Ponude zaprimljene na javni natječaj za izvođenje projekta rekonstrukcije i modernizacije sustava javne rasvjete Grada Dubrovnika procijenjene vrijednosti 14 milijuna kuna s uključenim PDV-om otvorene su danas, 13. rujna 2022., u prostorijama Odsjeka za provođenje postupka nabave Grada Dubrovnika. Na poziv je pristiglo sedam ponuda, od kojih je više onih i ispod procijenjene vrijednosti nabave.

Po otvaranju ponuda slijedi utvrđivanje ispravnosti dokumentacija i evaluacija za grad najpovoljnije ponude, a zakonski rok za navedeni proces je 60 dana. Nakon što Grad Dubrovnik odabere najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja, svi sudionici natječajnog postupka imat će priliku uložiti žalbu.

Cjelokupan postupak javne nabave završit će do kraja godine te će se izvođenju radova pristupiti u siječnju 2023., što ostavlja dovoljno vremena za izgradnju sustava do siječnja 2024. kada će cijena električne energije za Grad Dubrovnik značajno porasti.

Grad Dubrovnik predmetnu investiciju financira kreditom HBOR-a s rokom otplate od sedam godina te fiksnom kamatnom stopom od 0,5 posto. Novčana ušteda na troškovima električne energije koja će se postići ovom rekonstrukcijom, u odnosu na zatečeno stanje, veća je od dva milijuna kuna na godišnjoj razini koliko iznosi i kreditno zaduženje, a dodatno će se značajno smanjiti i troškovi održavanja sustava. S obzirom na rapidan porast cijene svih energenata, pa tako i električne energije, izvjesno je da će konačan iznos koji će Grad Dubrovnik uštedjeti implementacijom ovog projekta biti i dvostruko veći od kreditnog zaduženja.

Naime, trenutno Grad Dubrovnik električnu energiju plaća po fiksnoj cijeni od 0,38 kn/kwh, sukladno ugovoru s HEP Opskrbom d.o.o. sklopljenom 27. siječnja 2020. godine na rok od četiri godine. Usporedbe radi, današnja cijena na tržištu kreće se od 3,50 kn/kwh.

Ponude zaprimljene na javni natječaj za izvođenje projekta rekonstrukcije i modernizacije sustava javne rasvjete Grada Dubrovnika procijenjene vrijednosti 14 milijuna kuna s uključenim PDV-om otvorene su danas, 13. rujna 2022., u prostorijama Odsjeka za provođenje postupka nabave Grada Dubrovnika. Na poziv je pristiglo sedam ponuda, od kojih je više onih i ispod procijenjene vrijednosti nabave.

Po otvaranju ponuda slijedi utvrđivanje ispravnosti dokumentacija i evaluacija za grad najpovoljnije ponude, a zakonski rok za navedeni proces je 60 dana. Nakon što Grad Dubrovnik odabere najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja, svi sudionici natječajnog postupka imat će priliku uložiti žalbu.

Cjelokupan postupak javne nabave završit će do kraja godine te će se izvođenju radova pristupiti u siječnju 2023., što ostavlja dovoljno vremena za izgradnju sustava do siječnja 2024. kada će cijena električne energije za Grad Dubrovnik značajno porasti.

Grad Dubrovnik predmetnu investiciju financira kreditom HBOR-a s rokom otplate od sedam godina te fiksnom kamatnom stopom od 0,5 posto. Novčana ušteda na troškovima električne energije koja će se postići ovom rekonstrukcijom, u odnosu na zatečeno stanje, veća je od dva milijuna kuna na godišnjoj razini koliko iznosi i kreditno zaduženje, a dodatno će se značajno smanjiti i troškovi održavanja sustava. S obzirom na rapidan porast cijene svih energenata, pa tako i električne energije, izvjesno je da će konačan iznos koji će Grad Dubrovnik uštedjeti implementacijom ovog projekta biti i dvostruko veći od kreditnog zaduženja.

Naime, trenutno Grad Dubrovnik električnu energiju plaća po fiksnoj cijeni od 0,38 kn/kwh, sukladno ugovoru s HEP Opskrbom d.o.o. sklopljenom 27. siječnja 2020. godine na rok od četiri godine. Usporedbe radi, današnja cijena na tržištu kreće se od 3,50 kn/kwh.

Pristiglo sedam ponuda, većina ispod procijenjene vrijednosti nabave; radovi kreću u siječnju 2023.

Ponude zaprimljene na javni natječaj za izvođenje projekta rekonstrukcije i modernizacije sustava javne rasvjete Grada Dubrovnika procijenjene vrijednosti 14 milijuna kuna s uključenim PDV-om otvorene su danas, 13. rujna 2022., u prostorijama Odsjeka za provođenje postupka nabave Grada Dubrovnika. Na poziv je pristiglo sedam ponuda, od kojih je više onih i ispod procijenjene vrijednosti nabave.

Po otvaranju ponuda slijedi utvrđivanje ispravnosti dokumentacija i evaluacija za grad najpovoljnije ponude, a zakonski rok za navedeni proces je 60 dana. Nakon što Grad Dubrovnik odabere najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja, svi sudionici natječajnog postupka imat će priliku uložiti žalbu.

Cjelokupan postupak javne nabave završit će do kraja godine te će se izvođenju radova pristupiti u siječnju 2023., što ostavlja dovoljno vremena za izgradnju sustava do siječnja 2024. kada će cijena električne energije za Grad Dubrovnik značajno porasti.

Grad Dubrovnik predmetnu investiciju financira kreditom HBOR-a s rokom otplate od sedam godina te fiksnom kamatnom stopom od 0,5 posto. Novčana ušteda na troškovima električne energije koja će se postići ovom rekonstrukcijom, u odnosu na zatečeno stanje, veća je od dva milijuna kuna na godišnjoj razini koliko iznosi i kreditno zaduženje, a dodatno će se značajno smanjiti i troškovi održavanja sustava. S obzirom na rapidan porast cijene svih energenata, pa tako i električne energije, izvjesno je da će konačan iznos koji će Grad Dubrovnik uštedjeti implementacijom ovog projekta biti i dvostruko veći od kreditnog zaduženja.

Naime, trenutno Grad Dubrovnik električnu energiju plaća po fiksnoj cijeni od 0,38 kn/kwh, sukladno ugovoru s HEP Opskrbom d.o.o. sklopljenom 27. siječnja 2020. godine na rok od četiri godine. Usporedbe radi, današnja cijena na tržištu kreće se od 3,50 kn/kwh.
