Ono što je namjeravao Danko Končar još kad je prije devet godina preuzeo u privatizaciji posrnuli trogirski škver – sagraditi novu modernu marinu uz Brodotrogir – sada će izgleda realizirati novi vlasnik kojemu je lani Končar prepustio tvrtku Servisni centar Trogir, piše u utorak Večernji list.

U složenim odnosima između niza povezanih Brodotrogirovih tvrtki, ta je tvrtka od Vlade RH dobila odobrenje za preuzimanje koncesije koju je Hrvatska brodogradnja Trogir (HBT) imala na području na kojemu se nalazi brodogradilište i postojeća marina.

HBT je u međuvremenu, naime, pripojen Servisnom centru Trogir, koji je preuzela tvrtka Emma Gamma Adriatic u vlasništvu češkog investicijskog fonda Emma Capital, koji je u Hrvatskoj poznat i po ulaganju u kladionicu SuperSport te preuzimanju novigradske Marine Nautica.

Novi vlasnik nije dugo čekao da pošalje Ministarstvu gospodarstva i održivog razvoja zahtjev za ocjenu potrebe procjenjivanja utjecaja na okoliš za taj projekt. Javna rasprava koju je pokrenulo Ministarstvo bit će otvorena 30 dana od objave poziva, odnosno do kraja prvog tjedna u rujnu, a iz projektne dokumentacije doznaju se detalji planova investicije.

Novi projekt temelji se zapravo na postojećim projektima iz 2000. i 2014., koji imaju rješenje o prihvatljivosti s osnova zaštite okoliša, te su bili i usklađeni s lokalnim prostornim planovima.

Rekonstruirat će se postojeća luka nautičkog turizma Servisni centar Trogir te dio luke posebne namjene, odnosno brodogradilište, a sagradit će se nova luka Rt Ćubrijan.

Novi vlasnik u odnosu na postojeće projekte planira tako povećati kapacitete postojeće marine sa 185 na 194 veza, dok bi nova luka koju će graditi imala 182 veza na šest plutajućih gatova, piše novinarka Večernjeg lista Marija Brnić.

Ono što je namjeravao Danko Končar još kad je prije devet godina preuzeo u privatizaciji posrnuli trogirski škver – sagraditi novu modernu marinu uz Brodotrogir – sada će izgleda realizirati novi vlasnik kojemu je lani Končar prepustio tvrtku Servisni centar Trogir, piše u utorak Večernji list.

U složenim odnosima između niza povezanih Brodotrogirovih tvrtki, ta je tvrtka od Vlade RH dobila odobrenje za preuzimanje koncesije koju je Hrvatska brodogradnja Trogir (HBT) imala na području na kojemu se nalazi brodogradilište i postojeća marina.

HBT je u međuvremenu, naime, pripojen Servisnom centru Trogir, koji je preuzela tvrtka Emma Gamma Adriatic u vlasništvu češkog investicijskog fonda Emma Capital, koji je u Hrvatskoj poznat i po ulaganju u kladionicu SuperSport te preuzimanju novigradske Marine Nautica.

Novi vlasnik nije dugo čekao da pošalje Ministarstvu gospodarstva i održivog razvoja zahtjev za ocjenu potrebe procjenjivanja utjecaja na okoliš za taj projekt. Javna rasprava koju je pokrenulo Ministarstvo bit će otvorena 30 dana od objave poziva, odnosno do kraja prvog tjedna u rujnu, a iz projektne dokumentacije doznaju se detalji planova investicije.

Novi projekt temelji se zapravo na postojećim projektima iz 2000. i 2014., koji imaju rješenje o prihvatljivosti s osnova zaštite okoliša, te su bili i usklađeni s lokalnim prostornim planovima.

Rekonstruirat će se postojeća luka nautičkog turizma Servisni centar Trogir te dio luke posebne namjene, odnosno brodogradilište, a sagradit će se nova luka Rt Ćubrijan.

Novi vlasnik u odnosu na postojeće projekte planira tako povećati kapacitete postojeće marine sa 185 na 194 veza, dok bi nova luka koju će graditi imala 182 veza na šest plutajućih gatova, piše novinarka Večernjeg lista Marija Brnić.

Ono što je namjeravao Danko Končar još kad je prije devet godina preuzeo u privatizaciji posrnuli trogirski škver – sagraditi novu modernu marinu uz Brodotrogir – sada će izgleda realizirati novi vlasnik kojemu je lani Končar prepustio tvrtku Servisni centar Trogir, piše u utorak Večernji list.

U složenim odnosima između niza povezanih Brodotrogirovih tvrtki, ta je tvrtka od Vlade RH dobila odobrenje za preuzimanje koncesije koju je Hrvatska brodogradnja Trogir (HBT) imala na području na kojemu se nalazi brodogradilište i postojeća marina.

HBT je u međuvremenu, naime, pripojen Servisnom centru Trogir, koji je preuzela tvrtka Emma Gamma Adriatic u vlasništvu češkog investicijskog fonda Emma Capital, koji je u Hrvatskoj poznat i po ulaganju u kladionicu SuperSport te...
