U glavnoj ulici u Imotskom, oslobođenoj od vječitog zagrljaja automobila, na stolu do stola, a bilo ih je nepregledno, na štandu do štanda, a bilo ih je četrdesetak, nudila se izvorna hrvatska spiza.
Od Vukovara do neretvanske doline, od Pazina i Gorskog kotara, do Siska. Dobri i vrijedni članovi Udruženja obrtnika Imotske krajine, na čelu s predsjednikom Hrvojem Biošićem, treći put su razveselili tisuće Imoćana i njihovih gostiju organiziranjem Obrtničkih dana i gastronomskom manifestacijom.
Posjetiteljima je podijeljeno čak 6500 porcija jela koja su dolazila iz Vukovara, Pakraca, Petrinje, Gline, Topuskog, Siska, Zaboka, Krapine, Krapinskih Toplica, Gornje i Donje Stubice, Oroslavlja, Marije Bistrice, Stubičkih Toplica, Zagreba, Vrbovskog, Pazina, Novog Vinodolskog, Trogira, Sinja, Kaštela, Splita, Brača, Omiša, Makarske, Vrgorca, Gruda (BiH), te iz Imotske krajine.
Domaćini su poslužili na tisuće komada raznih slatkih delicija, paprikaša i friške teletine s roštilja. Onda su Zagrepčani pekli na roštilju svoje race i nudili ih s mlincima, pa prvi put takozvane mesne gusjenice, a uz njih i koktele. Vukovarci u dva velika kazana kuhali čobanac, a za predjelo na kilograme kulena, kobasica i ostalih suhomesnatih proizvoda.

Vrbovsko je ponudilo jelo od divljači srne i medvjeda, Sisčani su pokazali domaću brzu hranu s domaćim kobasicama, Kaštelani vrlo ukusni crni rižot, Trogirani bijeli rižot od kozica, Makarani su donijeli na kilograme brancina i orade i pekli ih na gradelama.
Splićani su ponudili inćune u somunu, Omišani soparnik, Bračani svoj ovčji sir, da bi Hercegovci sve začinili ukusnom raštikom i suhim mesom. A da ste kušali tripice iz Krapinskih Toplica, vrhunska spiza.
Banijski žganci sa špekom
- Imoćanima pripremamo domaće žgance sa špekom i vrhnjem, tradicionalnu domaću hranu koju su jeli naši stari, a i dan danas je divna hrana. Prvi put smo na ovoj manifestaciji i kada vidimo kako su nas ljudi primili, eto nas i slijedeće godine - ističe Snježana Prpić, predsjednica Udruženja obrtnika Petrinja-Glina-Topusko.
- Ovdje su Marko i Ike, već smo se predstavljali na ovoj smotri, a crni rižot je univerzalno jelo naših mjesta uz obalu, ali svatko ima svoje gušte, pa tako i mi Kaštelani. Zato su i nestale dvije velike teće za po ure - kaže Mara Topić iz Udruge obrtnika Kaštela.
Dalibor Kratof, predsjednik Obrtničke komore Primorsko-goranske županije, dodaje:
- Kada stižemo u Imotski, onda počastimo ovaj divni narod srnećim gulašom. Drugi put kada se vidimo možda će biti medvjeđi, jelenji ili gulaš od divlje svinje, ali će biti ukusan, u to ne sumnjajte.
A vina, bilo ga je na litre, i to onog vrhunskog imotskog, ali i iz Vrgorca i s Pelješca. Došao je, kažu, brzom prugom preko Pelješkog mosta.
- Ovako vam je kod nas obrtnika. Mi smo velika obitelj i tako nastojimo i ostati u budućnosti. Nema kod nas tenzija u razgovorima i dogovorima, tenzije su samo kada se kuha da jelo uspije i da ga možemo ponuditi od srca našim prijateljima i svima ostalima. Tako je do sada bilo u Imotskom i tako će biti i ubuduće na ovakvim susretima - naglašava predsjednik Biošić.
- Gut, gut, ovo odlično! Imotski, danke - veli na “njemačko-hrvatskom” jedan turist koji je sa cijelom obitelji došao na delicijsku promenadu.
Oni i na desetke takvih obitelji koji se odmaraju po smještajima širom grada i okolice uživali su u šestosatnom surfanju velikim hrvatskim gastronomskim stolom.
Rezime manifestacije kaže da je od pustog “materijala” koji se pripremao nije ostalo - ništa.

