Festival mediteranskog filma Split objavio je kompletan program za ovogodišnje jubilarno 15. izdanje koje počinje 16. lipnja svjetskom premijerom drame "Baci se na pod" redateljice i glumice Nine Violić.

Ekipa FMFS-a, predvođena direktorom Alenom Munitićem, najavila je "najveći festival dosad", s novim programima i četvrtom kino-lokacijom, kao vjesnik "konačnog povratka na staro normalno". Sugeriraju to brojke filmova, zemalja i kina.

Čak 72 filma iz 30 zemalja prikazivat će ne samo u Ljetnom kinu "Bačvice", već i (opet) u "Kinoteci", na platou ispred Doma mladih, ali i (prvi put) na Tvrđavi Gripe. Projektori će zavrtjeti filmove s velikih svjetskih festivala Cannesa, Berlina, Venecije i Toronta, redom hrvatske premijere.

U glavnom natjecateljskom programu po zvučnosti prednjače dva filmaša. Prvi je palestinski redatelj nominiran za Oscara Hany Abu-Asad ("Paradise Now"), splitskoj publici poznat po "Omaru", a ovaj put FMFS predstavlja njegov feministički triler "Hudin salon", inspiriran stvarnim događajima. Drugi je često kontroverzni Austrijanac Ulrich Seidl ("Raj: Ljubav", "Safari") s filmom "Rimini" o "raskalašenom i usamljenom životu zaboravljene pop zvijezde na zalasku karijere".

Zanimljivima se čine i španjolski film "Piggy", "napeta kombinacija trilera i drame s elementima horora", francuska trilerska drama "Puno radno vrijeme" o "samohranoj majci koja se bori za bolji život", marokanski "Život mi dobro pristaje" kao "osobna priča na iskren, nježan i topao način", te turski "Između dva svitanja" s temom "klasnog pitanja, radništva, moralnim dilemama i odgovornošću onih u poziciji moći".

Iz glavnog natjecateljskog programa FMFS-ovci ističu i dva talijanska filma, mračni psihološki triler "America Latina" braće D'Innocenzo s Elijom Germanom u glavnoj ulozi, te "Tihu zemlju", fokusiranu na "savršen bračni par koji unajmljuje kuću za odmor na sunčanom otoku, ali njihov odmor narušava spoznaja da bazen nije funkcionalan".

Novi festivalski program nazvan "Parangal", koji će prikazivati filmove izvan mediteranskog bazena na sjeveroistočnom bastionu Tvrđave, splitskoj publici donosi, među ostalim, premijeru recentnog butanskog oskarovskog nominenta "Lunana". Na tvrđavi Gripe, u sklopu programa "Druga strana Mediterana", prikazuju se i filmovi iz Latinske Amerike, odakle dolazi najzvučniji naslov 15. FMFS-a "Zalazak sunca" meksičkog redatelja Michaela Franca ("Novi poredak") s Charlotte Gainsbourg i Timom Rothom u glavnim ulogama.

Rezerviran za kratkometražne hrvatske filmove, program "Ješke" donosi i "kratkiše" snimane u Splitu, kao što su "Sprovod" Šime Šituma i "Klimanje" Paule Skelin.

- Program "Ješke" je tijekom godina stekao veliku popularnost među našom publikom, pa ne samo da nastavljamo kratkom hrvatskom filmu davati "prime time" termin, već na njega stavljamo glavni natjecateljski fokus. Autori ovih filmova su budućnost domaće kinematografije, a na FMFS-u se natječu za najveću novčanu nagradu u Hrvatskoj za kratkometražni film. Pobjedniku ide 15 tisuća kuna, a po 5000 pobjedniku po izboru publike i autoru najboljeg scenarija – otkrio je Munitić.

Ispred Doma mladih i dalje je besplatno kino koje vrti natjecateljski međunarodni kratki program i "najbolje filmove koje donose Europska filmska akademija, Animafest Zagreb, Sarajevo Film Festival, beogradska Slobodna zona i FeKK iz Ljubljane". "Kinoteka" je, pak, rezervirana za reprize filmova s Bačvica, što je novitet jer dosad FMFS nije imao reprize, kao i program "mali meDITEran", namijenjen djeci i mladima.

Za kraj predstavljanja 15. FMFS-a Munitić je skrenuo pažnju na "nikad jači" program "Industrija", u kojem će fokus, uz scenarij, biti i na videoigrama i sinkronizaciji filmova. Munitić je, konačno, ponosan što se "festival prvi put održava uz potporu Kreativne Europe potprograma MEDIA", kojim "Europska komisija potiče određeni broj europskih filmskih festivala, a zahvaljujući kojoj donosimo brojne programske i organizacijske novosti".

