USKOK je podignuo drugu optužnicu koja 54-godišnjeg načelnika općine Škabrnja Nediljka Bubnjara tereti da je godinama trošio općinski novac za osobne potrebe.

Više od desetljeća Bubnjar je “peglao” općinske kartice zbog čega ga obje optužnice terete za zloupotrebu položaja i ovlasti. U prvoj se tereti za razdoblje od 2008. do 2017. godine, a u drugoj od 2018. do 2019. godine.

U toj drugoj optužnici tereti se da je debitnom i kreditnom karticom koje su izdane Općini u više navrata putem bankomata ili dolaskom u poslovnicu banke podizao gotovinu s računa Općine i to najmanje 49.042,92 kune.

- Novac je koristio za svoje potrebe. Osim toga karticama je u više navrata plaćao privatne troškove koje je napravio u raznim ugostiteljskim objektima, trgovinama prehrambenom i mješovitom robom, trgovinama sportske odjeće i obuće, specijaliziranim trgovinama kožne i druge galanterije, trgovinama za najam vozila, naplatnim postajama na autocesti, te na drugim prodajnim mjestima u Hrvatskoj i inozemstvu u ukupnom iznosu od najmanje 240.337,91 kune - navodi se u optužnici USKOK-a.

U tom je periodu načelnik Općine Škabrnja ostvario nepripadnu imovinsku korist u sveukupnom iznosu od najmanje 289.380,83 kune za koliko je oštetio općinu Škabrnja. USKOK je u optužnici predložio I da se od njega i oduzme protupravno stečena imovinska korist.

Nakon opsežne istrage USKOK je još u lipnju prošle godine podignuo prvu optužnicu protiv Bubnjara zbog istih kaznenih djela. S njim je optužena i njegova zamjenica Kristina Erlić (34). Od 17. siječnja 2008. do 22. ožujka 2009. godine, u više navrata sačinjavao je putne naloge, koje je ovjeravao svojim potpisom i pečatom Općine, a u kojima je neistinito navodio da se radi o službenim putovanjima, o čemu nije sačinjavao izvješća o putovanju svjestan da se nije radilo o službenim, već o privatnim putovanjima na koja je vodio i osobe koje nisu zaposlenici Općine. Potom je nalagao da mu se isplate dnevnice i plate računi za gorivo, hotelski smještaj i hranu koji su plaćeni poslovnim karticama Općine za njega i druge osobe, te je kupovao odjeću i kožnu galanteriju na račun Općine.

Na opisani je način sebi pribavio nepripadnu imovinsku korist od 57.466,73 kune, a drugim osobama u iznosu od 7.572,78 kuna, čime je Općinu oštetio za ukupno 65.039,51 kunu. Od 12. lipnja 2013. do 25. rujna 2017. u više navrata poslovnom karticom Općine i virmanima s računa Općine podizao novac koji je koristio za svoje potrebe. Također je poslovnom karticom Općine u više navrata plaćao privatne troškove u raznim ugostiteljskim objektima, trgovinama prehrambenom i mješovitom robom, benzinskim postajama i drugim prodajnim mjestima čime je, na štetu Općine Škabrnja, pribavio sveukupnu nepripadnu imovinsku korist od najmanje 637.502,94 kuna.

Erlić je kao njegova zamjenica od 9. siječnja 2015. do 20. siječnja 2017. godine s računa Općine u više navrata virmanima podigla najmanje 172.545,32 kune, što je koristila za svoje potrebe čime je, a na štetu Općine Škabrnja.

Bubnjar je, između ostalog, kupio Hugo boss torbu od 2.057 kuna, odijelo od 8.450 kuna. Za “boće” je izdvojio 3.180,00 općinskog novca, a za parfeme u dva navrata po 600 i 956 kuna. Našla se tu i usluga rada traktorom od 15.550 kuna, pršuti i janjci od 7.800 kuna. Za “rekreativni” dio izdvojio je 340 kuna za fitness, 230 kuna za rukavice za fitness, te za bicikl - 799 kuna.

