U odnosu na ostatak Hrvatske, turizam  Dubrovnik izdvaja po mnogo čemu iz prosjeka, ponajprije po previsokim cijenama svega, naročito u turističkoj sezoni koje plaće  prosječnog građanina Dubrovnika nisu pratile ni ranije. Od ove godine i uvođenja eura situacija je još gora, divljaju cijene svega, a organizacija posla za iduću sezonu poslodavce je okrenula tržištima rada izvan granica EU. Posebice su tražene osobe za čišćenje i pospremanje apartmana, čija satnica neumoljivo raste već nekoliko godina. 

Poznata je priča kako je u Dubrovniku ljeti vrlo razvijena industrija čišćenja apartmana što se uglavnom plaća odmah i na ruke, zbog čega se ne može ni dobiti službena cijena čišćenja.  A čiste svi, i iznajmljivači s obiteljima, a oni koji nemaju vlastite apartmane čiste za druge. Iako lani nije bila rekordna sezona, potražnja je bila iznimna za onima koji bi se zaposlili na tim radnim mjestima kao i satnica onih koji to rade  poslije radnog vremena.

– Top cijena čistačice apartmana bila je lani po satu sto kuna, hoće li se ove godine povećati na 15 eura  tek treba vidjeti kakva će biti potražnja.  Naravno još uvijek ima dovoljno osoba  koje su i prošle godine čistile za 60 kuna, uz nekakav dogovor stalnog angažmana, no čistiti nekome stan, ured  ili skale u zgradi nije isto što i apartman  – objašnjava jedna iskusna iznajmljivačica koja također čisti i tuđe apartmane:

 - Apartman se čisti u smjeni od 10 ujutro do dva ili 3 sata poslijepodne i u tom ‘prozoru‘ treba napraviti sve, od tarace i balkona do banja i soba. Vile i jahte  gdje se gosti uglavnom izmjenjuju subotom trebaju cijelu ekipu.  Nije to jednostavno sve stići.  Puno je iznajmljivača koji imaju više apartmana lani zapošljavalo i Filipince i bili su dosta zadovoljni jer su iskusni u toj industriji usluga, ali vidjet ćemo  što će biti na ljeto. Nije isključeno da će cijena narasti na 15 eura po satu. Gotovo su sve usluge koje se plaćaju  po satu i na ruke poskupjele. Pogledajte samo lekcije za djecu, lani 70, i 100 kuna, a  od Nove godine i to je 15 eura. Opet naravno sve ovisi o čovjeku, a kada je čišćenje u pitanju ovisi i o veličini prostora – govori ova iznajmljivačica no ne sumnja kako će čišćenje apartmana ozbiljna stavka koju treba ukalkulirati  svaki vlasnik apartmana.

– Najvažnije je da uopće ikoga nađu tko će im ‘uletjeti‘ očistiti kad treba,  takva je satnica najskuplja – dodaje no ističe kako je 15 eura za sat čišćenja možda ipak previše i da će se morati mijenjati navike iznajmljivača kako bi uopće imali nekoga za taj posao. -  Ili će ostavljati cijeli dan između rezervacija prazan, ili će uvoditi cleaning fee ili se drugačije organizirati. Ako se u Dubrovniku sto eura plaća porez po postelji pa još toliko treba platiti i turističke pristojbe, voda, struja i druge potrepštine za goste, dovest će iznajmljivanje prosječnog apartmana do neisplativosti, ako vlasnik sam ne čisti, ne dočekuje i organizira smještaj gostiju sam. Agencije za taj posao uzimaju 40 posto prihoda  – govori naša sugovornica: -   Apartmani u starom Gradu, luksuzne vile ili lokacije koje se prodaju same od sebe uvijek će naći i gosta i ekipu za čišćenje po najvišim cijenama.

