišulja kroz spomenuti dio tijela. Odlučujuće su, nema sumnje, osobne preferencije pa će se netko zaljubiti uz porciju pečenog, a netko uz delikatni sushi, netko će pasti kao gromom pogođen nad pjatom manistre, a netko drugi nad ribom s gradela... O ukusima se, uostalom, ne raspravlja. Ali piletina bi, kao univerzalno omiljena namirnica, a još više kad je sljubljena s jednako popularnom paštom, mogla imati univerzalno djelovanje.

Piletina oženi me 

Sastojci:

500 g piletine
500 g skuhane tjestenine
1 glavica luka
2-3 češnja češnjaka
2 žlice maslaca
3 sušene rajčice (sitno nasjeckane)
1 žlica origana ili mješavine začina
1 žličica čili pahuljica
200ml vrhnja za kuhanje 
100 ml pilećeg temeljca
100 g ribanog parmezana 
1 žlica pirea od rajčice
svježi peršin ili bosiljak po ukusu
sol, papar

Priprema:

Otopite 1 žlicu maslaca pa na njemu kratko prepecite piletinu dok ne dobije lijepu boju. Izvadite je sa strane, a u istu posudu ubacite preostali maslac i nasjeckani luk pa ga dinstajte dok ne postane proziran. Dodajte češnjak i prijajte dok ne zamiriše (oko 2 minute) pa dodajte sušene rajčice, mješavinu začinskog bilja, čili pahuljice i pire od rajčice i kuhajte još minutu prije dodavanja tekućine i parmezana.

Smanjite na laganoj vatri 2-3 minute, vratite piletinu i poklopite pa kuhajte još 6-8 minuta dok se piletina potpuno ne skuha i umak ne zgusne. Dvije minute prije kraja ubacite tjesteninu skuhanu al dente. Ugasite i ostavite da se okusi prožmu pa poslužite ukrašeno svježim peršinom ili bosiljkom.

Postoji izreka kako ljubav ulazi kroz želudac i premda je riječ o sjajnom savjetu, zapravo nije baš jasno kakva bi to spiza trebala pomoći ljubavi da se prišulja kroz spomenuti dio tijela. Odlučujuće su, nema sumnje, osobne preferencije pa će se netko zaljubiti uz porciju pečenog, a netko uz delikatni sushi, netko će pasti kao gromom pogođen nad pjatom manistre, a netko drugi nad ribom s gradela... O ukusima se, uostalom, ne raspravlja. Ali piletina bi, kao univerzalno omiljena namirnica, a još više kad je sljubljena s jednako popularnom paštom, mogla imati univerzalno djelovanje.
