U prizemlju Centra za kreativne industrije u Zadru otvoren je kafić, no "niknula" je i nadstrešnica, pa se dodatno cijeli plato ogradio staklenim stijenama. Ima li ta "nakaradna konstrukcija" dozvolu, zanimalo je vijećnika Akcije mladih Marka Pupića Bakrača, koji je na sjednici Županijske skupštine pitao župana Božidara Longina koje će sankcije poduzeti prema ravnateljici ustanove INOVAcija Katarini Colić?

- Ispred novogradnje je niknula ogromna natkrivena i zatvorena terasa. Izgleda da je nabitnija kreativna industrija „Centra za kreativne industrije“ postao kafić s velikom terasom. Da li je ovo bilo ključno i u prijavi kad su se tražila sredstva iz EU fondova? - pitao je Pupić Bakrač, te nastavio:

- Tko je odobrio izgradnju natkrivene terase ispred Centra na Relji?! Tko je napravio projekt, da li su tražene i dobivene potrebne suglasnosti za veliku natkrivenu i zatvorenu terasu koja je potpuno narušila vizuru skupo plaćenog objekta i EU projekta?! Da li vam je, župane Longin, ravnateljica ustanove INOVAcija dala na uvid projekt izgradnje natkrivene terase i da li ste joj vi dali suglasnost da se ona izgradi? Da li je Upravno vijeće ustanove INOVAcija odobrilo izgradnju natkrivene i zatvorene terase? U taj objekt je uloženo 35 milijuna kuna, od čega je iz EU fondova dobiveno 20 milijuna kuna - podsjetio je vijećnik.

Župan Božidar Longin je ponudio Pupiću Bakraču da mu dogovori sastanak s ravnateljicom Colić.

- Ne mogu vam odgovoriti na pitanja, jer ja ne izdajem takve suglasnosti o kojima pitate. Ali mogu vam dogovoriti sastanak s ravnateljicom, a ako ne želite, osobno ću je pitati i dostavit ću vam odgovore - zaključio je Longin. 

Ravnateljicu Colić smo kontaktirali i potvrdila nam je da ju je župan zvao zbog ovog slučaja.

- Neka institucije rade svoj posao. To što se tiče terase ili bilo čega ako je napravljeno nelegalno. Ja osobno ustanovu nisam oštetila ni na koji način. Mi smo, na temelju javnog natječaja, taj prostor dali u zakup, da tu bude caffe bar - objasnila je Katarina Colić.

Na natječaju je, rekla je, bila valjana samo jedna ponuda.

- Potpisali smo ugovor o zakupu na pet godina. No nakon toga je vlasnik tražio našu suglasnost za uređenje terase, mi smo suglasnost dali. Bitno je naglasiti da smo dali suglasnost uz uvjet da sve što se bude radilo bude napravljeno u skladu s postojećim zakonima. Isključivo zakupac je odgovoran za zakonitost i legalnost izvršenih radova - ustvrdila je Colić.

- Neka dođe inspekcija i neka utvrđuju da li je sve legalno napravljeno. Ako je nešto bespravno, neka postupaju. Ja ni u jednom trenutku nisam ugrozila ustanovu kojom rukovodim - zaključila je Colić.

Pupić Bakrač je, govoreći o terasi ispred Centra za kreativne industrije, podsjetio da je Državnom inspektoratu RH, i to Građevinskoj inspekciji, zbog nezakonito izgrađene natkrivene terase prijavljen vlasnik ugostiteljskog objekta Gagi's.

- Ta terasa se nalazi 50-ak metara od ove terase na Putu Murvice. Radi se o vrlo sličnoj terasi na istoj lokaciji pa bi Građevinska inspekcija trebala jednako postupiti. Postavlja se pitanje kad je vršila uviđaj na terasi ugostiteljskog objekta Gagi's da li je Građevinska inspekcija uočila i ovu terasu - rekao je Pupić Bakrač.

