SAS Strojogradnja, sljednica nekoć poznate zadarske tvornice specijalnih alatnih strojeva, pokreće postupak kolektivnog otkazivanja 71 viška radnika, od čega će se 69-orici radnika otkazati ugovori u radu tijekom razdoblja od 8. lipnja 2020. do 30. lipnja 2020. godine, dok će dvojici radnika ugovori o radu prestati po drugim osnovama.

Prema dokumentaciji koja je dostavljena redakciji Zadarskog.hr, postupak kolektivnog otkazivanja višku radnika pokrenut je na sastanku Uprave društva održanom 28. travnja. U nastojanju da se izbjegne stečaj Društva, donesena je odluka da se provede sveobuhvatno restrukturiranje koje će izroditi solventno poduzeće sa do 9 zaposlenika koje bi radilo na prikupljanju novih rentabilnih projekata koji bi se realizirali na postojećoj infrastrukturi uz primjerenu organizaciju aktivnosti.

Ukidaju se sva radna mjesta osim direktora (člana uprave), voditelja inžinjeringa, rukovoditelja Projektnog odjela, Financijskog sektora, Montaže, Proizvodnje, Odjela Elektro-konstrukcija i Tehnologa programera. Odluke bi stupile na snagu 1. lipnja.

O tome je tvrtka izvijestila i sindikalne predstavnike Sindikata metalaca Hrvatske i Industrijskog sindikata, navodeći kako se vrlo brzo nakon preuzimanja SAS-a od strane novih vlasnika pokazalo da je Društvo predimenzionirano za obavljanje poslova koje je moguće pribaviti na tržištu. Odsustvo odgovarajućih isplativih poslovnih aranžmana, nedovoljna prodaja i projekti niske profitabilnosti dovode do nemogućnosti ostvarenja potrebnih operativnih novčanih sredstava. Tvrtka radi s gubitkom i ne može osigurati profitabilnost, ulaganja u nove strojeve i modernizaciju poslovanja, što sve ima za posljedicu da Društvo nije konkurentno na tržištu s postojećim proizvodnim i poslovnim modelom.

SAS posljednjih godina posluje s gubitkom radi čega je vlasnik SAS-a, u cilju njegova održanja, samo u prethodne dvije godine osigurao sredstva Društvu u iznosu od 2.990.000 EUR, dok je ukupan iznos dosegao oko 10.000.000 EUR. Osim toga dano je bilo jamstvo za kredit kojega je Erste & Steiermarkische banka odobrila SAS-u. Uložena sredstva nisu pomogla u stabilizaciji poslovanja, naprotiv, smanjeni su i opseg i profitabilnost poslova.

Svakom radniku kojemu u postupku kolektivnoga otkazivanja prestaje ugovor o radu bit će isplaćena otpremnina u skladu sa Zakonom o radu. Radnicima se priznaje radno-pravni kontinuitet u odnosu na otkazne rokove i otpremninu stečen na temelju ugovora o radu s prijašnjim poslodavcem SAS-ZADAR d.d. sa sjedištem u Zadru. Društvo ima namjeru završiti započete poslove te će predložiti radnicima mogućnost njihovog angažiranja kao vanjskih suradnika za obavljanje potrebnih poslova uz korištenje prostora, osnovnih sredstava i opreme SAS-a. Za dio radnika ispitat će se mogućnost zaposlenja kod postojećih kooperanata (Strojna obrada, Metal technology, Zadarmont, Mollart inžinjering itd.) gdje bi radili na budućim projektima - stoji u informaciji sindikatima koje uprava poziva na savjetovanje i očitovanje, a čiji radnici prema svemu sudeći nisu dobili niti plaću za veljaču.

Pokušali smo na temelju raspoloživih podataka kontaktirati i direktora SAS-a Tonka Šarića, ali se na brojeve SAS-a u Zadru nitko nije javljao. Čim kontaktiramo direktora, objavit ćemo informacije koje dobijemo od njega.

