Na popularnoj aplikaciji TikTok pojavio se novi viralni trend, takozvano „treniranje kose”. Bazira se na što rjeđem pranju kose kako bi se ona, a i samo vlasište „istrenirali” da izgledaju ljepše i zdravije, piše Insider. TikTokeri koji slijede ovaj trend vjeruju da će uz pomoć njega postići to da im se vlasište sporije masti pa kosu neće morati prati toliko često.
Hashtag #hairtraining prikupio je preko 164,1 milijuna pregleda na TikToku, piše Jutarnji list.
Jedna od najpopularnijih kreatorica na aplikaciji koja se bavi zdravljem i ljepotom kose @cherries_87 u svom videu tvrdi kako kosu nije oprala 33 dana, a ovo joj je bio svega treći put da ju pere ove godine. Video koji je objavila 7. travnja prikupio je 5,7 milijuna pregleda i 613 tisuća lajkova.

Objava je u komentarima podijelila javnost, neki su skeptični spram ove metode dok ju drugi podržavaju. Mnogi stručnjaci tvrde kako bi ovaj trend mogao uzrokovati gubitak kose, jedna od njih je i Fariha Anwar, estetska liječnica na klinici Euromed u Dubaiju.

„Za mene je najveći problem s neredovitim pranjem kose to što biste mogli biti izloženi riziku od razvoja seboroičnog dermatitisa, stanja koje primarno zahvaća vlasište i koje karakterizira crvena, svrbežna i upaljena koža čije češanje može dovesti do gubitka kose," rekla je Anwar za zdravstvenu web stranicu Healthline.
Prema Američkoj akademiji za dermatologiju to koliko često bi osoba trebala prati kosu ovisi o njezinoj dobi, tipu kože i teksturi kose. Na primjer, ljudi s kovrčavom kosom trebali bi ju prati jednom tjedno ili svaki drugi tjedan, navodi se na web stranici AADA-e, a onima s masnim vlasištem preporučuje se pranje jednom dnevno.
Ovo nije prvi puta da su higijenske navike podijelile TikTok zajednicu. Trend „treniranja kose” u velikoj mjeri podsjeća na onaj iz 2021. godine kada su mnogi kreatori postali svjetska senzacija zbog objave da se tuširaju samo jednom svaka dva ili tri tjedna.

‘Kosu nisam oprala 33 dana‘ tvrdi korisnica TikToka čiji je video pogledan je 5,7 milijuna puta. Stručnjaci kažu: Otpast će vam kosa
Na popularnoj aplikaciji TikTok pojavio se novi viralni trend, takozvano „treniranje kose”. Bazira se na što rjeđem pranju kose kako bi se ona, a i samo vlasište „istrenirali” da izgledaju ljepše i zdravije, piše Insider. TikTokeri koji slijede ovaj trend vjeruju da će uz pomoć njega postići to da im se vlasište sporije masti pa kosu neće morati prati toliko često.
Hashtag #hairtraining prikupio je preko 164,1 milijuna pregleda na TikToku, piše Jutarnji list.
Jedna od najpopularnijih kreatorica na aplikaciji koja se bavi zdravljem i ljepotom kose @cherries_87 u svom videu tvrdi kako kosu nije oprala 33 dana, a ovo joj je bio svega treći put da ju pere ove godine. Video koji je objavila 7. travnja prikupio je 5,7 milijuna pregleda i 613 tisuća lajkova.

Objava je u komentarima podijelila javnost, neki su skeptični spram ove metode dok ju drugi podržavaju. Mnogi stručnjaci tvrde kako bi ovaj trend mogao uzrokovati gubitak kose, jedna od njih je i Fariha Anwar, estetska liječnica na klinici Euromed u Dubaiju.

„Za mene je najveći problem s neredovitim pranjem kose to što biste mogli biti izloženi riziku od razvoja seboroičnog dermatitisa, stanja koje primarno zahvaća vlasište i koje karakterizira crvena, svrbežna i upaljena koža čije češanje može dovesti do gubitka kose," rekla je Anwar za zdravstvenu web stranicu Healthline.
Prema Američkoj akademiji za dermatologiju to koliko često bi osoba trebala prati kosu ovisi o njezinoj dobi, tipu kože i teksturi kose. Na primjer, ljudi s kovrčavom kosom trebali bi ju prati jednom tjedno ili svaki drugi tjedan, navodi se na web stranici AADA-e, a onima s masnim vlasištem preporučuje se pranje jednom dnevno.
Ovo nije prvi puta da su higijenske navike podijelile TikTok zajednicu. Trend „treniranja kose” u velikoj mjeri podsjeća na onaj iz 2021. godine kada su mnogi kreatori postali svjetska senzacija zbog objave da se tuširaju samo jednom svaka dva ili tri tjedna.
