Ruski Gazprom jutros je točno u 8 sati zaustavio isporuku plina Poljskoj i Bugarskoj nakon što su odbili platiti plin u rubljama. Predsjednik donjeg doma Dume Vjačeslav Volodin rekao je da je Gazprom donio ispravnu odluku o potpunoj obustavi isporuke plina Bugarskoj i Poljskoj dodavši kako kako bi 'isto trebalo učiniti s drugim zemljama koje su nam neprijateljske'.

Predsjednica Europske komisije Ursula von der Leyen osudila je Rusiju zbog pokušaja 'ucjenjivanja' Europe.

'Najava Gazproma da jednostrano zaustavlja isporuku plina kupcima u Europi još je jedan pokušaj Rusije da koristi plin kao instrument ucjene. Ovo je neopravdano i neprihvatljivo. I to još jednom pokazuje nepouzdanost Rusije kao dobavljača plina.

'Spremni smo za ovaj scenarij. U bliskom smo kontaktu sa svim državama članicama. Radili smo na tome da osiguramo alternativne isporuke i najbolje moguće razine skladištenja u cijeloj EU.'

Von der Leyen je rekla da je EU napravila planove za izvanredne situacije i da se u Bruxellesu vode krizni razgovori i sastanak koordinacijske skupine za plin.

'Planiramo koordiniran odgovor EU-a. Također ćemo nastaviti raditi s međunarodnim partnerima kako bismo osigurali alternativne tokove. I nastavit ćemo raditi s europskim i svjetskim čelnicima kako bih osigurali opskrbu Europe energijom. Europljani mogu računati na našu punu podršku – kazala je Von der Leyen.

Podsjetimo, Poljska je u više navrata rekla da neće plaćati ruski plin u rubljama i da ne planira produžiti svoj plinski ugovor s Gazpromom nakon što istekne krajem ove godine. Poljski dobavljač energije PGNiG u prva tri mjeseca ove godine uvezao je više od polovice svog plina preko Gazproma, a sada poručuju kako mogu i bez ruskog plina te da će plin nabaviti negdje drugdje. Izvijestili su da je podzemno skladište plina popunjeno gotovo 80 posto, a da je, kako se ljeto približava, potražnja manja. Poljski dobavljač kazao je da je prekid opskrbe plinom kršenje ugovora i da će upotrijebiti 'sva dostupna ugovorna i pravna sredstva' za traženje naknade.

Iz Bugarske pak poručuju kako je u cijelosti plaćena isporuku plina u travnju te je također optužila Gazprom za kršenje ugovora.

'U ovom trenutku prirodni plin se koristi kao političko i gospodarsko oružje', rekao je bugarski ministar energetike Alexander Nikolov i kazao kako je zemlja omogućila alternativne količine za dovoljno predvidljivo razdoblje. Dodao je i kako Bugarska nije prekršila svoje ugovore, a potom je kazao da zemlja neće predstavljati prijetnju Srbiji i Mađarskoj. Njihova opskrba plinom iz Rusije se nastavlja i prolazi kroz Bugarsku. 'Što se tiče Srbije i Mađarske - Bugarska je lojalan partner svim susjednim zemljama. Bugarska nije Rusija.'

Nikolov je također izjavio da neće doći do promjene u stavu Bugarske. 'Sve dok sam ja ministar i odgovoran za to, Bugarska neće pregovarati pod pritiskom i pognute glave. Bugarska ne popušta i ne prodaje se ni pod koju cijenu', zaključio je Nikolov.

 

Ekonomski analitičar  Damir Novotny gostovao je u Novom danu N1 te je istaknuo kako ne misli da će Rusija donijeti odluku o tome da Hrvatskoj prestane isporučivati plin. 'Moguće, dakako, neizvjesno je i ne možemo ništa prognozirati jer je ruska politička elita u ovom trenutku nepredvidiva, odluke Putina su potpuno nepredvidive, ne možemo biti sigurni o smjeru njegovih odluka, posebice ekonomskih. Ruskoj javnosti rekao je da sankcije nisu nanijele nikakvu štetu ruskoj ekonomiji, što jednostavno nije točno. Tako da ne vjerujem da će doći do drastičnih blokada', kazao je Novothny.

