Vrhovni je sud donio presudu kojom je odbio žalbe stranaka i potvrdio prvostupanjsku presudu Županijskog suda u Zadru. Time je postala pravomoćna presuda kojom je Josipa Marasović proglašena krivom za zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju. Optuženica je osuđena na kaznu zatvora 8 (osam) mjeseci uz rok provjeravanja 2 (dvije) godine. Naloženo joj je nadoknaditi štetu oštećenoj javnoj ustanovi isplatom 81.246,94 kuna.

Optuženica je osuđena zbog postupanja u gospodarskom poslovanju. Povrijedila je dužnost zaštite imovinskih interesa javne ustanove NP Paklenica čija je bila ravnateljica. Bivšem je ravnatelju Zoranu Šikiću omogućila korištenje kreditne kartice na koju nije imao pravo. Nastale troškove je snosila javna ustanova. Korištenje kreditne kartice trajalo je više od pet godina. Pored toga je u tri navrata odobrila sufinanciranje poslijediplomskog znanstvenog studija bivšem ravnatelju. To pravo njemu, kao bivšem zaposleniku, u to vrijeme nije pripadalo. Prouzročila je štetu javnoj ustanovi ukupno 81.246,94 kuna.

Vrhovni sud Republike Hrvatske smatra da je prvostupanjski sud pravilno utvrdio sve okolnosti koje su odlučne za individualizaciju kazne. Olakotnim je optuženici cijenjena dosadašnja neosuđivanost te činjenica da je majka šestero djece o kojima skrbi. Ovo kazneno djelo predstavlja izolirani incident u njenom ponašanju. Otegotne okolnosti nisu pronađene. Pravilno je prvostupanjski sud procijenio da optuženici treba ublažiti zakonom propisanu kaznu.

Ovako izrečena sankcija, uz uvjetovanu odgodu izvršenja izrečene kazne, primjerena je težini i okolnostima počinjenog kaznenog djela i osobi optuženice. Takvom će se kaznom ostvariti svrha kažnjavanja i u dostatnoj mjeri izraziti odgovarajući prijekor društva prema takvim kaznenim djelima. Ujedno će se upozoriti drugi građani da se klone sličnih postupaka, objaljeno je na stranicama Vrhovnog suda.

Vrhovni je sud donio presudu kojom je odbio žalbe stranaka i potvrdio prvostupanjsku presudu Županijskog suda u Zadru. Time je postala pravomoćna presuda kojom je Josipa Marasović proglašena krivom za zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju. Optuženica je osuđena na kaznu zatvora 8 (osam) mjeseci uz rok provjeravanja 2 (dvije) godine. Naloženo joj je nadoknaditi štetu oštećenoj javnoj ustanovi isplatom 81.246,94 kuna.

Optuženica je osuđena zbog postupanja u gospodarskom poslovanju. Povrijedila je dužnost zaštite imovinskih interesa javne ustanove NP Paklenica čija je bila ravnateljica. Bivšem je ravnatelju Zoranu Šikiću omogućila korištenje kreditne kartice na koju nije imao pravo. Nastale troškove je snosila javna ustanova. Korištenje kreditne kartice trajalo je više od pet godina. Pored toga je u tri navrata odobrila sufinanciranje poslijediplomskog znanstvenog studija bivšem ravnatelju. To pravo njemu, kao bivšem zaposleniku, u to vrijeme nije pripadalo. Prouzročila je štetu javnoj ustanovi ukupno 81.246,94 kuna.

Vrhovni sud Republike Hrvatske smatra da je prvostupanjski sud pravilno utvrdio sve okolnosti koje su odlučne za individualizaciju kazne. Olakotnim je optuženici cijenjena dosadašnja neosuđivanost te činjenica da je majka šestero djece o kojima skrbi. Ovo kazneno djelo predstavlja izolirani incident u njenom ponašanju. Otegotne okolnosti nisu pronađene. Pravilno je prvostupanjski sud procijenio da optuženici treba ublažiti zakonom propisanu kaznu.

Ovako izrečena sankcija, uz uvjetovanu odgodu izvršenja izrečene kazne, primjerena je težini i okolnostima počinjenog kaznenog djela i osobi optuženice. Takvom će se kaznom ostvariti svrha kažnjavanja i u dostatnoj mjeri izraziti odgovarajući prijekor društva prema takvim kaznenim djelima. Ujedno će se upozoriti drugi građani da se klone sličnih postupaka, objaljeno je na stranicama Vrhovnog suda.

Vrhovni je sud donio presudu kojom je odbio žalbe stranaka i potvrdio prvostupanjsku presudu Županijskog suda u Zadru. Time je postala pravomoćna presuda kojom je Josipa Marasović proglašena krivom za zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju. Optuženica je osuđena na kaznu zatvora 8 (osam) mjeseci uz rok provjeravanja 2 (dvije) godine. Naloženo joj je nadoknaditi štetu oštećenoj javnoj ustanovi isplatom 81.246,94 kuna.

Optuženica je osuđena zbog postupanja u gospodarskom poslovanju. Povrijedila je dužnost zaštite imovinskih interesa javne ustanove NP Paklenica čija je bila ravnateljica. Bivšem je ravnatelju Zoranu Šikiću omogućila korištenje kreditne kartice na koju nije imao pravo. Nastale troškove je snosila javna ustanova. Korištenje kreditne kartice trajalo je više od pet godina. Pored toga je u tri navrata odobrila sufinanciranje poslijediplomskog znanstvenog studija bivšem ravnatelju. To pravo njemu, kao bivšem zaposleniku, u to vrijeme nije pripadalo. Prouzročila je štetu javnoj ustanovi ukupno 81.246,94 kuna.

Vrhovni sud Republike Hrvatske smatra da je prvostupanjski sud pravilno utvrdio sve okolnosti koje su odlučne za individualizaciju kazne. Olakotnim je optuženici cijenjena dosadašnja neosuđivanost te činjenica da je majka šestero djece o kojima skrbi. Ovo kazneno djelo predstavlja izolirani incident u njenom ponašanju. Otegotne okolnosti nisu pronađene. Pravilno je prvostupanjski sud procijenio da optuženici treba ublažiti zakonom propisanu kaznu.

Ovako izrečena sankcija, uz uvjetovanu odgodu izvršenja izrečene kazne, primjerena je težini i okolnostima počinjenog kaznenog djela i osobi optuženice. Takvom će se kaznom ostvariti svrha kažnjavanja i u dostatnoj mjeri izraziti odgovarajući prijekor društva prema takvim kaznenim djelima. Ujedno će se upozoriti drugi građani da se klone sličnih postupaka, objaljeno je na stranicama Vrhovnog suda.
