"Samo ne ulazi u vodu." – "Duboko modro more 3" (2020.)

Peraja morskog psa viđena je i snimljena početkom ljeta u par navrata kako siječe površinu Jadranskog mora (Crikvenica, Dubrovnik...). Nelagodan prizor, ali srećom nitko se nije kupao u datom trenutku, zlu ne trebalo. Otad naovamo, morski psi se više (zasad) nisu kod nas ukazali "uživo", ali evo nam ih na malim ekranima u "Deep Blue Sea 3".

Jer, što je ljeto bez filma o morskim psima otkako su "Ralje" prije 45 godina postale sinonim za ljetni blockbuster. Posljednjih ljeta interes je ponovno velik za "shark movies" a la "Jaws" ("The Shallows", "47 Meters Down", "Meg"...). Prošle godine u kinima smo gledali nastavak potonjeg ugodnog iznenađenja "Pakao pod morem 2", a tekuće sezone u kućnom kinu gledamo "Duboko modro more 3".

Korona nije poremetila distribuciju "Deep Blue Sea 3". Ovo je u startu direktno-na-video projekt u produkciji Warner Home Entertainmenta, ne standardnog Warner Brosa, znači nije materijal za kina, već video-on-demand i "online" videoteke poput "A1".

Doduše, "Duboko modro more" je započelo život kao ljetna "Ralje"-u-"Jurskom-parku" blockbusterska kinoatrakcija s kraja devedesetih u režiji Rennyja Harlina ("Umri muški 2", "Cliffhanger", "Pakleni poljubac"), ali otplivalo u neslane videotečne vode nakon što su psine početkom novog milenija iz kina istjerala još veća imaginarna čudovišta.

Smisleno je, stoga, što su antagonisti "Deep Blue Sea" nastavaka morski psi vrste bik, ne mako kao u originalu. Bikovi su, naime, prilagođeni životu ne samo u slanoj, morskoj vodi. "Duboko modro more 3" se nešto bolje prilagodilo neslanoj videoprodukciji od očajne dvojke, potencirajući akcijsko-hororski koncept da su bikovi, jedni od najagresivnijih morskih pasa, genetski modificirani i opasniji nego prije, a ljudima se svete zato što su nad njima vršili eksperimente i prekršili zakone prirode.

Velikoj bijeloj psini bi tri bika inače bili "sushi", mišljenja je seksi heroina-znanstvenica, dr. Emma Collins (Tania Raymonde). Sada je situacija obratna i dvije velike bijele pronađene su izgrižene na dnu oceana u jednoj sceni. "To nisu morski psi, to je nešto drugo", slušamo za bikove koji u filmu plivaju zajedno kao ubojiti dupini i iznimno su inteligentni pa npr. razumiju prijetnju oružjem.

"Napali su brod od 30 metara i onda se povukli jer su prepoznali oružje", konstatira jedan lik, a drugi izražava čuđenje riječima "To je nevjerojatno i to se ne događa". Događa se, da, ali na manje nevjerojatan način nego što je moglo. Redatelj John Pogue ("Quarantine 2") i scenarist Dirk Blackman ("Underworld 3") drže se Harlinova pristupa u "Deep Blue Sea" radije nego da pretvore serijal u "Jaws 3&4", kamoli "Sharknado".

Morski psi ne tragaju za preživjelima iz originala poput likova Thomasa Janea i LL Cool J-a ili njihovom bližom/daljom rodbinom, a neće baš letjeti kao da su nošeni tornadom kad iskoče iz mora i polete zrakom da nekom usput odgrizu glavu prije nego opet zarone.

Pogue je naumio snimiti legitimni akcijski horor i varirati Harlinov "shark movie" u postavci (izolirani umjetni otok pod opsadom morskih pasa), akciji (eksplozije u "slow motionu") i stravi (prizor nesretnika odgriženog na pola koji vozi podvodni skuter "kao da nije znao da je mrtav").

U tome, nažalost, nije posve uspio, no "Duboko modro more 3" je barem iznad "2" u pogledu režije, glume i produkcijskih vrijednosti, pa i osnovne ljudskosti, tipa da vas je briga hoće li neki likovi preživjeti nove-stare ugrize morskih pasa (nerdovski momak i mlada japanska znanstvenica; Alex Bhat i Reina Aoi).

Dakle, dovoljno da film bude gledljiv, na momente i razmjerno korektan za to što jest – niskobudžetna, videotečna varijacija blockbustera devedesetih s automatski uključenom suspenzijom nevjerice, ali i neočekivanim ekološkim i društveno-političkim podtekstom . Klimatske promjene ugrožavaju ne samo naš svijet nego i podmorski.

"Ako su morski psi u nevolji, i mi smo", smatra Emma koja proučava kako se oni prilagođavaju klimatskim promjenama i upozorava na apokaliptični "moregedon". Interesantno, ispostavlja se da su bikovi mužjaci, a ne ženke, kako je prvotno mislila Emma. Mužjaci koji i u ljudskom obliku prijete junakinji. Emma se, tako, bori protiv alfa predatora u moru i na kopnu, razjarenih bikova i pasjih skotova poput Lucasa (nabildani Bren Foster). Čuvaj se ne samo morskog psa.

‘Izgubljena‘ Tania

Najpoznatije ime u glumačkoj ekipi filma je glavna glumica Tania Raymonde; gledali smo je u seriji "Izgubljeni" nakon koje se pomalo pogubila.