Ruski Gazprom jutros je točno u 8 sati zaustavio isporuku plina Poljskoj i Bugarskoj nakon što su odbili platiti plin u rubljama. Predsjednik donjeg doma Dume Vjačeslav Volodin rekao je da je Gazprom donio ispravnu odluku o potpunoj obustavi isporuke plina Bugarskoj i Poljskoj dodavši kako kako bi 'isto trebalo učiniti s drugim zemljama koje su nam neprijateljske'.

Predsjednica Europske komisije Ursula von der Leyen osudila je Rusiju zbog pokušaja 'ucjenjivanja' Europe.

'Najava Gazproma da jednostrano zaustavlja isporuku plina kupcima u Europi još je jedan pokušaj Rusije da koristi plin kao instrument ucjene. Ovo je neopravdano i neprihvatljivo. I to još jednom pokazuje nepouzdanost Rusije kao dobavljača plina.

'Spremni smo za ovaj scenarij. U bliskom smo kontaktu sa svim državama članicama. Radili smo na tome da osiguramo alternativne isporuke i najbolje moguće razine skladištenja u cijeloj EU.'

Von der Leyen je rekla da je EU napravila planove za izvanredne situacije i da se u Bruxellesu vode krizni razgovori i sastanak koordinacijske skupine za plin.

'Planiramo koordiniran odgovor EU-a. Također ćemo nastaviti raditi s međunarodnim partnerima kako bismo osigurali alternativne tokove. I nastavit ćemo raditi s europskim i svjetskim čelnicima kako bih osigurali opskrbu Europe energijom. Europljani mogu računati na našu punu podršku – kazala je Von der Leyen.

Podsjetimo, Poljska je u više navrata rekla da neće plaćati ruski plin u rubljama i da ne planira produžiti svoj plinski ugovor s Gazpromom nakon što istekne krajem ove godine. Poljski dobavljač energije PGNiG u prva tri mjeseca ove godine uvezao je više od polovice svog plina preko Gazproma, a sada poručuju kako mogu i bez ruskog plina te da će plin nabaviti negdje drugdje. Izvijestili su da je podzemno skladište plina popunjeno gotovo 80 posto, a da je, kako se ljeto približava, potražnja manja. Poljski dobavljač kazao je da je prekid opskrbe plinom kršenje ugovora i da će upotrijebiti 'sva dostupna ugovorna i pravna sredstva' za traženje naknade.

Iz Bugarske pak poručuju kako je u cijelosti plaćena isporuku plina u travnju te je također optužila Gazprom za kršenje ugovora.

'U ovom trenutku prirodni plin se koristi kao političko i gospodarsko oružje', rekao je bugarski ministar energetike Alexander Nikolov i kazao kako je zemlja omogućila alternativne količine za dovoljno predvidljivo razdoblje. Dodao je i kako Bugarska nije prekršila svoje ugovore, a potom je kazao da zemlja neće predstavljati prijetnju Srbiji i Mađarskoj. Njihova opskrba plinom iz Rusije se nastavlja i prolazi kroz Bugarsku. 'Što se tiče Srbije i Mađarske - Bugarska je lojalan partner svim susjednim zemljama. Bugarska nije Rusija.'

Nikolov je također izjavio da neće doći do promjene u stavu Bugarske. 'Sve dok sam ja ministar i odgovoran za to, Bugarska neće pregovarati pod pritiskom i pognute glave. Bugarska ne popušta i ne prodaje se ni pod koju cijenu', zaključio je Nikolov.

 

Ekonomski analitičar  Damir Novotny gostovao je u Novom danu N1 te je istaknuo kako ne misli da će Rusija donijeti odluku o tome da Hrvatskoj prestane isporučivati plin. 'Moguće, dakako, neizvjesno je i ne možemo ništa prognozirati jer je ruska politička elita u ovom trenutku nepredvidiva, odluke Putina su potpuno nepredvidive, ne možemo biti sigurni o smjeru njegovih odluka, posebice ekonomskih. Ruskoj javnosti rekao je da sankcije nisu nanijele nikakvu štetu ruskoj ekonomiji, što jednostavno nije točno. Tako da ne vjerujem da će doći do drastičnih blokada', kazao je Novothny.