U glavnoj ulici u Imotskom, oslobođenoj od vječitog zagrljaja automobila, na stolu do stola, a bilo ih je nepregledno, na štandu do štanda, a bilo ih je četrdesetak, nudila se izvorna hrvatska spiza.
Od Vukovara do neretvanske doline, od Pazina i Gorskog kotara, do Siska. Dobri i vrijedni članovi Udruženja obrtnika Imotske krajine, na čelu s predsjednikom Hrvojem Biošićem, treći put su razveselili tisuće Imoćana i njihovih gostiju organiziranjem Obrtničkih dana i gastronomskom manifestacijom.
Posjetiteljima je podijeljeno čak 6500 porcija jela koja su dolazila iz Vukovara, Pakraca, Petrinje, Gline, Topuskog, Siska, Zaboka, Krapine, Krapinskih Toplica, Gornje i Donje Stubice, Oroslavlja, Marije Bistrice, Stubičkih Toplica, Zagreba, Vrbovskog, Pazina, Novog Vinodolskog, Trogira, Sinja, Kaštela, Splita, Brača, Omiša, Makarske, Vrgorca, Gruda (BiH), te iz Imotske krajine.
Domaćini su poslužili na tisuće komada raznih slatkih delicija, paprikaša i friške teletine s roštilja. Onda su Zagrepčani pekli na roštilju svoje race i nudili ih s mlincima, pa prvi put takozvane mesne gusjenice, a uz njih i koktele. Vukovarci u dva velika kazana kuhali čobanac, a za predjelo na kilograme kulena, kobasica i ostalih suhomesnatih proizvoda.

Vrbovsko je ponudilo jelo od divljači srne i medvjeda, Sisčani su pokazali domaću brzu hranu s domaćim kobasicama, Kaštelani vrlo ukusni crni rižot, Trogirani bijeli rižot od kozica, Makarani su donijeli na kilograme brancina i orade i pekli ih na gradelama.
Splićani su ponudili inćune u somunu, Omišani soparnik, Bračani svoj ovčji sir, da bi Hercegovci sve začinili ukusnom raštikom i suhim mesom. A da ste kušali tripice iz Krapinskih Toplica, vrhunska spiza.
Banijski žganci sa špekom
- Imoćanima pripremamo domaće žgance sa špekom i vrhnjem, tradicionalnu domaću hranu koju su jeli naši stari, a i dan danas je divna hrana. Prvi put smo na ovoj manifestaciji i kada vidimo kako su nas ljudi primili, eto nas i slijedeće godine - ističe Snježana Prpić, predsjednica Udruženja obrtnika Petrinja-Glina-Topusko.
- Ovdje su Marko i Ike, već smo se predstavljali na ovoj smotri, a crni rižot je univerzalno jelo naših mjesta uz obalu, ali svatko ima svoje gušte, pa tako i mi Kaštelani. Zato su i nestale dvije velike teće za po ure - kaže Mara Topić iz Udruge obrtnika Kaštela.
Dalibor Kratof, predsjednik Obrtničke komore Primorsko-goranske županije, dodaje:
- Kada stižemo u Imotski, onda počastimo ovaj divni narod srnećim gulašom. Drugi put kada se vidimo možda će biti medvjeđi, jelenji ili gulaš od divlje svinje, ali će biti ukusan, u to ne sumnjajte.
A vina, bilo ga je na litre, i to onog vrhunskog imotskog, ali i iz Vrgorca i s Pelješca. Došao je, kažu, brzom prugom preko Pelješkog mosta.
- Ovako vam je kod nas obrtnika. Mi smo velika obitelj i tako nastojimo i ostati u budućnosti. Nema kod nas tenzija u razgovorima i dogovorima, tenzije su samo kada se kuha da jelo uspije i da ga možemo ponuditi od srca našim prijateljima i svima ostalima. Tako je do sada bilo u Imotskom i tako će biti i ubuduće na ovakvim susretima - naglašava predsjednik Biošić.
- Gut, gut, ovo odlično! Imotski, danke - veli na “njemačko-hrvatskom” jedan turist koji je sa cijelom obitelji došao na delicijsku promenadu.
Oni i na desetke takvih obitelji koji se odmaraju po smještajima širom grada i okolice uživali su u šestosatnom surfanju velikim hrvatskim gastronomskim stolom.
Rezime manifestacije kaže da je od pustog “materijala” koji se pripremao nije ostalo - ništa.