"Samo ne ulazi u vodu." – "Duboko modro more 3" (2020.)

Peraja morskog psa viđena je i snimljena početkom ljeta u par navrata kako siječe površinu Jadranskog mora (Crikvenica, Dubrovnik...). Nelagodan prizor, ali srećom nitko se nije kupao u datom trenutku, zlu ne trebalo. Otad naovamo, morski psi se više (zasad) nisu kod nas ukazali "uživo", ali evo nam ih na malim ekranima u "Deep Blue Sea 3".

Jer, što je ljeto bez filma o morskim psima otkako su "Ralje" prije 45 godina postale sinonim za ljetni blockbuster. Posljednjih ljeta interes je ponovno velik za "shark movies" a la "Jaws" ("The Shallows", "47 Meters Down", "Meg"...). Prošle godine u kinima smo gledali nastavak potonjeg ugodnog iznenađenja "Pakao pod morem 2", a tekuće sezone u kućnom kinu gledamo "Duboko modro more 3".

Korona nije poremetila distribuciju "Deep Blue Sea 3". Ovo je u startu direktno-na-video projekt u produkciji Warner Home Entertainmenta, ne standardnog Warner Brosa, znači nije materijal za kina, već video-on-demand i "online" videoteke poput "A1".

Doduše, "Duboko modro more" je započelo život kao ljetna "Ralje"-u-"Jurskom-parku" blockbusterska kinoatrakcija s kraja devedesetih u režiji Rennyja Harlina ("Umri muški 2", "Cliffhanger", "Pakleni poljubac"), ali otplivalo u neslane videotečne vode nakon što su psine početkom novog milenija iz kina istjerala još veća imaginarna čudovišta.

Smisleno je, stoga, što su antagonisti "Deep Blue Sea" nastavaka morski psi vrste bik, ne mako kao u originalu. Bikovi su, naime, prilagođeni životu ne samo u slanoj, morskoj vodi. "Duboko modro more 3" se nešto bolje prilagodilo neslanoj videoprodukciji od očajne dvojke, potencirajući akcijsko-hororski koncept da su bikovi, jedni od najagresivnijih morskih pasa, genetski modificirani i opasniji nego prije, a ljudima se svete zato što su nad njima vršili eksperimente i prekršili zakone prirode.

Velikoj bijeloj psini bi tri bika inače bili "sushi", mišljenja je seksi heroina-znanstvenica, dr. Emma Collins (Tania Raymonde). Sada je situacija obratna i dvije velike bijele pronađene su izgrižene na dnu oceana u jednoj sceni. "To nisu morski psi, to je nešto drugo", slušamo za bikove koji u filmu plivaju zajedno kao ubojiti dupini i iznimno su inteligentni pa npr. razumiju prijetnju oružjem.

"Napali su brod od 30 metara i onda se povukli jer su prepoznali oružje", konstatira jedan lik, a drugi izražava čuđenje riječima "To je nevjerojatno i to se ne događa". Događa se, da, ali na manje nevjerojatan način nego što je moglo. Redatelj John Pogue ("Quarantine 2") i scenarist Dirk Blackman ("Underworld 3") drže se Harlinova pristupa u "Deep Blue Sea" radije nego da pretvore serijal u "Jaws 3&4", kamoli "Sharknado".

Morski psi ne tragaju za preživjelima iz originala poput likova Thomasa Janea i LL Cool J-a ili njihovom bližom/daljom rodbinom, a neće baš letjeti kao da su nošeni tornadom kad iskoče iz mora i polete zrakom da nekom usput odgrizu glavu prije nego opet zarone.

Pogue je naumio snimiti legitimni akcijski horor i varirati Harlinov "shark movie" u postavci (izolirani umjetni otok pod opsadom morskih pasa), akciji (eksplozije u "slow motionu") i stravi (prizor nesretnika odgriženog na pola koji vozi podvodni skuter "kao da nije znao da je mrtav").

U tome, nažalost, nije posve uspio, no "Duboko modro more 3" je barem iznad "2" u pogledu režije, glume i produkcijskih vrijednosti, pa i osnovne ljudskosti, tipa da vas je briga hoće li neki likovi preživjeti nove-stare ugrize morskih pasa (nerdovski momak i mlada japanska znanstvenica; Alex Bhat i Reina Aoi).

Dakle, dovoljno da film bude gledljiv, na momente i razmjerno korektan za to što jest – niskobudžetna, videotečna varijacija blockbustera devedesetih s automatski uključenom suspenzijom nevjerice, ali i neočekivanim ekološkim i društveno-političkim podtekstom . Klimatske promjene ugrožavaju ne samo naš svijet nego i podmorski.

"Ako su morski psi u nevolji, i mi smo", smatra Emma koja proučava kako se oni prilagođavaju klimatskim promjenama i upozorava na apokaliptični "moregedon". Interesantno, ispostavlja se da su bikovi mužjaci, a ne ženke, kako je prvotno mislila Emma. Mužjaci koji i u ljudskom obliku prijete junakinji. Emma se, tako, bori protiv alfa predatora u moru i na kopnu, razjarenih bikova i pasjih skotova poput Lucasa (nabildani Bren Foster). Čuvaj se ne samo morskog psa.

‘Izgubljena‘ Tania

Najpoznatije ime u glumačkoj ekipi filma je glavna glumica Tania Raymonde; gledali smo je u seriji "Izgubljeni" nakon koje se pomalo pogubila.
