Upravni odjel za izdavanje i provedbu dokumenata prostornog uređenja i gradnje Grada Dubrovnika izdao je građevinsku dozvolu i za II. fazu projekta rekonstrukcije tenis terena i pratećih građevina Tenis kluba Dubrovnik u Lapadu.
Druga faza odnosi se na uređenje tribina s fitness centrom, svlačionicama, skladištem i uredima za administraciju.
Podsjetimo, rekonstrukcija tenis terena i pratećih građevina projektirana je u dvije faze:
Za prvu fazu je već prethodno izdana građevinska dozvola kojom je odobrena rekonstrukcija, odnosno natkrivanje dva tenis terena izgradnjom suvremeno oblikovane dvorane lučne konstrukcije.
Planirani zahvat II. faze obuhvaća rekonstrukciju postojećih građevina uz tenis terene, odnosno svlačionica i drugih prostora ispod tribina. Na razini prizemlja, ulaz s istočne strane, planirane su muške i ženske svlačionice s pripadajućim sanitarnim čvorovima i tuševima te multifunkcionalna dvorana sa spravama za vježbanje. Ulazom sa sjeverne strane pristupa se prostorima za trenere, spremištu te prostorijama namijenjenim osobama s invaliditetom – predprostor, svlačionice i kupaonica. Na razini prizemlja nalaze se i prostori stambene namjene koji se planiraju rekonstruirati i prenamijeniti u polivalentne klupske prostore. Na razini prvog kata postojeći stambeni prostori prenamijenit će se u jedan poslovni prostor te prostore spremišta.
Uz to je planirana i sanacija dijelova fasade te uređenja prostora gledališta s postavljanjem 759 sjedalica, kao i ograđeni prostor za privremeno odlaganje otpada. Nenatkrivena terasa uz postojeću poslovnu građevinu (restoran i uprava kluba) planira se uzdignuti na razinu šetnice.
Predmetni zahvat bit će pristupačan osobama s invaliditetom i smanjene pokretljivosti.
Sveukupnim uređenjem ovog kompleksa podignut će se razina kvalitete, osigurati bolja funkcionalnost i omogućiti Tenis klubu Dubrovnik organizaciju različitih međunarodnih natjecanja te priprema kroz čitavu godinu.
Projekt rekonstrukcije tenis terena u Lapadu jedan je od 11 strateških ciljeva definiranih Strategijom razvoja sporta i sportske infrastrukture Grada Dubrovnika. Već ranije, sukladno Strategiji, izgrađen je hangar za jedriličare u Orsanu, uređen nogometni teren s pripadajućim sadržajima u Gospinom polju, Judo dvorana u Mokošici, obavljena rekonstrukcija objekta bivšeg hotela Stadion u Gružu te uređena sportska dvorana za borilačke sportove u prostoru bivše ‘Stanice za tehnički prijem vozila’ u Gospinom polju.

Upravni odjel za izdavanje i provedbu dokumenata prostornog uređenja i gradnje Grada Dubrovnika izdao je građevinsku dozvolu i za II. fazu projekta rekonstrukcije tenis terena i pratećih građevina Tenis kluba Dubrovnik u Lapadu.
Druga faza odnosi se na uređenje tribina s fitness centrom, svlačionicama, skladištem i uredima za administraciju.
Podsjetimo, rekonstrukcija tenis terena i pratećih građevina projektirana je u dvije faze:
Za prvu fazu je već prethodno izdana građevinska dozvola kojom je odobrena rekonstrukcija, odnosno natkrivanje dva tenis terena izgradnjom suvremeno oblikovane dvorane lučne konstrukcije.
Planirani zahvat II. faze obuhvaća rekonstrukciju postojećih građevina uz tenis terene, odnosno svlačionica i drugih prostora ispod tribina. Na razini prizemlja, ulaz s istočne strane, planirane su muške i ženske svlačionice s pripadajućim sanitarnim čvorovima i tuševima te multifunkcionalna dvorana sa spravama za vježbanje. Ulazom sa sjeverne strane pristupa se prostorima za trenere, spremištu te prostorijama namijenjenim osobama s invaliditetom – predprostor, svlačionice i kupaonica. Na razini prizemlja nalaze se i prostori stambene namjene koji se planiraju rekonstruirati i prenamijeniti u polivalentne klupske prostore. Na razini prvog kata postojeći stambeni prostori prenamijenit će se u jedan poslovni prostor te prostore spremišta.
Uz to je planirana i sanacija dijelova fasade te uređenja prostora gledališta s postavljanjem 759 sjedalica, kao i ograđeni prostor za privremeno odlaganje otpada. Nenatkrivena terasa uz postojeću poslovnu građevinu (restoran i uprava kluba) planira se uzdignuti na razinu šetnice.
Predmetni zahvat bit će pristupačan osobama s invaliditetom i smanjene pokretljivosti.
Sveukupnim uređenjem ovog kompleksa podignut će se razina kvalitete, osigurati bolja funkcionalnost i omogućiti Tenis klubu Dubrovnik organizaciju različitih međunarodnih natjecanja te priprema kroz čitavu godinu.
Projekt rekonstrukcije tenis terena u Lapadu jedan je od 11 strateških ciljeva definiranih Strategijom razvoja sporta i sportske infrastrukture Grada Dubrovnika. Već ranije, sukladno Strategiji, izgrađen je hangar za jedriličare u Orsanu, uređen nogometni teren s pripadajućim sadržajima u Gospinom polju, Judo dvorana u Mokošici, obavljena rekonstrukcija objekta bivšeg hotela Stadion u Gružu te uređena sportska dvorana za borilačke sportove u prostoru bivše ‘Stanice za tehnički prijem vozila’ u Gospinom polju.
