Znanstvenici su otkrili da ispijanje piva, omiljeni ritual ljudi iz svih sfera života, može uzrokovati niz zdravstvenih problema, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Istraživanja sugeriraju da je konzumacija piva povezana sa širokim spektrom zdravstvenih problema koji mogu imati trajne posljedice. Ipak, mnoge su nuspojave utvrđene samo kod prekomjernog unosa piva, odnosno kod onih koji piju više od dva pića dnevno.

Umjereni unos piva nosi manje negativnih nuspojava, ali studija iz 2021. godine prvi put dokazuje da i on može biti štetan.

U studiji su se proučavale slike mozga više od 25.000 odraslih osoba s različitim navikama konzumacije alkohola te je otkriveno da ni najmanja količina nije sigurna za zdravlje našeg mozga. Čak i umjerena konzumacija, što općenito znači jedno piće dnevno za žene i do dva pića dnevno za muškarce, može nanijeti više štete nego što su to prethodna istraživanja tvrdila.

Povećan rizik od preddijabetesa

U studiji iz 2012. godine koja je objavljena u akademskom časopisu "Diabetes Medicine" sudjelovalo je 5128 muškaraca i žena u dobi između 35 i 56 godina. Studija je pokazala da je velika količina konzumiranog piva povezana s većim rizikom od preddijabetesa.

Muškarci su pritom izloženi većem riziku od preddijabetesa, s 37,4 posto odraslih muškaraca, dok je postotak žena iznosio 29,2. Ako uzmemo u obzir da između 5 i 10 posto onih s preddijabetesom razvije dijabetes tipa 2, mudro je smanjiti unos piva, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Povećan rizik od prerane smrti

U 14. izdanju “Izvješća o kancerogenima” napominje se da je alkohol poznati kancerogen, a studija iz 2015. godine objavljena u "The Permanente Journal" otkrila je da ljudi koji piju velike količine piva imaju veći rizik od razvoja raka jetre i raka dojke.

Također, studija iz 2018. godine objavljena u "Alcoholism: Clinical & Experimental Research" sugerira da pijenje jednog do dva alkoholna pića četiri ili više puta tjedno povećava rizik od preuranjene smrti za 20%, u odnosu na one koji piju tri puta tjedno ili manje.

Znanstvenici su otkrili da ispijanje piva, omiljeni ritual ljudi iz svih sfera života, može uzrokovati niz zdravstvenih problema, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Istraživanja sugeriraju da je konzumacija piva povezana sa širokim spektrom zdravstvenih problema koji mogu imati trajne posljedice. Ipak, mnoge su nuspojave utvrđene samo kod prekomjernog unosa piva, odnosno kod onih koji piju više od dva pića dnevno.

Umjereni unos piva nosi manje negativnih nuspojava, ali studija iz 2021. godine prvi put dokazuje da i on može biti štetan.

U studiji su se proučavale slike mozga više od 25.000 odraslih osoba s različitim navikama konzumacije alkohola te je otkriveno da ni najmanja količina nije sigurna za zdravlje našeg mozga. Čak i umjerena konzumacija, što općenito znači jedno piće dnevno za žene i do dva pića dnevno za muškarce, može nanijeti više štete nego što su to prethodna istraživanja tvrdila.

Povećan rizik od preddijabetesa

U studiji iz 2012. godine koja je objavljena u akademskom časopisu "Diabetes Medicine" sudjelovalo je 5128 muškaraca i žena u dobi između 35 i 56 godina. Studija je pokazala da je velika količina konzumiranog piva povezana s većim rizikom od preddijabetesa.

Muškarci su pritom izloženi većem riziku od preddijabetesa, s 37,4 posto odraslih muškaraca, dok je postotak žena iznosio 29,2. Ako uzmemo u obzir da između 5 i 10 posto onih s preddijabetesom razvije dijabetes tipa 2, mudro je smanjiti unos piva, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Povećan rizik od prerane smrti

U 14. izdanju “Izvješća o kancerogenima” napominje se da je alkohol poznati kancerogen, a studija iz 2015. godine objavljena u "The Permanente Journal" otkrila je da ljudi koji piju velike količine piva imaju veći rizik od razvoja raka jetre i raka dojke.

Također, studija iz 2018. godine objavljena u "Alcoholism: Clinical & Experimental Research" sugerira da pijenje jednog do dva alkoholna pića četiri ili više puta tjedno povećava rizik od preuranjene smrti za 20%, u odnosu na one koji piju tri puta tjedno ili manje.

Pivo je štetno i u umjerenim količinama: nova studija dokazuje da ispijanje ovog pića nosi ozbiljne zdravstvene posljedice, evo na što treba pripaziti

Znanstvenici su otkrili da ispijanje piva, omiljeni ritual ljudi iz svih sfera života, može uzrokovati niz zdravstvenih problema, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Istraživanja sugeriraju da je konzumacija piva povezana sa širokim spektrom zdravstvenih problema koji mogu imati trajne posljedice. Ipak, mnoge su nuspojave utvrđene samo kod prekomjernog unosa piva, odnosno kod onih koji piju više od dva pića dnevno.

Umjereni unos piva nosi manje negativnih nuspojava, ali studija iz 2021. godine prvi put dokazuje da i on može biti štetan.

U studiji su se proučavale slike mozga više od 25.000 odraslih osoba s različitim navikama konzumacije alkohola te je otkriveno da ni najmanja količina nije sigurna za zdravlje našeg mozga. Čak i umjerena konzumacija, što općenito znači jedno piće dnevno za žene i do dva pića dnevno za muškarce, može nanijeti više štete nego što su to prethodna istraživanja tvrdila.

Povećan rizik od preddijabetesa

U studiji iz 2012. godine koja je objavljena u akademskom časopisu "Diabetes Medicine" sudjelovalo je 5128 muškaraca i žena u dobi između 35 i 56 godina. Studija je pokazala da je velika količina konzumiranog piva povezana s većim rizikom od preddijabetesa.

Muškarci su pritom izloženi većem riziku od preddijabetesa, s 37,4 posto odraslih muškaraca, dok je postotak žena iznosio 29,2. Ako uzmemo u obzir da između 5 i 10 posto onih s preddijabetesom razvije dijabetes tipa 2, mudro je smanjiti unos piva, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Povećan rizik od prerane smrti

U 14. izdanju “Izvješća o kancerogenima” napominje se da je alkohol poznati kancerogen, a studija iz 2015. godine objavljena u "The Permanente Journal" otkrila je da ljudi koji piju velike količine piva imaju veći rizik od razvoja raka jetre i raka dojke.

Također, studija iz 2018. godine objavljena u "Alcoholism: Clinical & Experimental Research" sugerira da pijenje jednog do dva alkoholna pića četiri ili više puta tjedno povećava rizik od preuranjene smrti za 20%, u odnosu na one koji piju tri puta tjedno ili manje.
