Tražite ideju za laganu večeru? A htjeli biste i uvrstiti što više povrća u svoju prehranu! Odlično, jer je popularna kuharica, poznata i kao 'bosonoga kontesa' Ina Garten otkrila svoj recept za pečene šparoge. Bez obzira volite li ih inače s jajima, u rižotu ili omotane pršutom, ovom biste receptu svakako trebali dati priliku.

Na svojoj službenoj stranici Barefoot Contessa, Ina je u srijedu podijelila svoj recept, a ako je suditi po komentarima onih koji su ga isprobali, sigurno vrijedi šparoge iskoristiti na ovaj način. Mi ga još nismo isprobali, no svakako mu se veselimo.

Za pripremu Ininog recepta trebat će vam oko 30 minuta vremena i samo tri glavna sastojka: šparoge, maslac i sir.

Pečene šparoge

Prvi korak koji trebate napraviti jest očistiti šparoge i ukloniti im tvrde vrhove, a potom ih blanširati kako bi izgubile svoju gorčinu. U kipuću slanu vodu stavite očišćene šparoge te ih ostavite tri do četiri minute. Kada su 'al dente' kuhane, ocijedite ih i prelijte sokom od limuna. U međuvremenu, zagrijte pećnicu na 230 stupnjeva.

Blanširane šparoge prebacite u posudu za pečenje, dimenzija 20x30 centimetara, koju ste prethodno premazali maslacem. Posložene šparoge prelijte maslinovim uljem te posolite i popaprite po želji. Za kraj, šparoge pospite pecorino sirom i parmezanom.

Šparoge posute sirom pecite otprilike pet minuta ili dok se sir ne otopi.

Ina smatra da su njene pečene šparoge sa sirom dovoljne same po sebi za glavno jelo, a ako više naginjete nekoj laganijoj verziji posljednjeg obroka u danu, pridružite te im tek neku salatu po izboru i uživajte.

Tražite ideju za laganu večeru? A htjeli biste i uvrstiti što više povrća u svoju prehranu! Odlično, jer je popularna kuharica, poznata i kao 'bosonoga kontesa' Ina Garten otkrila svoj recept za pečene šparoge. Bez obzira volite li ih inače s jajima, u rižotu ili omotane pršutom, ovom biste receptu svakako trebali dati priliku.

Na svojoj službenoj stranici Barefoot Contessa, Ina je u srijedu podijelila svoj recept, a ako je suditi po komentarima onih koji su ga isprobali, sigurno vrijedi šparoge iskoristiti na ovaj način. Mi ga još nismo isprobali, no svakako mu se veselimo.

Za pripremu Ininog recepta trebat će vam oko 30 minuta vremena i samo tri glavna sastojka: šparoge, maslac i sir.

Pečene šparoge

Prvi korak koji trebate napraviti jest očistiti šparoge i ukloniti im tvrde vrhove, a potom ih blanširati kako bi izgubile svoju gorčinu. U kipuću slanu vodu stavite očišćene šparoge te ih ostavite tri do četiri minute. Kada su 'al dente' kuhane, ocijedite ih i prelijte sokom od limuna. U međuvremenu, zagrijte pećnicu na 230 stupnjeva.

Blanširane šparoge prebacite u posudu za pečenje, dimenzija 20x30 centimetara, koju ste prethodno premazali maslacem. Posložene šparoge prelijte maslinovim uljem te posolite i popaprite po želji. Za kraj, šparoge pospite pecorino sirom i parmezanom.

Šparoge posute sirom pecite otprilike pet minuta ili dok se sir ne otopi.

Ina smatra da su njene pečene šparoge sa sirom dovoljne same po sebi za glavno jelo, a ako više naginjete nekoj laganijoj verziji posljednjeg obroka u danu, pridružite te im tek neku salatu po izboru i uživajte.

Tražite ideju za laganu večeru? A htjeli biste i uvrstiti što više povrća u svoju prehranu! Odlično, jer je popularna kuharica, poznata i kao 'bosonoga kontesa' Ina Garten otkrila svoj recept za pečene šparoge. Bez obzira volite li ih inače s jajima, u rižotu ili omotane pršutom, ovom biste receptu svakako trebali dati priliku.

Na svojoj službenoj stranici Barefoot Contessa, Ina je u srijedu podijelila svoj recept, a ako je suditi po komentarima onih koji su ga isprobali, sigurno vrijedi šparoge iskoristiti na ovaj način. Mi ga još nismo isprobali, no svakako mu se veselimo.

Za pripremu Ininog recepta trebat će vam oko 30 minuta vremena i samo tri glavna sastojka: šparoge, maslac i sir.
