Predsjednica Hrvatske ljekarničke komore Ana Soldo je o cijepljenju protiv koronavirusa govorila u Newsroomu N1 televizije.
Posebno se osvrnula na organizaciju, transport i skladištenje cjepiva koje je potrebno čuvati na temperaturama od -70 i -80 stupnjeva Celzijevih, a mora se aplicirati pak u uvjetima sobne temperature.
- U ordinacijama obiteljske medicine nemamo uvjete za to. EK bi trebala službeno 23. prosinca poslati odobrenje o prvom cjepivu koje bi trebalo ići u promet i ovisno o distribuciji, vjerojatno će neke zemlje u EU unutar ove godine početi cijepiti, a Hrvatska će vjerojatno počekom sljedeće godine, kazala je Soldo i istaknula da je Hrvatska spremna za prve doze.
- Ako cjepivo ne budemo čuvali na adekvatnoj temperaturi moramo ga baciti, a to će biti trošak našeg zdravstva koji nam sigurno sad ne treba. Već imamo u različitim institutima frižidere u kojim se čuvaju uzorci različitog biološkog materijala koji mogu omogućiti čuvanje na -80°C i vjerujem da smo već sada pripremili dovoljno kapaciteta za prve količine cjepiva.
Kazala je i kako će prilikom cijepljenja protiv koronavirusa ulogu imati i ljekarne, a ljekarnike se dodatno educirati u skladu s potrebama.
Već sada bi se sve trebalo početi organizirati kako bi bilo spremno kada cjepivo stigne.
- Mislim da nam je već na knap što se tiče organizacije i da bi svi zajedno trebali sjesti i naći najbolji način kako organizirati cijepljenje jer jako je važno da ljudi imaju povjerenje u taj sustav koji ga organizira. Osim što imamo nepovjerenje u cijepljenje i cijelu tu priču koju slušamo proteklih dana iz antivakserskih krugova, ne treba nam još i komplikacija oko loše organizacije cijepljenja i vjerujem da je neće biti.
Soldo je naglasila da je razvoj cjepiva bio brz zbog suradnje farmaceutske industrije i ostalih institucija, a do tako velikog angažmana je došlo jer je riječ o bolesti koja je blokirala svijet. Cijelu priču su ubrzala i već postojeća znanja o virusima SARS i MERS.
- Danas cijela znanost ide brže pa tako i razvoj lijekova i cjepiva. Ogromna je odgovornost i EK i svih proizvođača u ovom trenutku da to cjepivo bude dobro, jer ako se desi neka pogreška i budemo imali neke negativne posljedice za zdravlje ljudi to će zapravo biti velika ljaga na sve njih za koju ne vjerujem da će farmaceutska industrija uspjeti preživjeti. Ako idemo iz pozicija nekih teorija zavjere i angažmanu nekih sila, morate shvatiti da će to puno više oštetiti njih nego što bi možda oštetila nas, pojasnila je Soldo.
Nuspojave su, tvrdi, blage, a bitno je da se cjepivo, kao i svaki lijek, koristi onako kako treba.
- Ono što smo predvidjeli je povišena temperatura, bol na mjestu uboda, lagani umor je nešto što ima svako cjepivo koje smo da sad pustili u promet. Nadam se da nećemo imati neke lošije nuspojave. Nitko od nas ne zna što će se točno dogoditi, ali je sve napravljeno da toga ne bude. Ako je osoba preosjetljiva na neki sastojak cjepiva, ona se ne bi trebala cijepiti, zaključila je Ana Soldo u Newsroomu N1 televizije.

Predsjednica Hrvatske ljekarničke komore Ana Soldo je o cijepljenju protiv koronavirusa govorila u Newsroomu N1 televizije.
Posebno se osvrnula na organizaciju, transport i skladištenje cjepiva koje je potrebno čuvati na temperaturama od -70 i -80 stupnjeva Celzijevih, a mora se aplicirati pak u uvjetima sobne temperature.
- U ordinacijama obiteljske medicine nemamo uvjete za to. EK bi trebala službeno 23. prosinca poslati odobrenje o prvom cjepivu koje bi trebalo ići u promet i ovisno o distribuciji, vjerojatno će neke zemlje u EU unutar ove godine početi cijepiti, a Hrvatska će vjerojatno počekom sljedeće godine, kazala je Soldo i istaknula da je Hrvatska spremna za prve doze.
- Ako cjepivo ne budemo čuvali na adekvatnoj temperaturi moramo ga baciti, a to će biti trošak našeg zdravstva koji nam sigurno sad ne treba. Već imamo u različitim institutima frižidere u kojim se čuvaju uzorci različitog biološkog materijala koji mogu omogućiti čuvanje na -80°C i vjerujem da smo već sada pripremili dovoljno kapaciteta za prve količine cjepiva.
Kazala je i kako će prilikom cijepljenja protiv koronavirusa ulogu imati i ljekarne, a ljekarnike se dodatno educirati u skladu s potrebama.
Već sada bi se sve trebalo početi organizirati kako bi bilo spremno kada cjepivo stigne.
- Mislim da nam je već na knap što se tiče organizacije i da bi svi zajedno trebali sjesti i naći najbolji način kako organizirati cijepljenje jer jako je važno da ljudi imaju povjerenje u taj sustav koji ga organizira. Osim što imamo nepovjerenje u cijepljenje i cijelu tu priču koju slušamo proteklih dana iz antivakserskih krugova, ne treba nam još i komplikacija oko loše organizacije cijepljenja i vjerujem da je neće biti.
Soldo je naglasila da je razvoj cjepiva bio brz zbog suradnje farmaceutske industrije i ostalih institucija, a do tako velikog angažmana je došlo jer je riječ o bolesti koja je blokirala svijet. Cijelu priču su ubrzala i već postojeća znanja o virusima SARS i MERS.
- Danas cijela znanost ide brže pa tako i razvoj lijekova i cjepiva. Ogromna je odgovornost i EK i svih proizvođača u ovom trenutku da to cjepivo bude dobro, jer ako se desi neka pogreška i budemo imali neke negativne posljedice za zdravlje ljudi to će zapravo biti velika ljaga na sve njih za koju ne vjerujem da će farmaceutska industrija uspjeti preživjeti. Ako idemo iz pozicija nekih teorija zavjere i angažmanu nekih sila, morate shvatiti da će to puno više oštetiti njih nego što bi možda oštetila nas, pojasnila je Soldo.
Nuspojave su, tvrdi, blage, a bitno je da se cjepivo, kao i svaki lijek, koristi onako kako treba.
- Ono što smo predvidjeli je povišena temperatura, bol na mjestu uboda, lagani umor je nešto što ima svako cjepivo koje smo da sad pustili u promet. Nadam se da nećemo imati neke lošije nuspojave. Nitko od nas ne zna što će se točno dogoditi, ali je sve napravljeno da toga ne bude. Ako je osoba preosjetljiva na neki sastojak cjepiva, ona se ne bi trebala cijepiti, zaključila je Ana Soldo u Newsroomu N1 televizije.
