Na Odjelu patologije Opće bolnice Šibenik već je u kasnim satima srijede bio gotov nalaz obdukcije tijela petogodišnjeg dječaka koji je 8. lipnja umro u očevom BMW-u u Imotskoj ulici u Kninu, nakon što ga je otac ostavio u vozilu i otišao u obližnju vojarnu u kojoj radi.

Uzrok smrti dječaka je hipertemija ili narodnim riječnikom toplinski udar. To je ustanovio patolog Kristijan Bečić koji je svoj nalaz i mišljenje dostavio Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Šibeniku koji vodi ovaj slučaj.

U nalazu međutim nigdje ne stoji vrijeme dječakove smrti pa se još uvijek ne zna kada je dječak umro. Zna se samo da je bio ostavljen na zadnjem sjedištu očevog vozila koje je imalo zatamnjena stražnja stakla. Dječak je po procjeni u vozilu bio od 7,50 sati ujutro do 15,15 sati poslijepodne.

Hipertermija može uzrokovati višestruko zatajenje organa i često smrt.

Do toplinskog udara dolazi kad termoregulacijski mehanizmi ne funkcioniraju, a unutarnja temperatura se prilično povećava. Aktiviraju se upalni citokini te može doći do višestrukog zatajenja organa. Ulogu može imati i endotoksin iz GI flore. Zatajiti mogu CNS, skeletni mišići (rabdomioliza), jetra, bubrezi, pluća (ARDS) i srce. Aktivira se i koagulacijska kaskada, uzrokujući ponekad diseminiranu intravaskularnu koagulaciju. Mogu se razviti hipekalijemija i hipoglikemija.

Glavni znak je globalna disfunkcija CNS– a, u rasponu od konfuzije do delirija, konvulzija i kome. Tahikardija je česta, čak i kad bolesnik leži ispružen na leđima, kao i tahipneja. Kod klasičnog toplinskog udara, znojenje je relativno često. U oba oblika, temperatura tijela iznosi 40 °C a može doseći i 46 °C.

Na Odjelu patologije Opće bolnice Šibenik već je u kasnim satima srijede bio gotov nalaz obdukcije tijela petogodišnjeg dječaka koji je 8. lipnja umro u očevom BMW-u u Imotskoj ulici u Kninu, nakon što ga je otac ostavio u vozilu i otišao u obližnju vojarnu u kojoj radi.

Uzrok smrti dječaka je hipertemija ili narodnim riječnikom toplinski udar. To je ustanovio patolog Kristijan Bečić koji je svoj nalaz i mišljenje dostavio Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Šibeniku koji vodi ovaj slučaj.

U nalazu međutim nigdje ne stoji vrijeme dječakove smrti pa se još uvijek ne zna kada je dječak umro. Zna se samo da je bio ostavljen na zadnjem sjedištu očevog vozila koje je imalo zatamnjena stražnja stakla. Dječak je po procjeni u vozilu bio od 7,50 sati ujutro do 15,15 sati poslijepodne.

Hipertermija može uzrokovati višestruko zatajenje organa i često smrt.

Do toplinskog udara dolazi kad termoregulacijski mehanizmi ne funkcioniraju, a unutarnja temperatura se prilično povećava. Aktiviraju se upalni citokini te može doći do višestrukog zatajenja organa. Ulogu može imati i endotoksin iz GI flore. Zatajiti mogu CNS, skeletni mišići (rabdomioliza), jetra, bubrezi, pluća (ARDS) i srce. Aktivira se i koagulacijska kaskada, uzrokujući ponekad diseminiranu intravaskularnu koagulaciju. Mogu se razviti hipekalijemija i hipoglikemija.

Glavni znak je globalna disfunkcija CNS– a, u rasponu od konfuzije do delirija, konvulzija i kome. Tahikardija je česta, čak i kad bolesnik leži ispružen na leđima, kao i tahipneja. Kod klasičnog toplinskog udara, znojenje je relativno često. U oba oblika, temperatura tijela iznosi 40 °C a može doseći i 46 °C.

Završen nalaz obdukcije tijela 5-godišnjeg dječaka koji je umro u očevu automobilu u Kninu: uzrok smrti je toplinski udar

Na Odjelu patologije Opće bolnice Šibenik već je u kasnim satima srijede bio gotov nalaz obdukcije tijela petogodišnjeg dječaka koji je 8. lipnja umro u očevom BMW-u u Imotskoj ulici u Kninu, nakon što ga je otac ostavio u vozilu i otišao u obližnju vojarnu u kojoj radi.

Uzrok smrti dječaka je hipertemija ili narodnim riječnikom toplinski udar. To je ustanovio patolog Kristijan Bečić koji je svoj nalaz i mišljenje dostavio Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Šibeniku koji vodi ovaj slučaj.

U nalazu međutim nigdje ne stoji vrijeme dječakove smrti pa se još uvijek ne zna kada je dječak umro. Zna se samo da je bio ostavljen na zadnjem sjedištu očevog vozila koje je imalo zatamnjena stražnja stakla. Dječak je po procjeni u vozilu bio od 7,50 sati ujutro do 15,15 sati poslijepodne.

Hipertermija može uzrokovati višestruko zatajenje organa i često smrt.

Do toplinskog udara dolazi kad termoregulacijski mehanizmi ne funkcioniraju, a unutarnja temperatura se prilično povećava. Aktiviraju se upalni citokini te može doći do višestrukog zatajenja organa. Ulogu može imati i endotoksin iz GI flore. Zatajiti mogu CNS, skeletni mišići (rabdomioliza), jetra, bubrezi, pluća (ARDS) i srce. Aktivira se i koagulacijska kaskada, uzrokujući ponekad diseminiranu intravaskularnu koagulaciju. Mogu se razviti hipekalijemija i hipoglikemija.

Glavni znak je globalna disfunkcija CNS– a, u rasponu od konfuzije do delirija, konvulzija i kome. Tahikardija je česta, čak i kad bolesnik leži ispružen na leđima, kao i tahipneja. Kod klasičnog toplinskog udara, znojenje je relativno često. U oba oblika, temperatura tijela iznosi 40 °C a može doseći i 46 °C.