SAS Strojogradnja, sljednica nekoć poznate zadarske tvornice specijalnih alatnih strojeva, pokreće postupak kolektivnog otkazivanja 71 viška radnika, od čega će se 69-orici radnika otkazati ugovori u radu tijekom razdoblja od 8. lipnja 2020. do 30. lipnja 2020. godine, dok će dvojici radnika ugovori o radu prestati po drugim osnovama.

Prema dokumentaciji koja je dostavljena redakciji Zadarskog.hr, postupak kolektivnog otkazivanja višku radnika pokrenut je na sastanku Uprave društva održanom 28. travnja. U nastojanju da se izbjegne stečaj Društva, donesena je odluka da se provede sveobuhvatno restrukturiranje koje će izroditi solventno poduzeće sa do 9 zaposlenika koje bi radilo na prikupljanju novih rentabilnih projekata koji bi se realizirali na postojećoj infrastrukturi uz primjerenu organizaciju aktivnosti.

Ukidaju se sva radna mjesta osim direktora (člana uprave), voditelja inžinjeringa, rukovoditelja Projektnog odjela, Financijskog sektora, Montaže, Proizvodnje, Odjela Elektro-konstrukcija i Tehnologa programera. Odluke bi stupile na snagu 1. lipnja.

O tome je tvrtka izvijestila i sindikalne predstavnike Sindikata metalaca Hrvatske i Industrijskog sindikata, navodeći kako se vrlo brzo nakon preuzimanja SAS-a od strane novih vlasnika pokazalo da je Društvo predimenzionirano za obavljanje poslova koje je moguće pribaviti na tržištu. Odsustvo odgovarajućih isplativih poslovnih aranžmana, nedovoljna prodaja i projekti niske profitabilnosti dovode do nemogućnosti ostvarenja potrebnih operativnih novčanih sredstava. Tvrtka radi s gubitkom i ne može osigurati profitabilnost, ulaganja u nove strojeve i modernizaciju poslovanja, što sve ima za posljedicu da Društvo nije konkurentno na tržištu s postojećim proizvodnim i poslovnim modelom.

SAS posljednjih godina posluje s gubitkom radi čega je vlasnik SAS-a, u cilju njegova održanja, samo u prethodne dvije godine osigurao sredstva Društvu u iznosu od 2.990.000 EUR, dok je ukupan iznos dosegao oko 10.000.000 EUR. Osim toga dano je bilo jamstvo za kredit kojega je Erste & Steiermarkische banka odobrila SAS-u. Uložena sredstva nisu pomogla u stabilizaciji poslovanja, naprotiv, smanjeni su i opseg i profitabilnost poslova.

Svakom radniku kojemu u postupku kolektivnoga otkazivanja prestaje ugovor o radu bit će isplaćena otpremnina u skladu sa Zakonom o radu. Radnicima se priznaje radno-pravni kontinuitet u odnosu na otkazne rokove i otpremninu stečen na temelju ugovora o radu s prijašnjim poslodavcem SAS-ZADAR d.d. sa sjedištem u Zadru. Društvo ima namjeru završiti započete poslove te će predložiti radnicima mogućnost njihovog angažiranja kao vanjskih suradnika za obavljanje potrebnih poslova uz korištenje prostora, osnovnih sredstava i opreme SAS-a. Za dio radnika ispitat će se mogućnost zaposlenja kod postojećih kooperanata (Strojna obrada, Metal technology, Zadarmont, Mollart inžinjering itd.) gdje bi radili na budućim projektima - stoji u informaciji sindikatima koje uprava poziva na savjetovanje i očitovanje, a čiji radnici prema svemu sudeći nisu dobili niti plaću za veljaču.

Pokušali smo na temelju raspoloživih podataka kontaktirati i direktora SAS-a Tonka Šarića, ali se na brojeve SAS-a u Zadru nitko nije javljao. Čim kontaktiramo direktora, objavit ćemo informacije koje dobijemo od njega.

