U ožujku bi tvrtka „Eko” trebala zaposliti šest stručnjaka strojarske i elektrotehničke struke koji bi morali biti u radnom odnosu za vrijeme instaliranja opreme na kojoj će kasnije i raditi u Centru za gospodarenje otpadom u Biljanima Donjim. Uskoro će se pojaviti natječaji za tih šest radnih mjesta, ali to nije nikakvo jamstvo da će osjetljiva radna mjesta stvarno biti i popunjena.

Problem je u plaćama koje im „Eko” može ponuditi.

Na poziciji šefa održavanja CGO treba zaposliti inženjera strojarstva ili elektrotehnike i to za mjesečnu plaću od 11.200 kuna. U bruto iznosu! Logično, inženjer održavanja može imati samo manje – njegova plaća je fiksirana na bruto od 9.800 kuna, dok su tehničari na 7.800, a automehaničari na smiješnih 6.900 kuna bruto plaće.

Tvrtka „Eko” trenutno zapošljava 20 ljudi, ali je sistematizacijom predviđeno da ta brojka s Centrom za gospodarenje otpadom u punom pogonu naraste na 80 do 85 radnika. Naravno, radi se o šarolikoj strukturi zaposlenika, pa se u popunjavanju većine tih radnih mjesta ne očekuju problemi. Međutim, do velikih bi teškoća moglo doći pri pronalaženju stručnjaka strojarske i elektrotehničke struke, te automehaničara voljnih raditi za takve plaće u komunalnom poduzeću, dok u realnom sektoru mogu zaraditi višestruko veće plaće.

-Već je sada jasno da ćemo imati problem. Obavili smo neke preliminarne razgovore s potencijalnim kandidatima za ta radna mjesta, ali su se plaće pokazale kao nepremostiv problem. Iskreno, ne znam kako će se to riješiti i kako na domaćem tržištu radne snage naći dovoljan broj stručnjaka tog profila. A nismo sigurni niti da bi pod ovim financijskim uvjetima, s obzirom da bi im troškovi smještaja odnijeli veći dio plaće, motiv za dolazak imali i stručnjaci iz, na primjer, Indije ili Nepala odakle radna snaga sve više dolazi u Hrvatsku, kaže Dino Perović, direktor „Eka”.

„Eko” ni izbliza nije jedino zadarsko komunalno poduzeće koje ima poteškoća u zapošljavanju određenog profila radne snage- Na primjer, to „osjetljivo”, deficitarno radno mjesto u „Nasadima” je mjesto grobara, u „Liburniji” praktično neprekidno drže otvorene natječaje za zapošljavanje vozača...

Ograničavajući faktor u eventualnom podizanju plaća za prijeko potrebne stručnjake su – plaće komunalnih direktora!? Nema sumnje da bi povećanje direktorskih plaća izazvalo političke sporove u Gradskom vijeću, kao što nema sumnje da bi se pritom pucalo iz raznih, pa i onih demagoških oružja, ali, sve dok važe postojeća „financijska pravila”, direktorska bruto plaća od 14.700 kuna predstavlja ozbiljan limit za plaće svih drugih zaposlenika komunalnih poduzeća, a pogotovo visoko obrazovanih stručnjaka bez kojih je teško zamisliti funkcioniranje složenog sustava kakav je Centar za gospodarenje otpadom.

Vozač „Liburnije” za 196 radnih sati ima plaću od 1.016 eura, a u privatnom sektoru dobiju 50 posto više

Za odrađenih 177 radnih sati vozač „Liburnije” dobije mjesečnu plaću ode 1.049 eura bruto, što znači da mu je neto plaća 839 eura. Njegov kolega koji radi prekovremeno, za 196 sati može dobiti 1.016 eura (bruto iznos je 1.270 eura). Osim toga, vozači komunalnog prijevoznika imaju i beneficirani radni staž pa za 12 mjeseci rada imaju 14 mjeseci staža.

Sve to nije dovoljno da bi „Liburnija” mogla „mirno spavati” s unaprijed osiguranim dovoljnim brojem vozača. Trenutno ih je 122, a postoji potreba za sedam ili osam koji bi već sutra mogli biti zaposleni. Problem je u tome što u privatnom sektoru vozači dobiju i 50 posto veće plaće, pa često napuštaju „Liburniju” odakle u dvije godine ode 13, a zaposli se 12 novih vozača autobusa. Kako je poznato da samo u Engleskoj i Njemačkoj nedostaje oko 100.000 vozača, jasno je da mnogi odlaze iz Hrvatske i neusporedivo više plaćen posao nalaze u nekoj europskoj zemlji.

U ožujku bi tvrtka „Eko” trebala zaposliti šest stručnjaka strojarske i elektrotehničke struke koji bi morali biti u radnom odnosu za vrijeme instaliranja opreme na kojoj će kasnije i raditi u Centru za gospodarenje otpadom u Biljanima Donjim. Uskoro će se pojaviti natječaji za tih šest radnih mjesta, ali to nije nikakvo jamstvo da će osjetljiva radna mjesta stvarno biti i popunjena.

Problem je u plaćama koje im „Eko” može ponuditi.

