Najveća kazna izrečena je 38-godišnjaku koji je u jutarnjim satima, 3. siječnja, upravljao osobnim vozilom dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka kolnikom državne ceste D-8 na predjelu Baćina, pokraj Ploča.

Vozač se nije kretao sredinom obilježene kolničke trake zbog čega su ga policijski službenici Policijske postaje Ploče pokušali zaustaviti, ali je spomenuti vozač nakon zaustavljanja vozila, istog ostavio i pobjegao. Vozač je pronađen i uhićen nakon čega mu je privremeno oduzeto vozilo obzirom da se radi o ponavljaču prometnih prekršaja kojem je ovom prilikom utvrđen niz novih prometnih prekršaja: upravljanje vozilom pod zabranom, ne zaustavljanje na znak policijskih službenika, istek važenja vozačke dozvole i ne kretanje sredinom obilježene prometne trake.

Vozač je uz optužni prijedlog odveden na nadležni općinski sud koji mu je odredio zadržavanje u trajanju od 15 dana.

Najveća kazna izrečena je 38-godišnjaku koji je u jutarnjim satima, 3. siječnja, upravljao osobnim vozilom dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka kolnikom državne ceste D-8 na predjelu Baćina, pokraj Ploča.

Vozač se nije kretao sredinom obilježene kolničke trake zbog čega su ga policijski službenici Policijske postaje Ploče pokušali zaustaviti, ali je spomenuti vozač nakon zaustavljanja vozila, istog ostavio i pobjegao. Vozač je pronađen i uhićen nakon čega mu je privremeno oduzeto vozilo obzirom da se radi o ponavljaču prometnih prekršaja kojem je ovom prilikom utvrđen niz novih prometnih prekršaja: upravljanje vozilom pod zabranom, ne zaustavljanje na znak policijskih službenika, istek važenja vozačke dozvole i ne kretanje sredinom obilježene prometne trake.

Vozač je uz optužni prijedlog odveden na nadležni općinski sud koji mu je odredio zadržavanje u trajanju od 15 dana.

Oduzeli mu vozilo i zatvorili ga na 15 dana zbog prometnih prekršaja

Najveća kazna izrečena je 38-godišnjaku koji je u jutarnjim satima, 3. siječnja, upravljao osobnim vozilom dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka kolnikom državne ceste D-8 na predjelu Baćina, pokraj Ploča.

Vozač se nije kretao sredinom obilježene kolničke trake zbog čega su ga policijski službenici Policijske postaje Ploče pokušali zaustaviti, ali je spomenuti vozač nakon zaustavljanja vozila, istog ostavio i pobjegao. Vozač je pronađen i uhićen nakon čega mu je privremeno oduzeto vozilo obzirom da se radi o ponavljaču prometnih prekršaja kojem je ovom prilikom utvrđen niz novih prometnih prekršaja: upravljanje vozilom pod zabranom, ne zaustavljanje na znak policijskih službenika, istek važenja vozačke dozvole i ne kretanje sredinom obilježene prometne trake.

Vozač je uz optužni prijedlog odveden na nadležni općinski sud koji mu je odredio zadržavanje u trajanju od 15 dana.
