Na sjednici zadarske Županijske skupštine u ponedjeljak se dogodila nezamisliva situacija: vladajući i oporba zauzeli su zajednički stav, a k tome se jednoglasna odluka odnosila na – odricanje vijećničkih naknada. Sve to zbog priloga za kupnju aparata za zračenje za zadarski Opću bolnicu.
- Zahvaljujući "Slobodnoj Dalmaciji" i njenom portalu Zadarski.hr, zadarska i šira javnost upoznata je s nasušnom potrebom nabavke linearnog akceleratora, iznimno vrijednog ali i skupog uređaja za naše onkološke bolesnike – kazao je nezavisni vijećnik Stipe Bjeliš već na početku Aktualnog sata, ali je čak i ažurnog Bjeliša uspio preduhitriti HDZ.
- U ime HDZ-a i naših koalicijskih partnera NHR-a, HRAST-a, Hrvatske stranke umirovljenika i Narodne stranke – reformista, predlažem da se odreknemo vijećničke naknade i taj novac uplatimo na zajednički račun Lige protiv raka Zadar i zadarske Opće bolnice kao prilog za kupnju aparata za zračenje. Zreli smo da zajedničkim snagama nabavimo ovaj aparat, pa molim i oporbu da sudjeluje, ali i župana da razmotri modele pomoći – rekao je hadezeovac Željko Šoša.
Nezavisni Bjeliš imao je, međutim, i tri konkretna prijedloga kako pribaviti akcelerator.
- Iluzorno je očekivati da bi bolnica ili Županija kao osnivač sami nabavili ovaj uređaj, s obzirom da košta gotovo 30 milijuna kuna. Predlažem tri koraka: Županija bi trebala preuzeti na sebe kreditno zaduženje i sudjelovati u kupnji aparata. Ne zaboravimo da bi se rashodi Saniteta koji pacijente vozi u Split na zračenje smanjili za oko 1,2 milijuna kuna godišnje. Drugo, u akciju se, proporcionalno prihodima, trebaju uključiti sve jedinice lokalne samouprave u Zadarskoj županiji, imamo 28 općina i šest gradova. Treće, u ovome se treba angažirati Ministarstvo zdravstva, te HZZO; oni trebaju sudjelovati također s oko 25 posto predviđenog budžeta – rekao je Bjeliš, koji je istaknuo da je siguran da će dio prikupiti i građani, kao što već i rade „i pomažu humanitarnu akciju 'Zraka za život' koju zajednički provode Liga protiv raka Zadar i portal Slobodne Dalmacije 'Zadarski.hr'.”
- Pozivam još jednom sve vas nazočne na ovoj sjednici da se angažirate i da linearni akcelerator već ove jeseni bude u Zadru – zaključio je Bjeliš.
Predsjednica Županijske skupštine Nevenka Marinović (HDZ) odmah je uzela riječ i pohvalila akciju i „iznimno vrijednu inicijativu”, dok je vijećnica Ksenija Gregov (nezavisna) zatražila da se župan Božidar Longin u tom slučaju odrekne jedne mjesečne plaće.
Župan Longin je netom prije toga kazao da je „inicijativa za svaku pohvalu”, da se Županija već uključila, da su predstavnici zadarske Lige protiv raka bili kod njega radi dogovora oko daljnjih akcija, te da će se do jeseni bez sumnje prikupiti značajna sredstva.
- Tada bismo trebali napraviti završne korake za kupnju aparata – rekao je Longin, što je iznerviralo vijećnicu Kseniju Gregov.
- Župan je baba Vanga? Barem tako govori, jer kako zna da će na jesen on biti župan? - unijela se u ekran na on-line sjednici Skupštine Ksenija Gregov.
- Uz to, odricanje od vijećničkih naknada treba izglasati odmah, više neće biti prilike – istaknula je Ksenija Gregov, u čemu su je podržali vijećnici Ivan Matić (MOST) i Suzana Jakovac (SDP). O ovome će se ipak odlučivati naknadno, jer je predsjednica Marinović najavila da će se do kraja mandata ipak održati još jedna sjednica Županijske skupštine i da se tema linearnog akceleratora „neće politizirati.”

