Kiše koje su proteklih dana neumorno padale na gotovo cijelom području Dalmacije, najviše su poteškoća, kao i uvijek, pričinile stanovnicima Svinišća i Kučića kod Omiša, koji svakim danom strahuju za svoje živote.

Svaki njihov odlazak u grad kojem administrativno i svakodnevnim životom pripadaju odvija se starom i dotrajalom županijskom prometnicom Omiš-Radmanove mlinice-Kučiće-hidroelektrana Kraljevac, izgrađenom prije točno 117 godina za vakta cara i kraja Franje Josipa po kome i nosi ime, a vožnja u neku ruku predstavlja pravi mali podvig.

Zbog obilnih oborina urušio se dio potpornog zida na dionici Kučiće-Radmanove mlinice, a na nekoliko mjesta na prometnicu su se odronile i kamene gromade teške i po nekoliko desetaka tona.

Prizor prirodne devastacije zaokružuju i srušena stabla koja doslovno vise na glavama vozača poput Damoklova mača, upotpunjujući tako sliku nebrige i zapuštenosti ceste, pogotovo dijela već spomenutog pravca u dužini šest kilometara kojem gravitira oko 1000 stanovnika Slimena, Kučića, Svinišća i Podašpilja.

- Pukom srećom izbjegnute su veće posljedice. Zamislite da se to dogodilo u vrijeme kada građani idu na posao ili se vraćaju svojim kućama, tko bi odgovarao za ljudske živote - pita se dipl. inž. Milivoj Juričić iz Kučića koji se nakon novog odronjavanja materijala odmah javio u redakciju našeg dnevnog lista.

Osim kamenja s obližnjih litica, srušeni su i tobožnji kameni "oluci" uz cestu. Istina, ono što nakon sličnih incidenata nestane odmah preko noći su stari, klesani kameni ogradni blokovi koji s ceste vrlo brzo završe kao nadvratnik nekih kuća za odmor.

- Ne mogu vjerovati da nikoga nije briga za ovo što se ovdje događa. Pa ljudi moji nije ovo prvi put, netko će nastradati, a što onda. Zar je rješenje krpiti stare i dotrajale gaće? Koliko su sve ove godine potrošili na krpačinu ove ceste, mogli su izgraditi barem polovicu potpuno nove dionice.

Stoga i ovim putem apeliram na nadležne institucije da se napokon uhvate prioritetnih prometnica, a ostave se politiziranja u svrhu zadovoljavanja interesa pojedinih lokalnih moćnika - stav je Juričića, nekadašnjeg HSS-ova županijskog vijećnika i aktualnog čelnika omiške organizacije te stranke.

Dvadesetak kilometara duga i jedva pet metara široka prometnica izgrađena je svojedobno kao tada jedina poveznica Omiša preko Zadvarja i Imotskog s Bosnom i Hercegovinom, a sve do izgradnje suvremenih cesta na čelu s Jadranskom magistralom, predstavljala je glavnu vezu Splita sa zapadnim dijelom današnje županije.

Međutim, od tada pa do danas cesta Omiš-Zadvarje nije dočekala ozbiljniju rekonstrukciju i modernizaciju. Tek je osamdesetih godina prošlog stoljeća presvučena asfaltnim slojem i to isključivo novčanim samodoprinosom i radom tamošnjih žitelja.

Istini za volju, radi se o reljefno složenijoj prometnici s puno uspona i serpentina od koji su neki doslovno uvučeni pod litice, a ni geološki sastav terena kao i smještaj na sjevernim padinama Omiške Dinare, prosječene stalnim i povremenim vodotocima koji hrle prema Cetini, ne idu na ruku cestarima ni projektantima buduće obnove.

Prvi javni glas prije dvadesetak godina podigao je upravo naš sugovornik tražeći od Županijske skupštine splitsko-dalmatinske da se barem odvoje sredstva za pripremu projektne dokumentacije temeljite rekonstrukcije stare ceste ili izgradnju nove.

- Tada smo uspjeli ugurati naš prijedlog u županijski proračun, ali od toga nažalost nije bilo ništa. Uvijek kada sam za to imao priliku upozoravao sam na problem prometnice kojom i sam vozim gotovo svakog dana.

Radi se doista o derutnoj cesti koja hitno mora doživjeti temeljitu obnovu poprečnog i uzdužnog profila. Pogotovo danas kada je postala i svojevrsna biciklistička staza brojnih gostiju iz cijele Europe. Da ne govorim raftingašima i planinarima koji njome idu prema svojim odredištima.

Posebno apeliram zbog djece koja svakodnevno ovom cestom idu i vraćaju se iz škole s autobusima. Nekada je ovaj cestovni pravac služio za karove i konje, rijetko koji automobil ili eventualno tamić, a danas nema dana da njome ne prolaze veliki troosovinci i autobusi.

Ljudi moji, s ovim se nije šaliti. Pogledajte ove potporne zidove kako su "nabotili", sve će jednom roknuti i neće se do Cetine zaustaviti. Samo je pitanje dana kada će se sve urušiti, a mi možemo samo moliti Boga da se u to vrijeme nitko ne nađe na prometnici - zabrinut je dipl. inž. Juričić.