USKOK je podignuo drugu optužnicu koja 54-godišnjeg načelnika općine Škabrnja Nediljka Bubnjara tereti da je godinama trošio općinski novac za osobne potrebe.

Više od desetljeća Bubnjar je “peglao” općinske kartice zbog čega ga obje optužnice terete za zloupotrebu položaja i ovlasti. U prvoj se tereti za razdoblje od 2008. do 2017. godine, a u drugoj od 2018. do 2019. godine.

U toj drugoj optužnici tereti se da je debitnom i kreditnom karticom koje su izdane Općini u više navrata putem bankomata ili dolaskom u poslovnicu banke podizao gotovinu s računa Općine i to najmanje 49.042,92 kune.

- Novac je koristio za svoje potrebe. Osim toga karticama je u više navrata plaćao privatne troškove koje je napravio u raznim ugostiteljskim objektima, trgovinama prehrambenom i mješovitom robom, trgovinama sportske odjeće i obuće, specijaliziranim trgovinama kožne i druge galanterije, trgovinama za najam vozila, naplatnim postajama na autocesti, te na drugim prodajnim mjestima u Hrvatskoj i inozemstvu u ukupnom iznosu od najmanje 240.337,91 kune - navodi se u optužnici USKOK-a.

U tom je periodu načelnik Općine Škabrnja ostvario nepripadnu imovinsku korist u sveukupnom iznosu od najmanje 289.380,83 kune za koliko je oštetio općinu Škabrnja. USKOK je u optužnici predložio I da se od njega i oduzme protupravno stečena imovinska korist.

Nakon opsežne istrage USKOK je još u lipnju prošle godine podignuo prvu optužnicu protiv Bubnjara zbog istih kaznenih djela. S njim je optužena i njegova zamjenica Kristina Erlić (34). Od 17. siječnja 2008. do 22. ožujka 2009. godine, u više navrata sačinjavao je putne naloge, koje je ovjeravao svojim potpisom i pečatom Općine, a u kojima je neistinito navodio da se radi o službenim putovanjima, o čemu nije sačinjavao izvješća o putovanju svjestan da se nije radilo o službenim, već o privatnim putovanjima na koja je vodio i osobe koje nisu zaposlenici Općine. Potom je nalagao da mu se isplate dnevnice i plate računi za gorivo, hotelski smještaj i hranu koji su plaćeni poslovnim karticama Općine za njega i druge osobe, te je kupovao odjeću i kožnu galanteriju na račun Općine.

Na opisani je način sebi pribavio nepripadnu imovinsku korist od 57.466,73 kune, a drugim osobama u iznosu od 7.572,78 kuna, čime je Općinu oštetio za ukupno 65.039,51 kunu. Od 12. lipnja 2013. do 25. rujna 2017. u više navrata poslovnom karticom Općine i virmanima s računa Općine podizao novac koji je koristio za svoje potrebe. Također je poslovnom karticom Općine u više navrata plaćao privatne troškove u raznim ugostiteljskim objektima, trgovinama prehrambenom i mješovitom robom, benzinskim postajama i drugim prodajnim mjestima čime je, na štetu Općine Škabrnja, pribavio sveukupnu nepripadnu imovinsku korist od najmanje 637.502,94 kuna.

Erlić je kao njegova zamjenica od 9. siječnja 2015. do 20. siječnja 2017. godine s računa Općine u više navrata virmanima podigla najmanje 172.545,32 kune, što je koristila za svoje potrebe čime je, a na štetu Općine Škabrnja.

Bubnjar je, između ostalog, kupio Hugo boss torbu od 2.057 kuna, odijelo od 8.450 kuna. Za “boće” je izdvojio 3.180,00 općinskog novca, a za parfeme u dva navrata po 600 i 956 kuna. Našla se tu i usluga rada traktorom od 15.550 kuna, pršuti i janjci od 7.800 kuna. Za “rekreativni” dio izdvojio je 340 kuna za fitness, 230 kuna za rukavice za fitness, te za bicikl - 799 kuna.

Više od deset godina načelnik Bubnjar je općinskim novcem plaćao privatne troškove: hoteli, restorani, dizajnerska odjeća... ode skoro milijun kuna!