Na sjednici zadarske Županijske skupštine u ponedjeljak se dogodila nezamisliva situacija: vladajući i oporba zauzeli su zajednički stav, a k tome se jednoglasna odluka odnosila na – odricanje vijećničkih naknada. Sve to zbog priloga za kupnju aparata za zračenje za zadarski Opću bolnicu.
- Zahvaljujući "Slobodnoj Dalmaciji" i njenom portalu Zadarski.hr, zadarska i šira javnost upoznata je s nasušnom potrebom nabavke linearnog akceleratora, iznimno vrijednog ali i skupog uređaja za naše onkološke bolesnike – kazao je nezavisni vijećnik Stipe Bjeliš već na početku Aktualnog sata, ali je čak i ažurnog Bjeliša uspio preduhitriti HDZ.
- U ime HDZ-a i naših koalicijskih partnera NHR-a, HRAST-a, Hrvatske stranke umirovljenika i Narodne stranke – reformista, predlažem da se odreknemo vijećničke naknade i taj novac uplatimo na zajednički račun Lige protiv raka Zadar i zadarske Opće bolnice kao prilog za kupnju aparata za zračenje. Zreli smo da zajedničkim snagama nabavimo ovaj aparat, pa molim i oporbu da sudjeluje, ali i župana da razmotri modele pomoći – rekao je hadezeovac Željko Šoša.
Nezavisni Bjeliš imao je, međutim, i tri konkretna prijedloga kako pribaviti akcelerator.
- Iluzorno je očekivati da bi bolnica ili Županija kao osnivač sami nabavili ovaj uređaj, s obzirom da košta gotovo 30 milijuna kuna. Predlažem tri koraka: Županija bi trebala preuzeti na sebe kreditno zaduženje i sudjelovati u kupnji aparata. Ne zaboravimo da bi se rashodi Saniteta koji pacijente vozi u Split na zračenje smanjili za oko 1,2 milijuna kuna godišnje. Drugo, u akciju se, proporcionalno prihodima, trebaju uključiti sve jedinice lokalne samouprave u Zadarskoj županiji, imamo 28 općina i šest gradova. Treće, u ovome se treba angažirati Ministarstvo zdravstva, te HZZO; oni trebaju sudjelovati također s oko 25 posto predviđenog budžeta – rekao je Bjeliš, koji je istaknuo da je siguran da će dio prikupiti i građani, kao što već i rade „i pomažu humanitarnu akciju 'Zraka za život' koju zajednički provode Liga protiv raka Zadar i portal Slobodne Dalmacije 'Zadarski.hr'.”
- Pozivam još jednom sve vas nazočne na ovoj sjednici da se angažirate i da linearni akcelerator već ove jeseni bude u Zadru – zaključio je Bjeliš.
Predsjednica Županijske skupštine Nevenka Marinović (HDZ) odmah je uzela riječ i pohvalila akciju i „iznimno vrijednu inicijativu”, dok je vijećnica Ksenija Gregov (nezavisna) zatražila da se župan Božidar Longin u tom slučaju odrekne jedne mjesečne plaće.
Župan Longin je netom prije toga kazao da je „inicijativa za svaku pohvalu”, da se Županija već uključila, da su predstavnici zadarske Lige protiv raka bili kod njega radi dogovora oko daljnjih akcija, te da će se do jeseni bez sumnje prikupiti značajna sredstva.
- Tada bismo trebali napraviti završne korake za kupnju aparata – rekao je Longin, što je iznerviralo vijećnicu Kseniju Gregov.
- Župan je baba Vanga? Barem tako govori, jer kako zna da će na jesen on biti župan? - unijela se u ekran na on-line sjednici Skupštine Ksenija Gregov.
- Uz to, odricanje od vijećničkih naknada treba izglasati odmah, više neće biti prilike – istaknula je Ksenija Gregov, u čemu su je podržali vijećnici Ivan Matić (MOST) i Suzana Jakovac (SDP). O ovome će se ipak odlučivati naknadno, jer je predsjednica Marinović najavila da će se do kraja mandata ipak održati još jedna sjednica Županijske skupštine i da se tema linearnog akceleratora „neće politizirati.”
