Nakon brojnih upita zainteresiranih građana kada će natječaj za zakup državnog poljoprivrednog zemljišta i koji je trenutno status Programa raspolaganja državnim zemljištem oglasio se gradonačelnik Opuzena Ivan Mataga.

- Kako je po starom Zakonu o poljoprivrednom zemljištu koji je bio na snazi do 28.05.2022 bila nepovoljna pozicija po kriterijima dodjele zemljišta za dosadašnje posjednike na temelju važećeg ugovora (koji su uredno podmirivali sve obveze s osnove korištenja zemljišta i sve druge obveze po ugovoru te i dalje podmiruju) čekalo se stupanje novog Zakona na snagu zbog povoljnije pozicije za dosadašnje posjednike zbog novog kriterija bodovanja.

Za isto je trebalo čekati i stupanje novog pravilnika o provođenju javnog natječaja za zakup poljoprivrednog zemljišta u vlasništvu RH te po novom zakonu i pravilniku sve ostale nove odredbe koje su oduljile postupak (sva nova očitovanja od javnopravnih tijela za sve čestice za koje će se raspisati natječaj te dodatna procjena iznosa zakupnine od strane sudskog vještaka za sve čestice na kojima su zasađeni trajni nasadi, što je većina čestica, što je dodatno oduljilo postupak).

- Sve je odrađeno i poslano na suglasnost Ministarstvu poljoprivrede, koji su nam poslali nakon 30 dana dopis da trebamo nadopuniti neke stvari, koje su vrlo brzo nadopunjene. Neke čestice na kojima su različite kulture, trebalo je još dodatno utvrditi na terenu zapisnikom od strane Povjerenstva za uvođenje u posjed.

Zbog izvanrednih novih okolnosti odnosno problematike održavanja sjednice gradskog vijeća zadnja 3-4 mjeseca, povjerenstvo još nije osnovano te bi se trebalo uskoro osnovati na sljedećoj sjednici-ističe Mataga.

Čim se formira povjerenstvo za uvođenje u posjed će utvrditi na terenu činjenično stanje na tim česticama nakon čega ćemo zajedno s ostalim dopunama, sve zajedno poslati na konačnu suglasnost Ministarstvu poljoprivrede, pojašnjava.

Nakon ishođenja konačne suglasnosti od Ministarstva poljoprivrede, ide na sljedećoj sjednici Odluka o raspisivanju natječaja za zakup poljoprivrednog zemljišta u vlasništvu RH na području Grada Opuzena što se može očekivati ovog ljeta.

Svima kojima je istekao ugovor stupanjem novog zakona na snagu, a koji uredno podmiruju sve obveze s osnove korištenja zemljišta i sve druge obveze po isteklom ugovoru i protiv kojih se ne vodi postupak izbacivanja iz posjeda, smatra se da su u mirnom posjedu. Oni će imati status dosadašnjeg posjednika kao oni koji imaju trenutno važeći privremeni Ugovor do ljeta 2024 godine, odnosno do raspisivanja natječaja, zaključio je gradonačelnik Opuzena, Ivan Mataga.

Nakon brojnih upita zainteresiranih građana kada će natječaj za zakup državnog poljoprivrednog zemljišta i koji je trenutno status Programa raspolaganja državnim zemljištem oglasio se gradonačelnik Opuzena Ivan Mataga.

- Kako je po starom Zakonu o poljoprivrednom zemljištu koji je bio na snazi do 28.05.2022 bila nepovoljna pozicija po kriterijima dodjele zemljišta za dosadašnje posjednike na temelju važećeg ugovora (koji su uredno podmirivali sve obveze s osnove korištenja zemljišta i sve druge obveze po ugovoru te i dalje podmiruju) čekalo se stupanje novog Zakona na snagu zbog povoljnije pozicije za dosadašnje posjednike zbog novog kriterija bodovanja.

Za isto je trebalo čekati i stupanje novog pravilnika o provođenju javnog natječaja za zakup poljoprivrednog zemljišta u vlasništvu RH te po novom zakonu i pravilniku sve ostale nove odredbe koje su oduljile postupak (sva nova očitovanja od javnopravnih tijela za sve čestice za koje će se raspisati natječaj te dodatna procjena iznosa zakupnine od strane sudskog vještaka za sve čestice na kojima su zasađeni trajni nasadi, što je većina čestica, što je dodatno oduljilo postupak).

- Sve je odrađeno i poslano na suglasnost Ministarstvu poljoprivrede, koji su nam poslali nakon 30 dana dopis da trebamo nadopuniti neke stvari, koje su vrlo brzo nadopunjene. Neke čestice na kojima su različite kulture, trebalo je još dodatno utvrditi na terenu zapisnikom od strane Povjerenstva za uvođenje u posjed.

Zbog izvanrednih novih okolnosti odnosno problematike održavanja sjednice gradskog vijeća zadnja 3-4 mjeseca, povjerenstvo još nije osnovano te bi se trebalo uskoro osnovati na sljedećoj sjednici-ističe Mataga.

Čim se formira povjerenstvo za uvođenje u posjed će utvrditi na terenu činjenično stanje na tim česticama nakon čega ćemo zajedno s ostalim dopunama, sve zajedno poslati na konačnu suglasnost Ministarstvu poljoprivrede, pojašnjava.

Nakon ishođenja konačne suglasnosti od Ministarstva poljoprivrede, ide na sljedećoj sjednici Odluka o raspisivanju natječaja za zakup poljoprivrednog zemljišta u vlasništvu RH na području Grada Opuzena što se može očekivati ovog ljeta.

Svima kojima je istekao ugovor stupanjem novog zakona na snagu, a koji uredno podmiruju sve obveze s osnove korištenja zemljišta i sve druge obveze po isteklom ugovoru i protiv kojih se ne vodi postupak izbacivanja iz posjeda, smatra se da su u mirnom posjedu. Oni će imati status dosadašnjeg posjednika kao oni koji imaju trenutno važeći privremeni Ugovor do ljeta 2024 godine, odnosno do raspisivanja natječaja, zaključio je gradonačelnik Opuzena, Ivan Mataga.