Festival mediteranskog filma Split objavio je kompletan program za ovogodišnje jubilarno 15. izdanje koje počinje 16. lipnja svjetskom premijerom drame "Baci se na pod" redateljice i glumice Nine Violić.

Ekipa FMFS-a, predvođena direktorom Alenom Munitićem, najavila je "najveći festival dosad", s novim programima i četvrtom kino-lokacijom, kao vjesnik "konačnog povratka na staro normalno". Sugeriraju to brojke filmova, zemalja i kina.

Čak 72 filma iz 30 zemalja prikazivat će ne samo u Ljetnom kinu "Bačvice", već i (opet) u "Kinoteci", na platou ispred Doma mladih, ali i (prvi put) na Tvrđavi Gripe. Projektori će zavrtjeti filmove s velikih svjetskih festivala Cannesa, Berlina, Venecije i Toronta, redom hrvatske premijere.

U glavnom natjecateljskom programu po zvučnosti prednjače dva filmaša. Prvi je palestinski redatelj nominiran za Oscara Hany Abu-Asad ("Paradise Now"), splitskoj publici poznat po "Omaru", a ovaj put FMFS predstavlja njegov feministički triler "Hudin salon", inspiriran stvarnim događajima. Drugi je često kontroverzni Austrijanac Ulrich Seidl ("Raj: Ljubav", "Safari") s filmom "Rimini" o "raskalašenom i usamljenom životu zaboravljene pop zvijezde na zalasku karijere".

Zanimljivima se čine i španjolski film "Piggy", "napeta kombinacija trilera i drame s elementima horora", francuska trilerska drama "Puno radno vrijeme" o "samohranoj majci koja se bori za bolji život", marokanski "Život mi dobro pristaje" kao "osobna priča na iskren, nježan i topao način", te turski "Između dva svitanja" s temom "klasnog pitanja, radništva, moralnim dilemama i odgovornošću onih u poziciji moći".

Iz glavnog natjecateljskog programa FMFS-ovci ističu i dva talijanska filma, mračni psihološki triler "America Latina" braće D'Innocenzo s Elijom Germanom u glavnoj ulozi, te "Tihu zemlju", fokusiranu na "savršen bračni par koji unajmljuje kuću za odmor na sunčanom otoku, ali njihov odmor narušava spoznaja da bazen nije funkcionalan".

Novi festivalski program nazvan "Parangal", koji će prikazivati filmove izvan mediteranskog bazena na sjeveroistočnom bastionu Tvrđave, splitskoj publici donosi, među ostalim, premijeru recentnog butanskog oskarovskog nominenta "Lunana". Na tvrđavi Gripe, u sklopu programa "Druga strana Mediterana", prikazuju se i filmovi iz Latinske Amerike, odakle dolazi najzvučniji naslov 15. FMFS-a "Zalazak sunca" meksičkog redatelja Michaela Franca ("Novi poredak") s Charlotte Gainsbourg i Timom Rothom u glavnim ulogama.

Rezerviran za kratkometražne hrvatske filmove, program "Ješke" donosi i "kratkiše" snimane u Splitu, kao što su "Sprovod" Šime Šituma i "Klimanje" Paule Skelin.

- Program "Ješke" je tijekom godina stekao veliku popularnost među našom publikom, pa ne samo da nastavljamo kratkom hrvatskom filmu davati "prime time" termin, već na njega stavljamo glavni natjecateljski fokus. Autori ovih filmova su budućnost domaće kinematografije, a na FMFS-u se natječu za najveću novčanu nagradu u Hrvatskoj za kratkometražni film. Pobjedniku ide 15 tisuća kuna, a po 5000 pobjedniku po izboru publike i autoru najboljeg scenarija – otkrio je Munitić.

Ispred Doma mladih i dalje je besplatno kino koje vrti natjecateljski međunarodni kratki program i "najbolje filmove koje donose Europska filmska akademija, Animafest Zagreb, Sarajevo Film Festival, beogradska Slobodna zona i FeKK iz Ljubljane". "Kinoteka" je, pak, rezervirana za reprize filmova s Bačvica, što je novitet jer dosad FMFS nije imao reprize, kao i program "mali meDITEran", namijenjen djeci i mladima.

Za kraj predstavljanja 15. FMFS-a Munitić je skrenuo pažnju na "nikad jači" program "Industrija", u kojem će fokus, uz scenarij, biti i na videoigrama i sinkronizaciji filmova. Munitić je, konačno, ponosan što se "festival prvi put održava uz potporu Kreativne Europe potprograma MEDIA", kojim "Europska komisija potiče određeni broj europskih filmskih festivala, a zahvaljujući kojoj donosimo brojne programske i organizacijske novosti".
