Glasovima vijećnika HDZ-a te Nezavisne liste Ivice Žuvele, čiji su amandman prihvaćeni neposredno pred sjednicu Županijske skupštine, u petak je bez velike drame izglasan proračun Zadarske županije za iduću godinu  težak milijardu i 508 milijuna kuna. Protiv su bili vijećnici SDP-a te Nezavisne liste Zadarske županije, DSU, HNS i HSLS, koji su već ranije najavili kako proračun neće podržati. Da će proračun proći bilo je jasno kada su vijećnici sa Žuveline liste izložili svoje amandmane, koji su svi redom prihvaćeni, osim financijske pomoći na NK Croatiu iz Stankovaca.  

- Vrijednost naših amandmana je oko 700 tisuća kuna, što je uvjet da proračun dobije zeleno svijetlo- kazao je Žuvela čiji su vijećnici, između ostalog, tražili dežurnog stomatologa vikendom, pomoć za Memorijalni centar u Škabrnji, sanaciju divljeg odlagališta u Stankovcima te aktivan odgovor na problem menstrualnog siromaštva. Župan Longin, koji je proračun nazvao demografskim, socijalnim i razvojnim, amandmane sa Žuveline liste obećao je iz proračunske pričuve. 

- U ovom proračunu osigurana su sredstva i za realizaciju projekata obećanih u kampanji. Uvest ćemo subvenciju stambenih kredita za višečlane obitelji i za zdravstveni, znanstveni i IT sektor, sufinancirat ćemo otvaranje Start up tvrtki i izgradnju ukupno 40 dječjih igrališta kroz iduće četiri godine, povećat ćemo subvencije za privatne domove za starije i nemoćne s 500 na 800 kuna, a krenut ćemo i u realizaciju izgradnje novih domova i to u Poličniku, Sv. Filipu i Jakovu i Preku, uz novi Hospicij u Babindubu, kazao je župan Longin dodajući kako se iduće godine očekuje završetak sustava navodnjavanja Donja Baštica, dovršetak Centra izvrsnosti Cerovačke špilje u Gračacu, ali i početak izgradnje Poljoprivredno-edukacijskog centra u Zemuniku- kazao je župan Longin.

SDP-ovac Jure Zubčić prigovorio je kako proračun nije razvojni.

- Čak 82 posto tog proračuna je zadano, što znači da za ulaganje u bilo kakve razvojne projekte ostaje minimum sredstava- kazao je Zubčić.

Antonio Vučetić (Nezavisna lista Zadarske županije, DSU, HNS i HSLS) kazao je kako se proračun uopće nije dotaknuo relevantnih društvenih tema, što bi mu trebala biti glavna svrha. 

- Zadarska županija je u zadnjih deset godina izgubila grad veličine Nina, a upravo depopulacija je tema koja bi se trebala rješavati četvrtinom proračuna. To je, uz decentralizaciju, zbog koje je Zadar postao ispostava Splita, ozbiljan društveni problem kojim bi se trebao baviti županijski proračun. A gradnja cesta je nešto čime bi se trebale baviti jedinice lokalne samouprave- kazao je Vučetić.

Proračun je na kraju prošao s 26 glasova za, sedam protiv te dva suzdržana.

Glasovima vijećnika HDZ-a te Nezavisne liste Ivice Žuvele, čiji su amandman prihvaćeni neposredno pred sjednicu Županijske skupštine, u petak je bez velike drame izglasan proračun Zadarske županije za iduću godinu  težak milijardu i 508 milijuna kuna. Protiv su bili vijećnici SDP-a te Nezavisne liste Zadarske županije, DSU, HNS i HSLS, koji su već ranije najavili kako proračun neće podržati. Da će proračun proći bilo je jasno kada su vijećnici sa Žuveline liste izložili svoje amandmane, koji su svi redom prihvaćeni, osim financijske pomoći na NK Croatiu iz Stankovaca.  

- Vrijednost naših amandmana je oko 700 tisuća kuna, što je uvjet da proračun dobije zeleno svijetlo- kazao je Žuvela čiji su vijećnici, između ostalog, tražili dežurnog stomatologa vikendom, pomoć za Memorijalni centar u Škabrnji, sanaciju divljeg odlagališta u Stankovcima te aktivan odgovor na problem menstrualnog siromaštva. Župan Longin, koji je proračun nazvao demografskim, socijalnim i razvojnim, amandmane sa Žuveline liste obećao je iz proračunske pričuve. 

- U ovom proračunu osigurana su sredstva i za realizaciju projekata obećanih u kampanji. Uvest ćemo subvenciju stambenih kredita za višečlane obitelji i za zdravstveni, znanstveni i IT sektor, sufinancirat ćemo otvaranje Start up tvrtki i izgradnju ukupno 40 dječjih igrališta kroz iduće četiri godine, povećat ćemo subvencije za privatne domove za starije i nemoćne s 500 na 800 kuna, a krenut ćemo i u realizaciju izgradnje novih domova i to u Poličniku, Sv. Filipu i Jakovu i Preku, uz novi Hospicij u Babindubu, kazao je župan Longin dodajući kako se iduće godine očekuje završetak sustava navodnjavanja Donja Baštica, dovršetak Centra izvrsnosti Cerovačke špilje u Gračacu, ali i početak izgradnje Poljoprivredno-edukacijskog centra u Zemuniku- kazao je župan Longin.

SDP-ovac Jure Zubčić prigovorio je kako proračun nije razvojni.

- Čak 82 posto tog proračuna je zadano, što znači da za ulaganje u bilo kakve razvojne projekte ostaje minimum sredstava- kazao je Zubčić.

Antonio Vučetić (Nezavisna lista Zadarske županije, DSU, HNS i HSLS) kazao je kako se proračun uopće nije dotaknuo relevantnih društvenih tema, što bi mu trebala biti glavna svrha. 

- Zadarska županija je u zadnjih deset godina izgubila grad veličine Nina, a upravo depopulacija je tema koja bi se trebala rješavati četvrtinom proračuna. To je, uz decentralizaciju, zbog koje je Zadar postao ispostava Splita, ozbiljan društveni problem kojim bi se trebao baviti županijski proračun. A gradnja cesta je nešto čime bi se trebale baviti jedinice lokalne samouprave- kazao je Vučetić.

Proračun je na kraju prošao s 26 glasova za, sedam protiv te dva suzdržana.
