Da je epidemiološka služba primila pozive iz nekih domova za starije i nemoćne u Zadarskoj županiji, potvrdio je epidemiolog Alan Medić koji je kazao kako su neki od štićenika testirani na koronavirus. 

- Imali smo telefonskih poziva. Naputak je da kada se dogodi neka sumnjiva situacija unutar staračkog doma onda po tom naputku, s liječnikom koji je zadužen za taj dom, postupamo tako da procijenimo situaciju. Ako se radi o pojedinačnom pacijentu, da je samo jedan febrilan, njega se automatski stavlja u izolaciju i odmah ga se vodi na testiranje, kazao je Medić dodajući kako su već imali takvu jednu situaciju gdje su u domu za starije i nemoćne bila dva blago febrilna pacijenta. 

- Odmah smo izašli na teren, testirali smo ih i oba su bila negativni na COVID 19. Mi i dalje pratimo situaciju i mislim da smo sada u ovom trenutku u Hrvatskoj na dobrom mjestu što se tiče bolnica, ali veliku pažnju moramo obratiti na staračke domove jer jedan djelatnik koji tamo radi nehajem može zaraziti štićenika, a u tim situacijama gdje imate osjetljivu populaciju to može biti jako opterećenje za sve njih, naglasio je dr. Medić, dodajući kako su zadarski epidemiolozi svakog dana u kontaktu s domovima za starije i nemoćne u Zadarskoj županiji. 

- Svaki dan smo u kontaktu s domovima i kada god zaposlenici primijete neku suspektnu situaciju, odmah šaljemo ljude na testiranje. Znači svaki štićenik koji pokazuje febrilitet ide na testiranje. Čekamo još dva rezultat iz jednog doma koja bi trebala biti gotova kroz dva do tri sata. Jedna štićenica iz doma ima febrilitet stoga smo testirali nju, ali i njezinu kolegicu u sobi. Svi štićenici se testiraju kod nas u Zavodu za javno zdravstvo jer imamo jedan mali broj testova baš kako bi mogli brzo djelovati, rekao je epidemiolog Medić.

Da je epidemiološka služba primila pozive iz nekih domova za starije i nemoćne u Zadarskoj županiji, potvrdio je epidemiolog Alan Medić koji je kazao kako su neki od štićenika testirani na koronavirus. 

- Imali smo telefonskih poziva. Naputak je da kada se dogodi neka sumnjiva situacija unutar staračkog doma onda po tom naputku, s liječnikom koji je zadužen za taj dom, postupamo tako da procijenimo situaciju. Ako se radi o pojedinačnom pacijentu, da je samo jedan febrilan, njega se automatski stavlja u izolaciju i odmah ga se vodi na testiranje, kazao je Medić dodajući kako su već imali takvu jednu situaciju gdje su u domu za starije i nemoćne bila dva blago febrilna pacijenta. 

- Odmah smo izašli na teren, testirali smo ih i oba su bila negativni na COVID 19. Mi i dalje pratimo situaciju i mislim da smo sada u ovom trenutku u Hrvatskoj na dobrom mjestu što se tiče bolnica, ali veliku pažnju moramo obratiti na staračke domove jer jedan djelatnik koji tamo radi nehajem može zaraziti štićenika, a u tim situacijama gdje imate osjetljivu populaciju to može biti jako opterećenje za sve njih, naglasio je dr. Medić, dodajući kako su zadarski epidemiolozi svakog dana u kontaktu s domovima za starije i nemoćne u Zadarskoj županiji. 

- Svaki dan smo u kontaktu s domovima i kada god zaposlenici primijete neku suspektnu situaciju, odmah šaljemo ljude na testiranje. Znači svaki štićenik koji pokazuje febrilitet ide na testiranje. Čekamo još dva rezultat iz jednog doma koja bi trebala biti gotova kroz dva do tri sata. Jedna štićenica iz doma ima febrilitet stoga smo testirali nju, ali i njezinu kolegicu u sobi. Svi štićenici se testiraju kod nas u Zavodu za javno zdravstvo jer imamo jedan mali broj testova baš kako bi mogli brzo djelovati, rekao je epidemiolog Medić.

Ako se radi o pojedinačnom pacijentu, da je samo jedan febrilan, njega se automatski stavlja u izolaciju i odmah ga se vodi na testiranje, kazao je Medić dodajući kako su već imali takvu jednu situaciju gdje su u domu za starije i nemoćne bila dva blago febrilna pacijenta. 

- Odmah smo izašli na teren, testirali smo ih i oba su bila negativni na COVID 19. Mi i dalje pratimo situaciju i mislim da smo sada u ovom trenutku u Hrvatskoj na dobrom mjestu što se tiče bolnica, ali veliku pažnju moramo obratiti na staračke domove jer jedan djelatnik koji tamo radi nehajem može zaraziti štićenika, a u tim situacijama gdje imate osjetljivu populaciju to može biti jako opterećenje za sve njih, naglasio je dr. Medić, dodajući kako su zadarski epidemiolozi svakog dana u kontaktu s domovima za starije i nemoćne u Zadarskoj županiji. 

- Svaki dan smo u kontaktu s domovima i kada god zaposlenici primijete neku suspektnu situaciju, odmah šaljemo ljude na testiranje. Znači svaki štićenik koji pokazuje febrilitet ide na testiranje. Čekamo još dva rezultat iz jednog doma koja bi trebala biti gotova kroz dva do tri sata. Jedna štićenica iz doma ima febrilitet stoga smo testirali nju, ali i njezinu kolegicu u sobi. Svi štićenici se testiraju kod nas u Zavodu za javno zdravstvo jer imamo jedan mali broj testova baš kako bi mogli brzo djelovati, rekao je epidemiolog Medić.