USKOK je podignuo drugu optužnicu koja 54-godišnjeg načelnika općine Škabrnja Nediljka Bubnjara tereti da je godinama trošio općinski novac za osobne potrebe.

Više od desetljeća Bubnjar je “peglao” općinske kartice zbog čega ga obje optužnice terete za zloupotrebu položaja i ovlasti. U prvoj se tereti za razdoblje od 2008. do 2017. godine, a u drugoj od 2018. do 2019. godine.

U toj drugoj optužnici tereti se da je debitnom i kreditnom karticom koje su izdane Općini u više navrata putem bankomata ili dolaskom u poslovnicu banke podizao gotovinu s računa Općine i to najmanje 49.042,92 kune.

- Novac je koristio za svoje potrebe. Osim toga karticama je u više navrata plaćao privatne troškove koje je napravio u raznim ugostiteljskim objektima, trgovinama prehrambenom i mješovitom robom, trgovinama sportske odjeće i obuće, specijaliziranim trgovinama kožne i druge galanterije, trgovinama za najam vozila, naplatnim postajama na autocesti, te na drugim prodajnim mjestima u Hrvatskoj i inozemstvu u ukupnom iznosu od najmanje 240.337,91 kune - navodi se u optužnici USKOK-a.

U tom je periodu načelnik Općine Škabrnja ostvario nepripadnu imovinsku korist u sveukupnom iznosu od najmanje 289.380,83 kune za koliko je oštetio općinu Škabrnja. USKOK je u optužnici predložio I da se od njega i oduzme protupravno stečena imovinska korist.

Nakon opsežne istrage USKOK je još u lipnju prošle godine podignuo prvu optužnicu protiv Bubnjara zbog istih kaznenih djela. S njim je optužena i njegova zamjenica Kristina Erlić (34). Od 17. siječnja 2008. do 22. ožujka 2009. godine, u više navrata sačinjavao je putne naloge, koje je ovjeravao svojim potpisom i pečatom Općine, a u kojima je neistinito navodio da se radi o službenim putovanjima, o čemu nije sačinjavao izvješća o putovanju svjestan da se nije radilo o službenim, već o privatnim putovanjima na koja je vodio i osobe koje nisu zaposlenici Općine. Potom je nalagao da mu se isplate dnevnice i plate računi za gorivo, hotelski smještaj i hranu koji su plaćeni poslovnim karticama Općine za njega i druge osobe, te je kupovao odjeću i kožnu galanteriju na račun Općine.

Na opisani je način sebi pribavio nepripadnu imovinsku korist od 57.466,73 kune, a drugim osobama u iznosu od 7.572,78 kuna, čime je Općinu oštetio za ukupno 65.039,51 kunu. Od 12. lipnja 2013. do 25. rujna 2017. u više navrata poslovnom karticom Općine i virmanima s računa Općine podizao novac koji je koristio za svoje potrebe. Također je poslovnom karticom Općine u više navrata plaćao privatne troškove u raznim ugostiteljskim objektima, trgovinama prehrambenom i mješovitom robom, benzinskim postajama i drugim prodajnim mjestima čime je, na štetu Općine Škabrnja, pribavio sveukupnu nepripadnu imovinsku korist od najmanje 637.502,94 kuna.

Erlić je kao njegova zamjenica od 9. siječnja 2015. do 20. siječnja 2017. godine s računa Općine u više navrata virmanima podigla najmanje 172.545,32 kune, što je koristila za svoje potrebe čime je, a na štetu Općine Škabrnja.

Bubnjar je, između ostalog, kupio Hugo boss torbu od 2.057 kuna, odijelo od 8.450 kuna. Za “boće” je izdvojio 3.180,00 općinskog novca, a za parfeme u dva navrata po 600 i 956 kuna. Našla se tu i usluga rada traktorom od 15.550 kuna, pršuti i janjci od 7.800 kuna. Za “rekreativni” dio izdvojio je 340 kuna za fitness, 230 kuna za rukavice za fitness, te za bicikl - 799 kuna.