Kiše koje su proteklih dana neumorno padale na gotovo cijelom području Dalmacije, najviše su poteškoća, kao i uvijek, pričinile stanovnicima Svinišća i Kučića kod Omiša, koji svakim danom strahuju za svoje živote.

Svaki njihov odlazak u grad kojem administrativno i svakodnevnim životom pripadaju odvija se starom i dotrajalom županijskom prometnicom Omiš-Radmanove mlinice-Kučiće-hidroelektrana Kraljevac, izgrađenom prije točno 117 godina za vakta cara i kraja Franje Josipa po kome i nosi ime, a vožnja u neku ruku predstavlja pravi mali podvig.

Zbog obilnih oborina urušio se dio potpornog zida na dionici Kučiće-Radmanove mlinice, a na nekoliko mjesta na prometnicu su se odronile i kamene gromade teške i po nekoliko desetaka tona.

Prizor prirodne devastacije zaokružuju i srušena stabla koja doslovno vise na glavama vozača poput Damoklova mača, upotpunjujući tako sliku nebrige i zapuštenosti ceste, pogotovo dijela već spomenutog pravca u dužini šest kilometara kojem gravitira oko 1000 stanovnika Slimena, Kučića, Svinišća i Podašpilja.

- Pukom srećom izbjegnute su veće posljedice. Zamislite da se to dogodilo u vrijeme kada građani idu na posao ili se vraćaju svojim kućama, tko bi odgovarao za ljudske živote - pita se dipl. inž. Milivoj Juričić iz Kučića koji se nakon novog odronjavanja materijala odmah javio u redakciju našeg dnevnog lista.

Osim kamenja s obližnjih litica, srušeni su i tobožnji kameni "oluci" uz cestu. Istina, ono što nakon sličnih incidenata nestane odmah preko noći su stari, klesani kameni ogradni blokovi koji s ceste vrlo brzo završe kao nadvratnik nekih kuća za odmor.

- Ne mogu vjerovati da nikoga nije briga za ovo što se ovdje događa. Pa ljudi moji nije ovo prvi put, netko će nastradati, a što onda. Zar je rješenje krpiti stare i dotrajale gaće? Koliko su sve ove godine potrošili na krpačinu ove ceste, mogli su izgraditi barem polovicu potpuno nove dionice.

Stoga i ovim putem apeliram na nadležne institucije da se napokon uhvate prioritetnih prometnica, a ostave se politiziranja u svrhu zadovoljavanja interesa pojedinih lokalnih moćnika - stav je Juričića, nekadašnjeg HSS-ova županijskog vijećnika i aktualnog čelnika omiške organizacije te stranke.

Dvadesetak kilometara duga i jedva pet metara široka prometnica izgrađena je svojedobno kao tada jedina poveznica Omiša preko Zadvarja i Imotskog s Bosnom i Hercegovinom, a sve do izgradnje suvremenih cesta na čelu s Jadranskom magistralom, predstavljala je glavnu vezu Splita sa zapadnim dijelom današnje županije.

Međutim, od tada pa do danas cesta Omiš-Zadvarje nije dočekala ozbiljniju rekonstrukciju i modernizaciju. Tek je osamdesetih godina prošlog stoljeća presvučena asfaltnim slojem i to isključivo novčanim samodoprinosom i radom tamošnjih žitelja.

Istini za volju, radi se o reljefno složenijoj prometnici s puno uspona i serpentina od koji su neki doslovno uvučeni pod litice, a ni geološki sastav terena kao i smještaj na sjevernim padinama Omiške Dinare, prosječene stalnim i povremenim vodotocima koji hrle prema Cetini, ne idu na ruku cestarima ni projektantima buduće obnove.

Prvi javni glas prije dvadesetak godina podigao je upravo naš sugovornik tražeći od Županijske skupštine splitsko-dalmatinske da se barem odvoje sredstva za pripremu projektne dokumentacije temeljite rekonstrukcije stare ceste ili izgradnju nove.

- Tada smo uspjeli ugurati naš prijedlog u županijski proračun, ali od toga nažalost nije bilo ništa. Uvijek kada sam za to imao priliku upozoravao sam na problem prometnice kojom i sam vozim gotovo svakog dana.

Radi se doista o derutnoj cesti koja hitno mora doživjeti temeljitu obnovu poprečnog i uzdužnog profila. Pogotovo danas kada je postala i svojevrsna biciklistička staza brojnih gostiju iz cijele Europe. Da ne govorim raftingašima i planinarima koji njome idu prema svojim odredištima.

Posebno apeliram zbog djece koja svakodnevno ovom cestom idu i vraćaju se iz škole s autobusima. Nekada je ovaj cestovni pravac služio za karove i konje, rijetko koji automobil ili eventualno tamić, a danas nema dana da njome ne prolaze veliki troosovinci i autobusi.

Ljudi moji, s ovim se nije šaliti. Pogledajte ove potporne zidove kako su "nabotili", sve će jednom roknuti i neće se do Cetine zaustaviti. Samo je pitanje dana kada će se sve urušiti, a mi možemo samo moliti Boga da se u to vrijeme nitko ne nađe na prometnici - zabrinut je dipl. inž. Juričić.
