Ovih dana u Prtljugu je počelo čišćenje parcele na kojoj će tvrtka Lukoran resort d.o.o. slovačkog Sitno Holdinga graditi turističko naselje sa 40 vila i pratećih sadržaja, javljaju Naši Školji.
Na naš upit znači li to da je riješena sva dokumentacija za gradnju, iz uprave slovačke tvrtke odgovorili su da su preko sustava eDozvola Ministarstva prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine predali svu potrebnu dokumentaciju te da je trenutačno u tijeku eKonferencija, što znači da se prikupljaju uvjeti javnopravnih tijela za izdavanje dozvole.

Čišćenje parcele koja se prostire na oko 77000 metara četvornih trajat će zasigurno nekoliko tjedana, a radovi sa svim pravovaljanim dozvolama mogli bi početi na proljeće sljedeće godine.
- Općina Peko primila je zahtjev ureda za izdavanje dozvola preko eKonferencije za dostavu naših uvjeta, što je potvrda da je uistinu i započela procedura za dobivanje građevinske dozvole, kazao je načelnik Jure Brižić za Naše Školje.

Dodao je kako se nada da će nakon dobivanja građevinske dozvole započeti pravi radovi te da će se projekt koji je začet prije više od 20 godina napokon i ostvariti na zadovoljstvo svih otočana.

Ovih dana u Prtljugu je počelo čišćenje parcele na kojoj će tvrtka Lukoran resort d.o.o. slovačkog Sitno Holdinga graditi turističko naselje sa 40 vila i pratećih sadržaja, javljaju Naši Školji.
Na naš upit znači li to da je riješena sva dokumentacija za gradnju, iz uprave slovačke tvrtke odgovorili su da su preko sustava eDozvola Ministarstva prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine predali svu potrebnu dokumentaciju te da je trenutačno u tijeku eKonferencija, što znači da se prikupljaju uvjeti javnopravnih tijela za izdavanje dozvole.

Čišćenje parcele koja se prostire na oko 77000 metara četvornih trajat će zasigurno nekoliko tjedana, a radovi sa svim pravovaljanim dozvolama mogli bi početi na proljeće sljedeće godine.
- Općina Peko primila je zahtjev ureda za izdavanje dozvola preko eKonferencije za dostavu naših uvjeta, što je potvrda da je uistinu i započela procedura za dobivanje građevinske dozvole, kazao je načelnik Jure Brižić za Naše Školje.

Dodao je kako se nada da će nakon dobivanja građevinske dozvole započeti pravi radovi te da će se projekt koji je začet prije više od 20 godina napokon i ostvariti na zadovoljstvo svih otočana.
- Riječ je o turističkom, gospodarskom razvitku i otvaranju novih radnih mjesta. Radujemo se realizaciji još jednog u nizu turističkih projekta na području naše općine, što potvrđuje da su i Općina Preko i cijeli otok Ugljan postali omiljena destinacija za ulaganje i razvoj turizma, istaknuo je Brižić.
