Ovog tjedna navodno će se nastaviti radovi na Lapadskoj obali, a dokaz tome je nedavno doneseni građevinski materijal koji 'signalizira' da se nešto pomiče u vezi radova koji su zaustavljeni još početkom svibnja.
U ponedjeljak ujutro nije bilo radnika na gradilištu kod ljetnikovca Sorkočević, gdje su primijećene nove količine građevinskog materijala.

Projekt rekonstrukcije i proširenja Lapadske obale vrijedan je gotovo 70 milijuna kuna, a sufinancira ga Europska unija u iznosu od gotovo 60 milijuna kuna, odnosno 85 posto, dok će se iz državnog proračuna izdvojiti razlika od oko 10 miijuna kuna. Radovi su zaustavljeni zbog pravnih nesuglasnica između Grada Dubrovnika i Marine Frapa, odnosno njezinog vlasnika Franja Pašalića, koji nam u telefonskom razgovoru kaže da nije ništa čuo o nastavku radova na Lapadskoj obali.

- Može biti da će nastaviti radove na prvoj i drugoj fazi, ali na trećoj i četvrtoj ne vjerujem da će jer smo ih zaustavili. Nudili smo rješenje, da bude na obostrano zadovoljstvo, ali, na žalost, ništa – komentirao je naš sugovornik. Naime, temeljem odluke Upravnog suda u Splitu, nakon tužbe koju je protiv Grada Dubrovnika podnijela tvrtka 'Laguna trade', radovi su obustavljeni, a kasnije je investitor odustao od radova na planiranoj fazi, a koji su predviđali početak gradnje kod benzinske crpke. Tako je početak sanacije Lapadske obale prebačen na područje ispred ljetnikovca Sorkočević, na dijelu gdje radovi nisu sporni.
- Oni su se žalili, ali ne vjerujem da će im se žalba ostvariti – nastavio je Franjo Pašalić. – Valjda će se naći neko rješenje. Što ćemo kad su u politici ljudi koji nemaju pojma o životu, a kamoli da odlučuju o ovako važnim infrastukturnim pitanjima u gradu. Već šest-sedam godina 'trubim' i bivšem i ovom gradonačelniku kako to dovesti do kraja, ali oni misle da kroz politiku mogu sve riješiti. Što ćete – zaključio je vlasnik marine u Gružu.

Nakon što su radovi na Lapadskoj obali slijedom pravnih nesuglasica bili prebačeni na drugu lokaciju, za realizaciju projekta pojavila se još jedna prepreka - veliki nesrazmjer cijena građevinskog materijala. Cijena čelika porasla je pet puta, pa je pronađeno novo rješenje za tehniku izgradnje pilota. Kako je krajem srpnja rekao dubrovački gradonačelnik Mato Franković, zatražili su stručno mišljenje nadzora i projektanta, kao i središnje Agencije za financiranje i ugovaranje projekata, koja je prihvatila izmjenu tehnologije, pa će izrada prvih pilota započeti već nakon blagdana Velike Gospe.

Ovog tjedna navodno će se nastaviti radovi na Lapadskoj obali, a dokaz tome je nedavno doneseni građevinski materijal koji 'signalizira' da se nešto pomiče u vezi radova koji su zaustavljeni još početkom svibnja.
U ponedjeljak ujutro nije bilo radnika na gradilištu kod ljetnikovca Sorkočević, gdje su primijećene nove količine građevinskog materijala.

Projekt rekonstrukcije i proširenja Lapadske obale vrijedan je gotovo 70 milijuna kuna, a sufinancira ga Europska unija u iznosu od gotovo 60 milijuna kuna, odnosno 85 posto, dok će se iz državnog proračuna izdvojiti razlika od oko 10 miijuna kuna. Radovi su zaustavljeni zbog pravnih nesuglasnica između Grada Dubrovnika i Marine Frapa, odnosno njezinog vlasnika Franja Pašalića, koji nam u telefonskom razgovoru kaže da nije ništa čuo o nastavku radova na Lapadskoj obali.

- Može biti da će nastaviti radove na prvoj i drugoj fazi, ali na trećoj i četvrtoj ne vjerujem da će jer smo ih zaustavili. Nudili smo rješenje, da bude na obostrano zadovoljstvo, ali, na žalost, ništa – komentirao je naš sugovornik. Naime, temeljem odluke Upravnog suda u Splitu, nakon tužbe koju je protiv Grada Dubrovnika podnijela tvrtka 'Laguna trade', radovi su obustavljeni, a kasnije je investitor odustao od radova na planiranoj fazi, a koji su predviđali početak gradnje kod benzinske crpke. Tako je početak sanacije Lapadske obale prebačen na područje ispred ljetnikovca Sorkočević, na dijelu gdje radovi nisu sporni.
- Oni su se žalili, ali ne vjerujem da će im se žalba ostvariti – nastavio je Franjo Pašalić. – Valjda će se naći neko rješenje. Što ćemo kad su u politici ljudi koji nemaju pojma o životu, a kamoli da odlučuju o ovako važnim infrastukturnim pitanjima u gradu. Već šest-sedam godina 'trubim' i bivšem i ovom gradonačelniku kako to dovesti do kraja, ali oni misle da kroz politiku mogu sve riješiti. Što ćete – zaključio je vlasnik marine u Gružu.

Nakon što su radovi na Lapadskoj obali slijedom pravnih nesuglasica bili prebačeni na drugu lokaciju, za realizaciju projekta pojavila se još jedna prepreka - veliki nesrazmjer cijena građevinskog materijala. Cijena čelika porasla je pet puta, pa je pronađeno novo rješenje za tehniku izgradnje pilota. Kako je krajem srpnja rekao dubrovački gradonačelnik Mato Franković, zatražili su stručno mišljenje nadzora i projektanta, kao i središnje Agencije za financiranje i ugovaranje projekata, koja je prihvatila izmjenu tehnologije, pa će izrada prvih pilota započeti već nakon blagdana Velike Gospe.
Iz Grada Dubrovnika čekamo odgovor na upit o nastavku radova na Lapadskoj obali.
