Nakon uživanja u blagdanskim specijalitetima treba nam mali predah u vidu jednostavne, domaće spize skuhane bez puno kompliciranja. Među takvom su hranom, posebno kad je riječ o zimskom periodu, jela od graha i suhog mesa, a jedno od njih je čušpajz od graha.

Posebnost mu je u tome što za razliku od klasičnog variva od graha sadrži dosta povrća, koje se na kraju fino usitni, što jelu daje gustoću bez dodavanja zaprške koja osobama osjetljive probave može naškoditi. Caka je u tome da se povrće kuha zajedno sa suhim mesom (s tim da ćete ga dodati kad je meso već napola skuhano) i to dok se skroz ne raspadne kako biste ga lako ispasirali ili izblendali.

Dodatni savjet tiče se pirjanja luka: obavite ga vrlo temeljito, sve dok ne poprimi gotovo smeđu boju - baš će ta aroma karameliziranog luka dati piunoću okusu jela.

Čušpajz od graha

Sastojci:

500 g kuhanog graha
500 g suhog mesa 
3 luka
3 mrkve
1/4 korijena celera
1 1/2 žlica koncentra rajčice
1 žlica masti
1 žlica mljevene slatke paprike
1/2 žlice sjeckanog peršina
1/2 žličice suhe paprike
sol, papar

Priprema:

Stavite kuhati meso pa mu kad počne omekšavati dodajte mrkve i korijen celera. Kad je meso meko, izvadite ga, a povrće koje se raskuhalo stavite sa strane. Vodu sačuvajte, njome ćete podlijevati jelo.

U većem loncu rastopite mast pa joj dodajte nasjeckani luk i dugo ga pirjajte na srednje jakoj vatri dok ne omekša i dostigne gotovo smeđu boju. Dodajte mu koncentrat rajčice, kratko pirjajte dok ne potamni pa dodajte malo sačuvane tekućine od kuhanja mesa, začine i skuhano povrće.

Sve usitnite štapnim mikserom pa dodajte grah, kuhajte još 15-ak minuta ili dok niste zadovoljni mekoćom graha i gustoćom variva. Pri kraju kuhanja dodajte nasjeckani peršin i papar te provjerite treba li još soli. Podijelite u tanjure, dodajte očišćeno suho meso i poslužite.

Nakon uživanja u blagdanskim specijalitetima treba nam mali predah u vidu jednostavne, domaće spize skuhane bez puno kompliciranja. Među takvom su hranom, posebno kad je riječ o zimskom periodu, jela od graha i suhog mesa, a jedno od njih je čušpajz od graha.

Posebnost mu je u tome što za razliku od klasičnog variva od graha sadrži dosta povrća, koje se na kraju fino usitni, što jelu daje gustoću bez dodavanja zaprške koja osobama osjetljive probave može naškoditi. Caka je u tome da se povrće kuha zajedno sa suhim mesom (s tim da ćete ga dodati kad je meso već napola skuhano) i to dok se skroz ne raspadne kako biste ga lako ispasirali ili izblendali.

Čušpajz od graha

Sastojci:

500 g kuhanog graha
500 g suhog mesa 
3 luka
3 mrkve
1/4 korijena celera
1 1/2 žlica koncentra rajčice
1 žlica masti
1 žlica mljevene slatke paprike
1/2 žlice sjeckanog peršina
1/2 žličice suhe paprike
sol, papar

Priprema:

Stavite kuhati meso pa mu kad počne omekšavati dodajte mrkve i korijen celera. Kad je meso meko, izvadite ga, a povrće koje se raskuhalo stavite sa strane. Vodu sačuvajte, njome ćete podlijevati jelo.

U većem loncu rastopite mast pa joj dodajte nasjeckani luk i dugo ga pirjajte na srednje jakoj vatri dok ne omekša i dostigne gotovo smeđu boju. Dodajte mu koncentrat rajčice, kratko pirjajte dok ne potamni pa dodajte malo sačuvane tekućine od kuhanja mesa, začine i skuhano povrće.

Sve usitnite štapnim mikserom pa dodajte grah, kuhajte još 15-ak minuta ili dok niste zadovoljni mekoćom graha i gustoćom variva. Pri kraju kuhanja dodajte nasjeckani peršin i papar te provjerite treba li još soli. Podijelite u tanjure, dodajte očišćeno suho meso i poslužite.

Nakon uživanja u blagdanskim specijalitetima treba nam mali predah u vidu jednostavne, domaće spize skuhane bez puno kompliciranja. Među takvom su hranom, posebno kad je riječ o zimskom periodu, jela od graha i suhog mesa, a jedno od njih je čušpajz od graha.

Posebnost mu je u tome što za razliku od klasičnog variva od graha sadrži dosta povrća, koje se na kraju fino usitni, što jelu daje gustoću bez dodavanja zaprške koja osobama osjetljive probave može naškoditi. Caka je u tome da se povrće kuha zajedno sa suhim mesom (s tim da ćete ga dodati kad je meso već napola skuhano) i to dok se skroz ne raspadne kako biste ga lako ispasirali ili izblendali.
