Gradonačelnik Branko Dukić donio je odluku o novom pročelniku Upravnog odjela za socijalnu skrb i zdravstvo Grada Zadra. Riječ je o Mladenu Klancu, inače kumu gradonačelnika Dukića.
Iako su mediji dosada pisali da je Klanac s Dukićem povezan kumskim vezama, gradonačelnik se o toj činjenici do danas nije oglašavao. Gradonačelnika Dukića smo izravno pitali je li u kumskom srodstvu s novoimenovanim pročelnikom Klancom, a evo što nam je odgovorio.
- Proveden je javni natječaj sukladno svim propisima, na njega se prijavio jedan kandidat, pokazalo se odgovarajućih uvjeta i karakteristika. Kao gradonačelnik nemam zakonsku mogućnost oduzeti nekome pravo da se natječe za radno mjesto u Gradskoj upravi zbog privatnih odnosa. Ali da, zadovoljan sam ovim izborom jer je riječ o stručnoj osobi s profesionalnim iskustvom i uspjehom, kazao je gradonačelnik dodajući kako je zadarska javnost upoznata s dosadašnjim radom pročelnika Klanca. Ističe kako je riječ je o stručnoj osobi, dokazanog višegodišnjeg iskustva upravo u poslovima koji su prioritetni u UO za socijalnu skrb i zdravstvo.
- Dakle, riječ je o stručnjaku koji posjeduje svo potrebno znanje, spremu i profesionalno iskustvo za obavljanje poslova na tom radnom mjestu. Kada sam bio svjedok na njegovom vjenčanju niti sam znao da ću biti gradonačelnik, niti da će u vrijeme mojeg gradonačelničkog mandata biti potrebno izabrati novu osobu na čelnom mjestu UO za socijalnu skrb i zdravstvo. Ja u ovom gradu živim čitav život, u njemu živi moja obitelj i prijatelji. Različitih struka, sposobnosti, poslovnih ambicija… Ako ćemo pravo, poznajem osobno bar svakog četvrtog Zadranina. S nekima se susrećem redovito, s nekima povremeno. Konkretno, s novim pročelnikom rijetko, istaknuo je gradonačelnik dodajući kako su prijave i na ovaj natječaj opet potvrdile kako Gradska uprava sve teže dolazi do stručnih i osposobljenih kadrova jer nije konkurentna materijalnim davanjima u realnom sektoru, a te kadrove moraju procijeniti samo po rezultatima njihovog rada.
Podsjetimo kako je na natječaj za pročelničku poziciju uz prijavu novog pročelnika stigla još jedna molba za posao. No, druga osoba se nije odazvala na testiranje za to radno mjesto pa je Klanac ostao jedini kandidat.
Uz imenovanje Klanaca, na mjesto pročelnice Upravnog odjela za EU fondove imenovana je dosadašnja vršiteljica dužnosti Stefani Mikulec Perković čija je prijava ujedno jedina pristigla na taj natječaj.

Gradonačelnik Branko Dukić donio je odluku o novom pročelniku Upravnog odjela za socijalnu skrb i zdravstvo Grada Zadra. Riječ je o Mladenu Klancu, inače kumu gradonačelnika Dukića.
Iako su mediji dosada pisali da je Klanac s Dukićem povezan kumskim vezama, gradonačelnik se o toj činjenici do danas nije oglašavao. Gradonačelnika Dukića smo izravno pitali je li u kumskom srodstvu s novoimenovanim pročelnikom Klancom, a evo što nam je odgovorio.
- Proveden je javni natječaj sukladno svim propisima, na njega se prijavio jedan kandidat, pokazalo se odgovarajućih uvjeta i karakteristika. Kao gradonačelnik nemam zakonsku mogućnost oduzeti nekome pravo da se natječe za radno mjesto u Gradskoj upravi zbog privatnih odnosa. Ali da, zadovoljan sam ovim izborom jer je riječ o stručnoj osobi s profesionalnim iskustvom i uspjehom, kazao je gradonačelnik dodajući kako je zadarska javnost upoznata s dosadašnjim radom pročelnika Klanca. Ističe kako je riječ je o stručnoj osobi, dokazanog višegodišnjeg iskustva upravo u poslovima koji su prioritetni u UO za socijalnu skrb i zdravstvo.
- Dakle, riječ je o stručnjaku koji posjeduje svo potrebno znanje, spremu i profesionalno iskustvo za obavljanje poslova na tom radnom mjestu. Kada sam bio svjedok na njegovom vjenčanju niti sam znao da ću biti gradonačelnik, niti da će u vrijeme mojeg gradonačelničkog mandata biti potrebno izabrati novu osobu na čelnom mjestu UO za socijalnu skrb i zdravstvo. Ja u ovom gradu živim čitav život, u njemu živi moja obitelj i prijatelji. Različitih struka, sposobnosti, poslovnih ambicija… Ako ćemo pravo, poznajem osobno bar svakog četvrtog Zadranina. S nekima se susrećem redovito, s nekima povremeno. Konkretno, s novim pročelnikom rijetko, istaknuo je gradonačelnik dodajući kako su prijave i na ovaj natječaj opet potvrdile kako Gradska uprava sve teže dolazi do stručnih i osposobljenih kadrova jer nije konkurentna materijalnim davanjima u realnom sektoru, a te kadrove moraju procijeniti samo po rezultatima njihovog rada.
Podsjetimo kako je na natječaj za pročelničku poziciju uz prijavu novog pročelnika stigla još jedna molba za posao. No, druga osoba se nije odazvala na testiranje za to radno mjesto pa je Klanac ostao jedini kandidat.
Uz imenovanje Klanaca, na mjesto pročelnice Upravnog odjela za EU fondove imenovana je dosadašnja vršiteljica dužnosti Stefani Mikulec Perković čija je prijava ujedno jedina pristigla na taj natječaj.
