Ministarstvo zdravstva još je u veljači ove godine lijek Paxlovid uvrstilo kao dio liječenja u obvezne smjernice za liječenje oboljelih od koronavirusne bolesti. Riječ je o dokumentu Ministarstva zdravstva od 8. veljače ove godine koji je namijenjen svim liječnicima koji sudjeluju u liječenju bolesnika s covidom-19 u Hrvatskoj, piše Index.
U dijelu koji definira dostupne oblike i preporučene doze antivirusnih i imunomodulacijskih lijekova posebno je naveden Paxlovid, lijek koji zapravo nikada nije došao u Hrvatsku.

"Kombinacija nirmatrelvira i ritonavira (Paxlovid) preporučuje se primjenjivati u svrhu liječenja blažih do srednje teških oblika COVID-19, u pacijenata koji imaju jedan ili više uključujućih medicinskih stanja i/ili dob", stoji u dokumentu Ministarstva zdravstva.

Kako se ranije pisalo, u Hrvatskoj nema niti je ikad bilo Paxlovida, kojeg je još u siječnju 2022. odobrila Europska agencija za lijekove. Ministar Vili Beroš u subotu je rekao kako je u "tijeku centralizirana nabava antivirusnih lijekova Remdesivir i Paxlovid putem EK" te da u vrlo skoro vrijeme očekuju "obavijest o potpisanom ugovoru kako bi se pristupilo daljnjem postupku nabave".
Kako to da Paxlovid nikada nije došao u Hrvatsku, iako je dio obveznih smjernica Ministarstva zdravstva u liječenju koronavirusom, nije pojašnjavao. U smjernicama se spominje i lijek Remdesivir, piše Index.

"Remdesivir je pokazao moguću korist u liječenju bolesnika s COVID-19 te se preporučuje primjenjivati u svrhu liječenja blažih do srednje teških oblika", stoji u smjernicama za liječnike uz dodatak da "liječenje treba započeti što je ranije moguće".
Danas Hrvatska udruga bolničkih liječnika demantirala odgovor Beroševog ministarstva Indexu u kojem je navedeno da je kontrolama u svih 26 bolnica utvrđeno da ima dovoljno covid-lijekova za sve sadašnje potrebe. Bolnički liječnici tvrde da Hrvatska ima zalihe Remdesivira samo za 80 pacijenata, dok se u bolnicama liječi 613 covid-pacijenata.
Kakva je ova država? Ministre Beroš, u bolnicama je 613 pacijenata koji se bore s koronom, a Remdesivira, lijeka koji im pomaže, ima samo za 81 osobu! Tko će dobiti spas?
Novinaru Vladimiru Matijaniću 2. je kolovoza na Hitnom prijemu splitske Infektologije rečeno kako tog lijeka, koji se treba davati "što ranije moguće" - nema. Matijanić je preminuo tri dana kasnije.

Ministarstvo zdravstva još je u veljači ove godine lijek Paxlovid uvrstilo kao dio liječenja u obvezne smjernice za liječenje oboljelih od koronavirusne bolesti. Riječ je o dokumentu Ministarstva zdravstva od 8. veljače ove godine koji je namijenjen svim liječnicima koji sudjeluju u liječenju bolesnika s covidom-19 u Hrvatskoj, piše Index.
U dijelu koji definira dostupne oblike i preporučene doze antivirusnih i imunomodulacijskih lijekova posebno je naveden Paxlovid, lijek koji zapravo nikada nije došao u Hrvatsku.
Preporučen lijek kojeg nema
"Kombinacija nirmatrelvira i ritonavira (Paxlovid) preporučuje se primjenjivati u svrhu liječenja blažih do srednje teških oblika COVID-19, u pacijenata koji imaju jedan ili više uključujućih medicinskih stanja i/ili dob", stoji u dokumentu Ministarstva zdravstva.

Kako se ranije pisalo, u Hrvatskoj nema niti je ikad bilo Paxlovida, kojeg je još u siječnju 2022. odobrila Europska agencija za lijekove. Ministar Vili Beroš u subotu je rekao kako je u "tijeku centralizirana nabava antivirusnih lijekova Remdesivir i Paxlovid putem EK" te da u vrlo skoro vrijeme očekuju "obavijest o potpisanom ugovoru kako bi se pristupilo daljnjem postupku nabave".
Kako to da Paxlovid nikada nije došao u Hrvatsku, iako je dio obveznih smjernica Ministarstva zdravstva u liječenju koronavirusom, nije pojašnjavao. U smjernicama se spominje i lijek Remdesivir, piše Index.
"Liječenje treba započeti što je ranije moguće"
"Remdesivir je pokazao moguću korist u liječenju bolesnika s COVID-19 te se preporučuje primjenjivati u svrhu liječenja blažih do srednje teških oblika", stoji u smjernicama za liječnike uz dodatak da "liječenje treba započeti što je ranije moguće".
Danas Hrvatska udruga bolničkih liječnika demantirala odgovor Beroševog ministarstva Indexu u kojem je navedeno da je kontrolama u svih 26 bolnica utvrđeno da ima dovoljno covid-lijekova za sve sadašnje potrebe. Bolnički liječnici tvrde da Hrvatska ima zalihe Remdesivira samo za 80 pacijenata, dok se u bolnicama liječi 613 covid-pacijenata.
Kakva je ova država? Ministre Beroš, u bolnicama je 613 pacijenata koji se bore s koronom, a Remdesivira, lijeka koji im pomaže, ima samo za 81 osobu! Tko će dobiti spas?
Novinaru Vladimiru Matijaniću 2. je kolovoza na Hitnom prijemu splitske Infektologije rečeno kako tog lijeka, koji se treba davati "što ranije moguće" - nema. Matijanić je preminuo tri dana kasnije.
