Hadi Matar koji je prije nekoiko dana izvršio napad na svjetski poznatog pisca Salmana Rushdieja priznao je novinarima putem video linka da je iznenađen što je pisac preživio i da je pročitao samo dvije stranice iz knjige "Sotonski stihovi".

"Pročitao sam nekoliko stranica. Nisam počitao čitavu od korice do korice", kazao je Matar novinarima New York Posta iz svoje ćelije u zatvoru, gdje je zadržan zbog optužbi za pokušaj ubojstva i napad, prenosi klix.ba.

Također, Matar je kazao da poštuje ajatolaha Homeinija, ali nije htio potvrditi da ga je njegova fetva o Salmanu "inspirirala" za napad na pisca.

"Ne volim tu osobu. Ne mislim da je jako dobra osoba. Ne volim ga, jako puno ga ne volim. On je netko tko je napao islam, napao je vjerovanje, napao je sistem", rekao je Matar o Rushdiejuu.

Matar je u napadu ubo Rushdiea deset puta i oštetio mu jetru te presjekao živce u ruci i oku. Pisac se trenutno dobro oporavlja, ali je još uvijek u bolnici.

Hadi Matar koji je prije nekoiko dana izvršio napad na svjetski poznatog pisca Salmana Rushdieja priznao je novinarima putem video linka da je iznenađen što je pisac preživio i da je pročitao samo dvije stranice iz knjige "Sotonski stihovi".

"Pročitao sam nekoliko stranica. Nisam počitao čitavu od korice do korice", kazao je Matar novinarima New York Posta iz svoje ćelije u zatvoru, gdje je zadržan zbog optužbi za pokušaj ubojstva i napad, prenosi klix.ba.

Također, Matar je kazao da poštuje ajatolaha Homeinija, ali nije htio potvrditi da ga je njegova fetva o Salmanu "inspirirala" za napad na pisca.

"Ne volim tu osobu. Ne mislim da je jako dobra osoba. Ne volim ga, jako puno ga ne volim. On je netko tko je napao islam, napao je vjerovanje, napao je sistem", rekao je Matar o Rushdiejuu.

Matar je u napadu ubo Rushdiea deset puta i oštetio mu jetru te presjekao živce u ruci i oku. Pisac se trenutno dobro oporavlja, ali je još uvijek u bolnici.

Hadi Matar koji je prije nekoiko dana izvršio napad na svjetski poznatog pisca Salmana Rushdieja priznao je novinarima putem video linka da je iznenađen što je pisac preživio i da je pročitao samo dvije stranice iz knjige "Sotonski stihovi".

"Pročitao sam nekoliko stranica. Nisam počitao čitavu od korice do korice", kazao je Matar novinarima New York Posta iz svoje ćelije u zatvoru, gdje je zadržan zbog optužbi za pokušaj ubojstva i napad, prenosi klix.ba.

Također, Matar je kazao da poštuje ajatolaha Homeinija, ali nije htio potvrditi da ga je njegova fetva o Salmanu "inspirirala" za napad na pisca.

"Ne volim tu osobu. Ne mislim da je jako dobra osoba. Ne volim ga, jako puno ga ne volim. On je netko tko je napao islam, napao je vjerovanje, napao je sistem", rekao je Matar...
