Kupus je zdrav, jeftin, dobro se drži u hladnjaku i dostupan je cijele godine - nikakvo čudo što je mnogima neizostavna namirnica. Upravo zato vesele nas svi novi načini za njegovu pripremu, a društvene mreže otkrile su nam najnoviji. Veliki hit među ljubiteljima kupusa trenutno su takozvani odresci od kupusa. Radi se zapravo o podebljim fetama glavatog kupusa ispečenima u pećnici. Kupus se prije pečenja obilato začini i dobro naulji, a konačan rezultat mnoge iznenadi okusom i teksturom. 

Primijetili smo i još jednu caku za pripremu odrezaka od kupusa - prije nego se ubace u pećnicu prekriju se sirom. Zvuči zanimljivo, zar ne? Pa evo kako napraviti "odreske od kupusa sa sirom". 

Najprije zagrijte pećnicu na 220 stupnjeva Celzija i obložite lim za pečenje papirom za pečenje. Kupus operite, prerežite na pola, a zatim svaku polovicu narežite na tri debele kriške u obliku diska.

Pomiješajte maslinovo ulje, naribani parmezan, češnjak u prahu, luk u prahu, papriku, čili u prahu i suho začinsko bilje po želji te im dodajte sol i papar po želji. Smjesom premažite obje strane svakog odreska pa ih zatim posložite na pripremljeni lim i pecite oko 30 minuta ili dok kupus ne dobije zlatnu boju. Posljednjih pet minuta pečenja na odreske posložite fetice sira koji se lijepo topi.

Kad se sir zapekao onoliko koliko volite, odreske izvadite iz pećnice i poslužite same ili s preljevom odnosno prilogom po svom guštu - začinjenim jogurtom, kremastim sirom s naribanim češnjakom, šalšom od poma, hummusom...

Kupus je zdrav, jeftin, dobro se drži u hladnjaku i dostupan je cijele godine - nikakvo čudo što je mnogima neizostavna namirnica. Upravo zato vesele nas svi novi načini za njegovu pripremu, a društvene mreže otkrile su nam najnoviji. Veliki hit među ljubiteljima kupusa trenutno su takozvani odresci od kupusa. Radi se zapravo o podebljim fetama glavatog kupusa ispečenima u pećnici. Kupus se prije pečenja obilato začini i dobro naulji, a konačan rezultat mnoge iznenadi okusom i teksturom. 

Primijetili smo i još jednu caku za pripremu odrezaka od kupusa - prije nego se ubace u pećnicu prekriju se sirom. Zvuči zanimljivo, zar ne? Pa evo kako napraviti "odreske od kupusa sa sirom". 

Najprije zagrijte pećnicu na 220 stupnjeva Celzija i obložite lim za pečenje papirom za pečenje. Kupus operite, prerežite na pola, a zatim svaku polovicu narežite na tri debele kriške u obliku diska.

Pomiješajte maslinovo ulje, naribani parmezan, češnjak u prahu, luk u prahu, papriku, čili u prahu i suho začinsko bilje po želji te im dodajte sol i papar po želji. Smjesom premažite obje strane svakog odreska pa ih zatim posložite na pripremljeni lim i pecite oko 30 minuta ili dok kupus ne dobije zlatnu boju. Posljednjih pet minuta pečenja na odreske posložite fetice sira koji se lijepo topi.

Kad se sir zapekao onoliko koliko volite, odreske izvadite iz pećnice i poslužite same ili s preljevom odnosno prilogom po svom guštu - začinjenim jogurtom, kremastim sirom s naribanim češnjakom, šalšom od poma, hummusom...

Kupus je zdrav, jeftin, dobro se drži u hladnjaku i dostupan je cijele godine - nikakvo čudo što je mnogima neizostavna namirnica. Upravo zato vesele nas svi novi načini za njegovu pripremu, a društvene mreže otkrile su nam najnoviji. Veliki hit među ljubiteljima kupusa trenutno su takozvani odresci od kupusa. Radi se zapravo o podebljim fetama glavatog kupusa ispečenima u pećnici. Kupus se prije pečenja obilato začini i dobro naulji, a konačan rezultat mnoge iznenadi okusom i teksturom. 

Primijetili smo i još jednu caku za pripremu odrezaka od kupusa - prije nego se ubace u pećnicu prekriju se sirom. Zvuči zanimljivo, zar ne? Pa evo kako napraviti "odreske od kupusa sa sirom". 

Najprije zagrijte pećnicu na 220 stupnjeva Celzija i obložite lim za pečenje papirom za pečenje. Kupus operite, prerežite na pola, a zatim svaku polovicu narežite na tri debele kriške u obliku diska.

Pomiješajte maslinovo ulje, naribani parmezan, češnjak u prahu, luk u prahu, papriku, čili u prahu i suho začinsko bilje po želji te im dodajte sol i papar po želji. Smjesom premažite obje strane svakog odreska pa ih zatim posložite na pripremljeni lim i pecite oko 30 minuta ili dok kupus ne dobije zlatnu boju. Posljednjih pet minuta pečenja na odreske posložite fetice sira koji se lijepo topi.

Kad se sir zapekao onoliko koliko volite, odreske izvadite iz pećnice i poslužite same ili s preljevom odnosno prilogom po svom guštu - začinjenim jogurtom, kremastim sirom s naribanim češnjakom, šalšom od poma, hummusom...