SAS otpušta 71 radnika viška, ostaju samo direktor i nekoliko upravitelja, nekad čuvena tvrtka već godinama slaže samo gubitke, čak prijeti i stečaj

SAS Strojogradnja, sljednica nekoć poznate zadarske tvornice specijalnih alatnih strojeva, pokreće postupak kolektivnog otkazivanja 71 viška radnika, od čega će se 69-orici radnika otkazati ugovori u radu tijekom razdoblja od 8. lipnja 2020. do 30. lipnja 2020. godine, dok će dvojici radnika ugovori o radu prestati po drugim osnovama.

Prema dokumentaciji koja je dostavljena redakciji Zadarskog.hr, postupak kolektivnog otkazivanja višku radnika pokrenut je na sastanku Uprave društva održanom 28. travnja. U nastojanju da se izbjegne stečaj Društva, donesena je odluka da se provede sveobuhvatno restrukturiranje koje će izroditi solventno poduzeće sa do 9 zaposlenika koje bi radilo na prikupljanju novih rentabilnih projekata koji bi se realizirali na postojećoj infrastrukturi uz primjerenu organizaciju aktivnosti.

Ukidaju se sva radna mjesta osim direktora (člana uprave), voditelja inžinjeringa, rukovoditelja Projektnog odjela, Financijskog sektora, Montaže, Proizvodnje, Odjela Elektro-konstrukcija i Tehnologa programera. Odluke bi stupile na snagu 1. lipnja.

O tome je tvrtka izvijestila i sindikalne predstavnike Sindikata metalaca Hrvatske i Industrijskog sindikata, navodeći kako se vrlo brzo nakon preuzimanja SAS-a od strane novih vlasnika pokazalo da je Društvo predimenzionirano za obavljanje poslova koje je moguće pribaviti na tržištu. Odsustvo odgovarajućih isplativih poslovnih aranžmana, nedovoljna prodaja i projekti niske profitabilnosti dovode do nemogućnosti ostvarenja potrebnih operativnih novčanih sredstava. Tvrtka radi s gubitkom i ne može osigurati profitabilnost, ulaganja u nove strojeve i modernizaciju poslovanja, što sve ima za posljedicu da Društvo nije konkurentno na tržištu s postojećim proizvodnim i poslovnim modelom.

SAS posljednjih godina posluje s gubitkom radi čega je vlasnik SAS-a, u cilju njegova održanja, samo u prethodne dvije godine osigurao sredstva Društvu u iznosu od 2.990.000 EUR, dok je ukupan iznos dosegao oko 10.000.000 EUR. Osim toga dano je bilo jamstvo za kredit kojega je Erste & Steiermarkische banka odobrila SAS-u. Uložena sredstva nisu pomogla u stabilizaciji poslovanja, naprotiv, smanjeni su i opseg i profitabilnost poslova.

Svakom radniku kojemu u postupku kolektivnoga otkazivanja prestaje ugovor o radu bit će isplaćena otpremnina u skladu sa Zakonom o radu. Radnicima se priznaje radno-pravni kontinuitet u odnosu na otkazne rokove i otpremninu stečen na temelju ugovora o radu s prijašnjim poslodavcem SAS-ZADAR d.d. sa sjedištem u Zadru. Društvo ima namjeru završiti započete poslove te će predložiti radnicima mogućnost njihovog angažiranja kao vanjskih suradnika za obavljanje potrebnih poslova uz korištenje prostora, osnovnih sredstava i opreme SAS-a. Za dio radnika ispitat će se mogućnost zaposlenja kod postojećih kooperanata (Strojna obrada, Metal technology, Zadarmont, Mollart inžinjering itd.) gdje bi radili na budućim projektima - stoji u informaciji sindikatima koje uprava poziva na savjetovanje i očitovanje, a čiji radnici prema svemu sudeći nisu dobili niti plaću za veljaču.

Pokušali smo na temelju raspoloživih podataka kontaktirati i direktora SAS-a Tonka Šarića, ali se na brojeve SAS-a u Zadru nitko nije javljao. Čim kontaktiramo direktora, objavit ćemo informacije koje dobijemo od njega.