Na poziciji šefa održavanja CGO treba zaposliti inženjera strojarstva ili elektrotehnike i to za mjesečnu plaću od 11.200 kuna. U bruto iznosu! Logično, inženjer održavanja može imati samo manje – njegova plaća je fiksirana na bruto od 9.800 kuna, dok su tehničari na 7.800, a automehaničari na smiješnih 6.900 kuna bruto plaće.

Tvrtka „Eko” trenutno zapošljava 20 ljudi, ali je sistematizacijom predviđeno da ta brojka s Centrom za gospodarenje otpadom u punom pogonu naraste na 80 do 85 radnika. Naravno, radi se o šarolikoj strukturi zaposlenika, pa se u popunjavanju većine tih radnih mjesta ne očekuju problemi. Međutim, do velikih bi teškoća moglo doći pri pronalaženju stručnjaka strojarske i elektrotehničke struke, te automehaničara voljnih raditi za takve plaće u komunalnom poduzeću, dok u realnom sektoru mogu zaraditi višestruko veće plaće.

-Već je sada jasno da ćemo imati problem. Obavili smo neke preliminarne razgovore s potencijalnim kandidatima za ta radna mjesta, ali su se plaće pokazale kao nepremostiv problem. Iskreno, ne znam kako će se to riješiti i kako na domaćem tržištu radne snage naći dovoljan broj stručnjaka tog profila. A nismo sigurni niti da bi pod ovim financijskim uvjetima, s obzirom da bi im troškovi smještaja odnijeli veći dio plaće, motiv za dolazak imali i stručnjaci iz, na primjer, Indije ili Nepala odakle radna snaga sve više dolazi u Hrvatsku, kaže Dino Perović, direktor „Eka”.

„Eko” ni izbliza nije jedino zadarsko komunalno poduzeće koje ima poteškoća u zapošljavanju određenog profila radne snage- Na primjer, to „osjetljivo”, deficitarno radno mjesto u „Nasadima” je mjesto grobara, u „Liburniji” praktično neprekidno drže otvorene natječaje za zapošljavanje vozača...

Ograničavajući faktor u eventualnom podizanju plaća za prijeko potrebne stručnjake su – plaće komunalnih direktora!? Nema sumnje da bi povećanje direktorskih plaća izazvalo političke sporove u Gradskom vijeću, kao što nema sumnje da bi se pritom pucalo iz raznih, pa i onih demagoških oružja, ali, sve dok važe postojeća „financijska pravila”, direktorska bruto plaća od 14.700 kuna predstavlja ozbiljan limit za plaće svih drugih zaposlenika komunalnih poduzeća, a pogotovo visoko obrazovanih stručnjaka bez kojih je teško zamisliti funkcioniranje složenog sustava kakav je Centar za gospodarenje otpadom.

Vozač „Liburnije” za 196 radnih sati ima plaću od 1.016 eura, a u privatnom sektoru dobiju 50 posto više

Za odrađenih 177 radnih sati vozač „Liburnije” dobije mjesečnu plaću ode 1.049 eura bruto, što znači da mu je neto plaća 839 eura. Njegov kolega koji radi prekovremeno, za 196 sati može dobiti 1.016 eura (bruto iznos je 1.270 eura). Osim toga, vozači komunalnog prijevoznika imaju i beneficirani radni staž pa za 12 mjeseci rada imaju 14 mjeseci staža.

Sve to nije dovoljno da bi „Liburnija” mogla „mirno spavati” s unaprijed osiguranim dovoljnim brojem vozača. Trenutno ih je 122, a postoji potreba za sedam ili osam koji bi već sutra mogli biti zaposleni. Problem je u tome što u privatnom sektoru vozači dobiju i 50 posto veće plaće, pa često napuštaju „Liburniju” odakle u dvije godine ode 13, a zaposli se 12 novih vozača autobusa. Kako je poznato da samo u Engleskoj i Njemačkoj nedostaje oko 100.000 vozača, jasno je da mnogi odlaze iz Hrvatske i neusporedivo više plaćen posao nalaze u nekoj europskoj zemlji.

U ožujku bi tvrtka „Eko” trebala zaposliti šest stručnjaka strojarske i elektrotehničke struke koji bi morali biti u radnom odnosu za vrijeme instaliranja opreme na kojoj će kasnije i raditi u Centru za gospodarenje otpadom u Biljanima Donjim. Uskoro će se pojaviti natječaji za tih šest radnih mjesta, ali to nije nikakvo jamstvo da će osjetljiva radna mjesta stvarno biti i popunjena.

Problem je u plaćama koje im „Eko” može ponuditi.

Na poziciji šefa održavanja CGO treba zaposliti inženjera strojarstva ili elektrotehnike i to za mjesečnu plaću od 11.200 kuna. U bruto iznosu! Logično, inženjer održavanja može imati samo manje – njegova plaća je fiksirana na bruto od 9.800 kuna, dok su tehničari na 7.800, a automehaničari na smiješnih 6.900 kuna bruto plaće.

Tvrtka „Eko” trenutno zapošljava 20 ljudi, ali je sistematizacijom predviđeno da ta brojka s Centrom za gospodarenje otpadom u punom pogonu naraste na 80 do 85 radnika. Naravno, radi se o šarolikoj strukturi zaposlenika, pa se u popunjavanju većine tih radnih mjesta ne očekuju problemi.