U odnosu na ostatak Hrvatske, turizam  Dubrovnik izdvaja po mnogo čemu iz prosjeka, ponajprije po previsokim cijenama svega, naročito u turističkoj sezoni koje plaće  prosječnog građanina Dubrovnika nisu pratile ni ranije. Od ove godine i uvođenja eura situacija je još gora, divljaju cijene svega, a organizacija posla za iduću sezonu poslodavce je okrenula tržištima rada izvan granica EU. Posebice su tražene osobe za čišćenje i pospremanje apartmana, čija satnica neumoljivo raste već nekoliko godina. 

Poznata je priča kako je u Dubrovniku ljeti vrlo razvijena industrija čišćenja apartmana što se uglavnom plaća odmah i na ruke, zbog čega se ne može ni dobiti službena cijena čišćenja.  A čiste svi, i iznajmljivači s obiteljima, a oni koji nemaju vlastite apartmane čiste za druge. Iako lani nije bila rekordna sezona, potražnja je bila iznimna za onima koji bi se zaposlili na tim radnim mjestima kao i satnica onih koji to rade  poslije radnog vremena.

– Top cijena čistačice apartmana bila je lani po satu sto kuna, hoće li se ove godine povećati na 15 eura  tek treba vidjeti kakva će biti potražnja.  Naravno još uvijek ima dovoljno osoba  koje su i prošle godine čistile za 60 kuna, uz nekakav dogovor stalnog angažmana, no čistiti nekome stan, ured  ili skale u zgradi nije isto što i apartman  – objašnjava jedna iskusna iznajmljivačica koja također čisti i tuđe apartmane:

 - Apartman se čisti u smjeni od 10 ujutro do dva ili 3 sata poslijepodne i u tom ‘prozoru‘ treba napraviti sve, od tarace i balkona do banja i soba. Vile i jahte  gdje se gosti uglavnom izmjenjuju subotom trebaju cijelu ekipu.  Nije to jednostavno sve stići.  Puno je iznajmljivača koji imaju više apartmana lani zapošljavalo i Filipince i bili su dosta zadovoljni jer su iskusni u toj industriji usluga, ali vidjet ćemo  što će biti na ljeto. Nije isključeno da će cijena narasti na 15 eura po satu. Gotovo su sve usluge koje se plaćaju  po satu i na ruke poskupjele. Pogledajte samo lekcije za djecu, lani 70, i 100 kuna, a  od Nove godine i to je 15 eura. Opet naravno sve ovisi o čovjeku, a kada je čišćenje u pitanju ovisi i o veličini prostora – govori ova iznajmljivačica no ne sumnja kako će čišćenje apartmana ozbiljna stavka koju treba ukalkulirati  svaki vlasnik apartmana.

– Najvažnije je da uopće ikoga nađu tko će im ‘uletjeti‘ očistiti kad treba,  takva je satnica najskuplja – dodaje no ističe kako je 15 eura za sat čišćenja možda ipak previše i da će se morati mijenjati navike iznajmljivača kako bi uopće imali nekoga za taj posao. -  Ili će ostavljati cijeli dan između rezervacija prazan, ili će uvoditi cleaning fee ili se drugačije organizirati. Ako se u Dubrovniku sto eura plaća porez po postelji pa još toliko treba platiti i turističke pristojbe, voda, struja i druge potrepštine za goste, dovest će iznajmljivanje prosječnog apartmana do neisplativosti, ako vlasnik sam ne čisti, ne dočekuje i organizira smještaj gostiju sam. Agencije za taj posao uzimaju 40 posto prihoda  – govori naša sugovornica: -   Apartmani u starom Gradu, luksuzne vile ili lokacije koje se prodaju same od sebe uvijek će naći i gosta i ekipu za čišćenje po najvišim cijenama.

U odnosu na ostatak Hrvatske, turizam  Dubrovnik izdvaja po mnogo čemu iz prosjeka, ponajprije po previsokim cijenama svega, naročito u turističkoj sezoni koje plaće  prosječnog građanina Dubrovnika nisu pratile ni ranije. Od ove godine i uvođenja eura situacija je još gora, divljaju cijene svega, a organizacija posla za iduću sezonu poslodavce je okrenula tržištima rada izvan granica EU.
