Mercedes-Benz Vans sustavno elektrificira sve serije modela. Novi eSprinter impresionira učinkovitošću, dometom i kapacitetom nosivosti i pravi je kozmopolit, proizveden u Europi i Sjevernoj Americi. U budućnosti će dodatno istaknuti tvrdnju da je “vodeći u električnom pogonu” na oko 60 tržišta.

Novi eSprinter dolazi s mnoštvom tehničkih inovacija i temelji se na novom konceptu koji se sastoji od tri modula. Oni omogućuju najveću moguću slobodu u razvoju i dizajnu raznih konverzija i nadgradnja koje su prije bile poznate samo kod Sprintera s konvencionalnim pogonom.

Prednji modul, ujednačeno dizajniran prednji dio, uključuje sve visokonaponske komponente i može se nepromijenjeno kombinirati sa svim varijantama vozila, bez obzira na međuosovinski razmak i veličinu baterije.

Modul za integriranu visokonaponsku bateriju, radi uštede prostora, nalazi se u podnici vozila. Položaj baterije između osovina, zajedno s robusnim kućištem baterije, rezultira niskim težištem, što pozitivno utječe na upravljivost i povećava sigurnost vožnje. Treći stup modularnog dizajna je stražnji modul s električno pokretanom stražnjom osovinom. Prema načelu strategije zajedničkih dijelova, ovo se koristi u svim varijantama novog eSprintera. Kompaktan i snažan električni motor također je integriran u stražnji modul.

Mercedes-Benz je u novi eSprinter uložio oko 350 milijuna eura. U svaku od tri tvornice, u Charlestonu, Düsseldorfu i Ludwigsfeldeu, bit će uloženo oko 50 milijuna eura za prilagodbu njihove proizvodnje. Modularni koncept novog eSprintera omogućuje maksimalnu sinergiju u proizvodnji, a time i odgovarajuću isplativost.

Lansiranje novog eSprintera na tržište počet će u SAD-u i Kanadi u drugoj polovini 2023. Vozilo je kombi-vozilo s dugim međuosovinskim razmakom i visokim krovom. Opremljen je najvećom dostupnom baterijom, koja ima iskoristivi kapacitet od 113 kw/h. Kapacitet teretnog prostora je 14 kubnih metara, a dopuštena ukupna masa vozila je do 4,25 tona.

U Europi će ova prva varijanta eSprintera biti predstavljena krajem 2023., a postupno će slijediti varijanta šasije s kabinom i druge varijante baterija. Zbog toga je eSprinter privlačan kao osnovno vozilo za brojne nove sektore, kao i za proizvođače konverzija i nadgradnji.

Glavne komponente eATS-a u novom eSprinteru predstavljaju dva nova rješenja: učinkoviti motor i inovativna električna stražnja osovina, a oba se prvi put koriste u baterijskom električnom kombiju iz Mercedes-Benza. Sinkroni motor s permanentnim magnetom (PSM), koji teži samo oko 130 kilograma, karakterizira posebno visoka učinkovitost i optimizirano upravljanje toplinom. Motor je dostupan u dvije razine snage, s vršnom snagom od 100 ili 150 KW, i osigurava okretni moment do 400 Nm. Stražnja osovina s električnim pogonom, uz klasičnu kombi-izvedbu, omogućuje varijante šasije s kabinom. Za kupca to donosi prednosti u pogledu preinaka i nadogradnji, duljina vozila (A2 i A3), maksimalne ukupne težine vozila (do 4,25 tona) i nosivosti prikolice (do dvije tone).

Kupci novog Mercedes-Benz eSprintera mogu birati između tri različite baterije, ovisno o njihovu individualnom dometu i zahtjevima nosivosti: baterija s iskoristivim kapacitetom od 56, 81 ili 113 kw/h. Kemija ćelija litij/željezo fosfat (LFP) omogućuje da varijante baterija budu bez kobalta i nikla, dok aktivno upravljanje toplinom osigurava maksimalnu učinkovitost. Kao i svi Mercedes-Benz eVan modeli, novi eSprinter može se puniti i izmjeničnom (AC) i istosmjernom (DC) strujom. Ugrađeni punjač, koji pretvara struju u vozilu prilikom punjenja izmjeničnom strujom, ima najveću snagu od 11 kW. Novi eSprinter može se puniti snagom do 115 kW na brzim punionicama. Za kupce brzo punjenje znači sljedeće: punjenje od 10 do 80 posto punog kapaciteta traje oko 28 minuta za bateriju od 56 kWh i oko 42 minute za bateriju od 113 kWh.

Novi eSprinter također impresionira u smislu digitalizacije te infotainmenta: dolazi s inovativnim Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) sustavom s najnovijom generacijom softvera, koji je prije bio poznat samo kupcima Mercedes-Benz osobnih automobila. Brojne značajke i usluge kupcima olakšavaju svakodnevni život s električnim vozilom.

Navigacija s “električnom inteligencijom” osigurava najveću moguću sigurnost planiranja: prikazuje trenutačni domet u stvarnom vremenu ovisno o trenutačnoj prometnoj situaciji i topografiji rute. Također izračunava najbolju moguću strategiju punjenja kako biste stigli do odredišta što je brže moguće ili kako biste imali željeno stanje napunjenosti (SoC) na odredištu. Autentifikacija na punionici je jednostavna putem MBUX sustava, uz plaćanje putem Mercedes-me usluge.