U prizemlju Centra za kreativne industrije u Zadru otvoren je kafić, no "niknula" je i nadstrešnica, pa se dodatno cijeli plato ogradio staklenim stijenama. Ima li ta "nakaradna konstrukcija" dozvolu, zanimalo je vijećnika Akcije mladih Marka Pupića Bakrača, koji je na sjednici Županijske skupštine pitao župana Božidara Longina koje će sankcije poduzeti prema ravnateljici ustanove INOVAcija Katarini Colić?

- Ispred novogradnje je niknula ogromna natkrivena i zatvorena terasa. Izgleda da je nabitnija kreativna industrija „Centra za kreativne industrije“ postao kafić s velikom terasom. Da li je ovo bilo ključno i u prijavi kad su se tražila sredstva iz EU fondova? - pitao je Pupić Bakrač, te nastavio:

- Tko je odobrio izgradnju natkrivene terase ispred Centra na Relji?! Tko je napravio projekt, da li su tražene i dobivene potrebne suglasnosti za veliku natkrivenu i zatvorenu terasu koja je potpuno narušila vizuru skupo plaćenog objekta i EU projekta?! Da li vam je, župane Longin, ravnateljica ustanove INOVAcija dala na uvid projekt izgradnje natkrivene terase i da li ste joj vi dali suglasnost da se ona izgradi? Da li je Upravno vijeće ustanove INOVAcija odobrilo izgradnju natkrivene i zatvorene terase? U taj objekt je uloženo 35 milijuna kuna, od čega je iz EU fondova dobiveno 20 milijuna kuna - podsjetio je vijećnik.

Župan Božidar Longin je ponudio Pupiću Bakraču da mu dogovori sastanak s ravnateljicom Colić.

- Ne mogu vam odgovoriti na pitanja, jer ja ne izdajem takve suglasnosti o kojima pitate. Ali mogu vam dogovoriti sastanak s ravnateljicom, a ako ne želite, osobno ću je pitati i dostavit ću vam odgovore - zaključio je Longin. 

Ravnateljicu Colić smo kontaktirali i potvrdila nam je da ju je župan zvao zbog ovog slučaja.

- Neka institucije rade svoj posao. To što se tiče terase ili bilo čega ako je napravljeno nelegalno. Ja osobno ustanovu nisam oštetila ni na koji način. Mi smo, na temelju javnog natječaja, taj prostor dali u zakup, da tu bude caffe bar - objasnila je Katarina Colić.

Na natječaju je, rekla je, bila valjana samo jedna ponuda.

- Potpisali smo ugovor o zakupu na pet godina. No nakon toga je vlasnik tražio našu suglasnost za uređenje terase, mi smo suglasnost dali. Bitno je naglasiti da smo dali suglasnost uz uvjet da sve što se bude radilo bude napravljeno u skladu s postojećim zakonima. Isključivo zakupac je odgovoran za zakonitost i legalnost izvršenih radova - ustvrdila je Colić.

- Neka dođe inspekcija i neka utvrđuju da li je sve legalno napravljeno. Ako je nešto bespravno, neka postupaju. Ja ni u jednom trenutku nisam ugrozila ustanovu kojom rukovodim - zaključila je Colić.

Pupić Bakrač je, govoreći o terasi ispred Centra za kreativne industrije, podsjetio da je Državnom inspektoratu RH, i to Građevinskoj inspekciji, zbog nezakonito izgrađene natkrivene terase prijavljen vlasnik ugostiteljskog objekta Gagi's.

- Ta terasa se nalazi 50-ak metara od ove terase na Putu Murvice. Radi se o vrlo sličnoj terasi na istoj lokaciji pa bi Građevinska inspekcija trebala jednako postupiti. Postavlja se pitanje kad je vršila uviđaj na terasi ugostiteljskog objekta Gagi's da li je Građevinska inspekcija uočila i ovu terasu - rekao je Pupić Bakrač.
