Politički analitičar Dragan Markovina je za N1 komentirao lex AP, odnosno izmjene Kaznenog zakona. Ustvrdio je kako je njime znatno otežan posao i novinarima te je poslana poruka ljudima koji bi eventualno podijelili neke informacije s javnošću.

"Ne radi se ovdje ni o pravosuđu. Čak i veliki slučajevi će završiti godinama nakon suđenja. Tko god je na poziciji moći ima de facto gotovo zagarantirano višegodišnje suđenje i na kraju nekakvu presudu koja više ne znači ništa. Ovdje se zapravo radi o tome da se umanji politička štetnost bilo čega što mi moglo kompromitirati izglede na izborima", smatra Markovina.

Dodao je kako je sve što se događa vezano za histeričnu obranu vlastite pozicije te kako nervoza koja se događa prema opozicijskim zastupnicima i medijima svjedoči da su i sami donositelji prijedloga svjesni što zapravo rade.

"Dugoročno će ionako krhko povjerenje javnosti prema pravosudnom sustavu dodatno erodirati, a onda će nažalost i mediji koji su ni krivi ni dužni, patiti jer neće ništa više relevantno izvještavati i nastavit će gubiti publiku. Po svemu što vidim, Andrej Plenković ima identične nakane kao Vučić, ne sumnjam da bi svoju moć koristio na način kao Vučić", primijetio je Splićanin.

Osvrnuo se i na izbor za čelnika DORH-a. "Mislim da je cijeli taj proces postao malo tragikomičan. Činjenica je da je ozbiljan problem taj čovjek koji ima toliko repova u javnom prostoru, a ključni je kandidat za tu. Ne znam kako ikoga planiramo uvjeriti da živimo u liberalnoj demokraciji, a povlačimo poteze koji na svaki mogućič način dovode u pitanje bilo što što se događa u javnim funkcijama i u donošenju zakona."

Politički analitičar Dragan Markovina je za N1 komentirao lex AP, odnosno izmjene Kaznenog zakona. Ustvrdio je kako je njime znatno otežan posao i novinarima te je poslana poruka ljudima koji bi eventualno podijelili neke informacije s javnošću.

"Ne radi se ovdje ni o pravosuđu. Čak i veliki slučajevi će završiti godinama nakon suđenja. Tko god je na poziciji moći ima de facto gotovo zagarantirano višegodišnje suđenje i na kraju nekakvu presudu koja više ne znači ništa. Ovdje se zapravo radi o tome da se umanji politička štetnost bilo čega što mi moglo kompromitirati izglede na izborima", smatra Markovina.

Dodao je kako je sve što se događa vezano za histeričnu obranu vlastite pozicije te kako nervoza koja se događa prema opozicijskim zastupnicima i medijima svjedoči da su i sami donositelji prijedloga svjesni što zapravo rade.

"Dugoročno će ionako krhko povjerenje javnosti prema pravosudnom sustavu dodatno erodirati, a onda će nažalost i mediji koji su ni krivi ni dužni, patiti jer neće ništa više relevantno izvještavati i nastavit će gubiti publiku. Po svemu što vidim, Andrej Plenković ima identične nakane kao Vučić, ne sumnjam da bi svoju moć koristio na način kao Vučić", primijetio je Splićanin.

Osvrnuo se i na izbor za čelnika DORH-a. "Mislim da je cijeli taj proces postao malo tragikomičan. Činjenica je da je ozbiljan problem taj čovjek koji ima toliko repova u javnom prostoru, a ključni je kandidat za tu. Ne znam kako ikoga planiramo uvjeriti da živimo u liberalnoj demokraciji, a povlačimo poteze koji na svaki mogućič način dovode u pitanje bilo što što se događa u javnim funkcijama i u donošenju zakona."

Markovina usporedio Plenkovića s Vučićem: ‘Ima identične nakane, novim zakonom si osigurava pobjedu na izborima‘

Politički analitičar Dragan Markovina je za N1 komentirao lex AP, odnosno izmjene Kaznenog zakona. Ustvrdio je kako je njime znatno otežan posao i novinarima te je poslana poruka ljudima koji bi eventualno podijelili neke informacije s javnošću.

"Ne radi se ovdje ni o pravosuđu. Čak i veliki slučajevi će završiti godinama nakon suđenja. Tko god je na poziciji moći ima de facto gotovo zagarantirano višegodišnje suđenje i na kraju nekakvu presudu koja više ne znači ništa. Ovdje se zapravo radi o tome da se umanji politička štetnost bilo čega što mi moglo kompromitirati izglede na izborima", smatra Markovina.

Dodao je kako je sve što se događa vezano za histeričnu obranu vlastite pozicije te kako nervoza koja se događa prema opozicijskim zastupnicima i medijima svjedoči da su i sami donositelji prijedloga svjesni što zapravo rade.

"Dugoročno će ionako krhko povjerenje javnosti prema pravosudnom sustavu dodatno erodirati, a onda će nažalost i mediji koji su ni krivi ni dužni, patiti jer neće ništa više relevantno izvještavati i nastavit će gubiti publiku. Po svemu što vidim, Andrej Plenković ima identične nakane kao Vučić, ne sumnjam da bi svoju moć koristio na način kao Vučić", primijetio je Splićanin.

Osvrnuo se i na izbor za čelnika DORH-a. "Mislim da je cijeli taj proces postao malo tragikomičan. Činjenica je da je ozbiljan problem taj čovjek koji ima toliko repova u javnom prostoru, a ključni je kandidat za tu. Ne znam kako ikoga planiramo uvjeriti da živimo u liberalnoj demokraciji, a povlačimo poteze koji na svaki mogućič način dovode u pitanje bilo što što se događa u javnim funkcijama i u donošenju zakona."
