Sinoćnja tragedija u trajektnom pristaništu Prapratno na Pelješcu, u kojoj je jedna osoba izgubila život nakon slijetanja automobila u more, drugi je nesretan događaj na istoj lokaciji u samo sedam mjeseci.

Antuna Banovca, ravnatelja Lučke uprave Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije koja upravlja trajektnim pristaništem, pitali smo o sigurnosnim mjerama na pristaništu u svjetlu ponavljanja tragičnog događaja:

- Nakon detaljnog izvještaja na kojem se dijelu dogodila nesreća, pokušat ćemo iznaći neko preventivno sigurnosno rješenje jer je stvarno izvan pameti da nam ljudi s automobilima idu u more kao da ne vide da je tu more i završetak ceste. No, ako su putnici neodgovorni, možemo mi praviti kojekakve ‘kaveze‘, ništa od toga – kaže Banovac koji kao moguće rješenje spominje postavljanje ograde oko trajektne rampe, konope i lanac ili pokretne stupiće koji bi se podizali i spuštali ovisno o pristajanju trajekta.

- Cesta je obilježena i osvijetljena. Dvije trake vode na trajekt za ukrcaj, pa ne možemo staviti semafor. Žalosno je sve skupa. Zadnji put kad je osoba upala iza naplatne kućice do trajektne rampe, vozila je automatik pa je pošao u krivom smjeru. Što je bilo noćas, ne znam, policija će napraviti očevid pa ćemo biti malo pametniji ali svakako moramo nešto napraviti – kaže ravnatelj Lučke uprave Županije i nastavlja:

- Specifično je, da idete nekome objašnjavati da u sedam mjeseci dva auta upadnu u more, mislim da je to neodgovorno ponašanje, kako to drugačije reći? Spuštate se u Prapratno, imate traku prema kafiću, dvije za ukrcaj na rampu, desno je skretanje za kupnju karata, a vi završite u moru! Ako su pošli preko rampe, to je van svake pameti. Nizbrdica jest prema dole ali onda dođe ravni plato gdje je pristanište, može 30 automobila stati. Trajektna rampa je otvorena, nakošena ali je vidljiva, spušta se kad trajekt pristaje, imamo javnu rasvjetu, plato je osvijetljen, ne znam što reći – zaključuje Banovac.

- Ovaj slučaj pokazuje da tu očito treba postaviti fizičku barijeru. Ovo je pokazatelj da sigurnosni standardi nisu dobri. Predlažem da se na pristanište stave kamene žardinijere koje ne nagrđuju okoliš a barijera su. Mora postojati sigurnosna redundancija, pa ako osoba pogriješi neće završiti u moru. Situacija kad neko pogriješi i završi u moru nije dobra, to je pokazatelj da treba napraviti sigurnosnu redundanciju, da zadovolji sigurnosne i funkcionalne standarde a da estetika ne bude ugrožena. Treba naći optimalno rješenje. Odgovor mora dati prometna struka i urbanisti. Rješenje ne smije nagrditi okoliš, remetiti protok pješaka a najbitnije treba ispunjavati sigurnosnu funkciju. Bila fizička barijera nepomična ili pomična, treba biti postavljena da se ovo spriječi i više ne ponavlja – kaže prometni stručnjak Marušić. Na pitanje je li trebalo nakon prvog tragičnog slučaja reagirati i postaviti određenu zaštitnu barijeru, kratko odgovara ‘trebalo je‘.

Sinoćnja tragedija u trajektnom pristaništu Prapratno na Pelješcu, u kojoj je jedna osoba izgubila život nakon slijetanja automobila u more, drugi je nesretan događaj na istoj lokaciji u samo sedam mjeseci.

Antuna Banovca, ravnatelja Lučke uprave Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije koja upravlja trajektnim pristaništem, pitali smo o sigurnosnim mjerama na pristaništu u svjetlu ponavljanja tragičnog događaja:

- Nakon detaljnog izvještaja na kojem se dijelu dogodila nesreća, pokušat ćemo iznaći neko preventivno sigurnosno rješenje jer je stvarno izvan pameti da nam ljudi s automobilima idu u more kao da ne vide da je tu more i završetak ceste. No, ako su putnici neodgovorni, možemo mi praviti kojekakve ‘kaveze‘, ništa od toga – kaže Banovac koji kao moguće rješenje spominje postavljanje ograde oko trajektne rampe, konope i lanac ili pokretne stupiće koji bi se podizali i spuštali ovisno o pristajanju trajekta.

- Cesta je obilježena i osvijetljena. Dvije trake vode na trajekt za ukrcaj, pa ne možemo staviti semafor. Žalosno je sve skupa. Zadnji put kad je osoba upala iza naplatne kućice do trajektne rampe, vozila je automatik pa je pošao u krivom smjeru. Što je bilo noćas, ne znam, policija će napraviti očevid pa ćemo biti malo pametniji ali svakako moramo nešto napraviti – kaže ravnatelj Lučke uprave Županije i nastavlja:

- Specifično je, da idete nekome objašnjavati da u sedam mjeseci dva auta upadnu u more, mislim da je to neodgovorno ponašanje, kako to drugačije reći? Spuštate se u Prapratno, imate traku prema kafiću, dvije za ukrcaj na rampu, desno je skretanje za kupnju karata, a vi završite u moru! Ako su pošli preko rampe, to je van svake pameti. Nizbrdica jest prema dole ali onda dođe ravni plato gdje je pristanište, može 30 automobila stati. Trajektna rampa je otvorena, nakošena ali je vidljiva, spušta se kad trajekt pristaje, imamo javnu rasvjetu, plato je osvijetljen, ne znam što reći – zaključuje Banovac.

Prometni stručnjak Željko Marušić komentirao je situaciju nakon još jednog tragičnog slučaja u trajektnom pristaništu Prapratno.

- Ovaj slučaj pokazuje da tu očito treba postaviti fizičku barijeru. Ovo je pokazatelj da sigurnosni standardi nisu dobri. Predlažem da se na pristanište stave kamene žardinijere koje ne nagrđuju okoliš a barijera su. Mora postojati sigurnosna redundancija, pa ako osoba pogriješi neće završiti u moru. Situacija kad neko pogriješi i završi u moru nije dobra, to je pokazatelj da treba napraviti sigurnosnu redundanciju, da zadovolji sigurnosne i funkcionalne standarde a da estetika ne bude ugrožena. Treba naći optimalno rješenje. Odgovor mora dati prometna struka i urbanisti. Rješenje ne smije nagrditi okoliš, remetiti protok pješaka a najbitnije treba ispunjavati sigurnosnu funkciju. Bila fizička barijera nepomična ili pomična, treba biti postavljena da se ovo spriječi i više ne ponavlja – kaže prometni stručnjak Marušić. Na pitanje je li trebalo nakon prvog tragičnog slučaja reagirati i postaviti određenu zaštitnu barijeru, kratko odgovara ‘trebalo je‘.