Mercedes-Benz Vans sustavno elektrificira sve serije modela. Novi eSprinter impresionira učinkovitošću, dometom i kapacitetom nosivosti i pravi je kozmopolit, proizveden u Europi i Sjevernoj Americi. U budućnosti će dodatno istaknuti tvrdnju da je “vodeći u električnom pogonu” na oko 60 tržišta.

Novi eSprinter dolazi s mnoštvom tehničkih inovacija i temelji se na novom konceptu koji se sastoji od tri modula. Oni omogućuju najveću moguću slobodu u razvoju i dizajnu raznih konverzija i nadgradnja koje su prije bile poznate samo kod Sprintera s konvencionalnim pogonom.

Prednji modul, ujednačeno dizajniran prednji dio, uključuje sve visokonaponske komponente i može se nepromijenjeno kombinirati sa svim varijantama vozila, bez obzira na međuosovinski razmak i veličinu baterije.

Modul za integriranu visokonaponsku bateriju, radi uštede prostora, nalazi se u podnici vozila. Položaj baterije između osovina, zajedno s robusnim kućištem baterije, rezultira niskim težištem, što pozitivno utječe na upravljivost i povećava sigurnost vožnje. Treći stup modularnog dizajna je stražnji modul s električno pokretanom stražnjom osovinom. Prema načelu strategije zajedničkih dijelova, ovo se koristi u svim varijantama novog eSprintera. Kompaktan i snažan električni motor također je integriran u stražnji modul.

Mercedes-Benz je u novi eSprinter uložio oko 350 milijuna eura. U svaku od tri tvornice, u Charlestonu, Düsseldorfu i Ludwigsfeldeu, bit će uloženo oko 50 milijuna eura za prilagodbu njihove proizvodnje. Modularni koncept novog eSprintera omogućuje maksimalnu sinergiju u proizvodnji, a time i odgovarajuću isplativost.

Lansiranje novog eSprintera na tržište počet će u SAD-u i Kanadi u drugoj polovini 2023. Vozilo je kombi-vozilo s dugim međuosovinskim razmakom i visokim krovom. Opremljen je najvećom dostupnom baterijom, koja ima iskoristivi kapacitet od 113 kw/h. Kapacitet teretnog prostora je 14 kubnih metara, a dopuštena ukupna masa vozila je do 4,25 tona.

U Europi će ova prva varijanta eSprintera biti predstavljena krajem 2023., a postupno će slijediti varijanta šasije s kabinom i druge varijante baterija. Zbog toga je eSprinter privlačan kao osnovno vozilo za brojne nove sektore, kao i za proizvođače konverzija i nadgradnji.

Glavne komponente eATS-a u novom eSprinteru predstavljaju dva nova rješenja: učinkoviti motor i inovativna električna stražnja osovina, a oba se prvi put koriste u baterijskom električnom kombiju iz Mercedes-Benza. Sinkroni motor s permanentnim magnetom (PSM), koji teži samo oko 130 kilograma, karakterizira posebno visoka učinkovitost i optimizirano upravljanje toplinom. Motor je dostupan u dvije razine snage, s vršnom snagom od 100 ili 150 KW, i osigurava okretni moment do 400 Nm. Stražnja osovina s električnim pogonom, uz klasičnu kombi-izvedbu, omogućuje varijante šasije s kabinom. Za kupca to donosi prednosti u pogledu preinaka i nadogradnji, duljina vozila (A2 i A3), maksimalne ukupne težine vozila (do 4,25 tona) i nosivosti prikolice (do dvije tone).

Kupci novog Mercedes-Benz eSprintera mogu birati između tri različite baterije, ovisno o njihovu individualnom dometu i zahtjevima nosivosti: baterija s iskoristivim kapacitetom od 56, 81 ili 113 kw/h. Kemija ćelija litij/željezo fosfat (LFP) omogućuje da varijante baterija budu bez kobalta i nikla, dok aktivno upravljanje toplinom osigurava maksimalnu učinkovitost. Kao i svi Mercedes-Benz eVan modeli, novi eSprinter može se puniti i izmjeničnom (AC) i istosmjernom (DC) strujom. Ugrađeni punjač, koji pretvara struju u vozilu prilikom punjenja izmjeničnom strujom, ima najveću snagu od 11 kW. Novi eSprinter može se puniti snagom do 115 kW na brzim punionicama. Za kupce brzo punjenje znači sljedeće: punjenje od 10 do 80 posto punog kapaciteta traje oko 28 minuta za bateriju od 56 kWh i oko 42 minute za bateriju od 113 kWh.

Novi eSprinter također impresionira u smislu digitalizacije te infotainmenta: dolazi s inovativnim Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) sustavom s najnovijom generacijom softvera, koji je prije bio poznat samo kupcima Mercedes-Benz osobnih automobila. Brojne značajke i usluge kupcima olakšavaju svakodnevni život s električnim vozilom.

Navigacija s “električnom inteligencijom” osigurava najveću moguću sigurnost planiranja: prikazuje trenutačni domet u stvarnom vremenu ovisno o trenutačnoj prometnoj situaciji i topografiji rute. Također izračunava najbolju moguću strategiju punjenja kako biste stigli do odredišta što je brže moguće ili kako biste imali željeno stanje napunjenosti (SoC) na odredištu. Autentifikacija na punionici je jednostavna putem MBUX sustava, uz plaćanje putem Mercedes-me usluge.
