Više od pola novih prijavljenih slučajeva zaraze koronavirusom u svijetu dolazi iz europskih zemalja. Novi hrvatski dnevni broj je 1242. Uz veliki broj aktivnih slučajeva u dan vikenda testirano je samo malo više od 3700 osoba. Pune se i bolnice u kojima je gotovo 1900 pacijenata. U posljednja 24 sata hospitalizirane su 173 osobe, od kojih 130, odnosno 75 posto nije cijepljeno nijednom dozom. Na respiratoru je novih 27 osoba, od kojih 22 nisu cijepljene - dakle, malo više od 81%. Na respiratoru je sada 246 pacijenata. Od COVID-a ili s tom bolešću preminulo je 46 osoba, 80,4% odnosno njih 37 nije bilo cijepljeno, javlja HRT.

Koliko stanje može postati loše najbolje pokazuje rendgenska snimka pluća mlađeg necijepljenog muškarca.

- Pacijent je došao s jako lošom kliničkom slikom, s niskom dozom zasićenosti kisika, bio je dosta dugo doma i onda je tek pozvao Hitnu pomoć. Završio je na intenzivnoj i dolazi do proširenja pluća zahvaćenih upalom, govori dr. Gordana Ivanac, radiolog u KB-u Dubrava.

COVID pacijenti često imaju i začepljenje plućnih arterija. 

- Ovo je sve bijelo, dio gdje je upala nastala uslijed koronavirusa, ali može biti i nadogradnja neke druge bakterije. Ovdje je mali postotak, manje od 40 posto s kojim on ustvari diše, kaže Ivanac.

Generalno blaže promjene imaju cijepljeni pacijenti koji nemaju snažno izražene simptopme teškog disanja i oštećenja pluća. 

- Oboje su bili cijepljeni, što je iznimno važno ovdje, jedna starija pacijentica nije ni razvila značajnu upalu pluća te pacijent koji je razvio malo više zasjenjenja, područja zahvaćenih upalom, ali se on oporavio, kaže Ivanac.

Sve više trudnica

Sve je veći broj i COVID pozitivnih trudnica. U bolnici Sveti Duh hospitalizirane su tri rodilje, jedna koju su prošli tjedan porodili u 28. tjednu - još je na mehaničkoj ventilaciji.

- Stanje je još vrlo vrlo ozbiljno, nadamo se najboljem. Iz njezinog općeg stanja donesena je odluka da se ide na carski REZ. Bebica je dobro. Ono što smo sada primijetili da su i trudnice teže bolesne nego što smo to do sada vidjeli, kaže Višnja Nesek Adam, voditeljica kriznog stožera za COVID-19 u KB-u Sveti Duh.

Poziva se na cijepljenje za koje interes u posljednje vrijeme raste. Vidljivo je to i na Zagrebačkom velesajmu.

- Tijekom šest dana cijepljeno je oko 1000 ljudi, tjedan prije oko 6000, bilježimo porast u odnosu na tjedan prije, rekla je dr. Ana Šesto.

Svoju dozu čekali su i u Osječko-baranjskoj županiji. 

- Primijetili smo to, taj interes je kudikamo veći nego prethodni tjedan, ali nažalost ne prati kretanja broja oboljelih koji također znatno raste, rekao je Tomislav Dijanić, voditelj Službe za epidemiologiju NZJZ-a Osječko-baranjske županije.

Među njima je i ministar Tomislav Ćorić koji je razvio blaže simptome, u izolaciji je i nastavlja s radom od kuće. Iz Vlade su priopćili i da je više članova primilo booster dozu.

Dodajmo, da će kako neslužbeno doznajemo, COVID potvrde za ulazak u javne i državne institucije od sredine studenoga - osim u školama, biti potrebne i djeci starijoj od 12 godina.

OB Dubrovnik je na "hladnom pogonu"

Zdravstveni se djelatnici u dubrovačkoj bolnici trenutačno brinu za 61 oboljelog. Šest ih je na respiratoru. 

Brinu se o ukupno 61 oboljeloj osobi od kojih je šest na respiratoru. 

- Sve je vjerojatnije da će taj broj biti povećan i da će priljev biti veći od broja pacijenata koji će biti otpušteni kao izliječeni. Treba istaknuti, prema zadnjim PCR testiranjima, OB Dubrovnik je danas testirao 270 pacijenata, od čega je čak 130 bilo pozitivno, što znači da se brojke ne smanjuju. Imamo 81 mjesto, bez širenja dodatnih kapaciteta.  S ovim priljevom se zasad možemo nositi bez većih teškoća, ali pratimo situaciju iz sata u sat, rekao je Marijo Bekić, ravnatelj OB-a Dubrovnik.

U ponedjeljak je obustavljan takozvani hladni program. 

- To znači da nema programa jednodnevne kirurgije i nekih drugih zahvata koji nisu hitni i koji ne ugrožavaju izravno zdravlje pacijenata. Sva onkološka kirurgija, kompletan hitni program, kao i operativni program kod djece s posebnim potrebama se nesmetano odvija, rekao je Bekić dodajući kako su to preventivne mjere jer su morali dio medicinskih sestara prebaciti na COVID odjel zbog ispomoći.

Više od pola novih prijavljenih slučajeva zaraze koronavirusom u svijetu dolazi iz europskih zemalja. Novi hrvatski dnevni broj je 1242. Uz veliki broj aktivnih slučajeva u dan vikenda testirano je samo malo više od 3700 osoba. Pune se i bolnice u kojima je gotovo 1900 pacijenata. U posljednja 24 sata hospitalizirane su 173 osobe, od kojih 130, odnosno 75 posto nije cijepljeno nijednom dozom. Na respiratoru je novih 27 osoba, od kojih 22 nisu cijepljene - dakle, malo više od 81%. Na respiratoru je sada 246 pacijenata. Od COVID-a ili s tom bolešću preminulo je 46 osoba, 80,4% odnosno njih 37 nije bilo cijepljeno, javlja HRT.

Koliko stanje može postati loše najbolje pokazuje rendgenska snimka pluća mlađeg necijepljenog muškarca.

- Pacijent je došao s jako lošom kliničkom slikom, s niskom dozom zasićenosti kisika, bio je dosta dugo doma i onda je tek pozvao Hitnu pomoć. Završio je na intenzivnoj i dolazi do proširenja pluća zahvaćenih upalom, govori dr. Gordana Ivanac, radiolog u KB-u Dubrava.

COVID pacijenti često imaju i začepljenje plućnih arterija. 

- Ovo je sve bijelo, dio gdje je upala nastala uslijed koronavirusa, ali može biti i nadogradnja neke druge bakterije. Ovdje je mali postotak, manje od 40 posto s kojim on ustvari diše, kaže Ivanac.

Generalno blaže promjene imaju cijepljeni pacijenti koji nemaju snažno izražene simptopme teškog disanja i oštećenja pluća. 

- Oboje su bili cijepljeni, što je iznimno važno ovdje, jedna starija pacijentica nije ni razvila značajnu upalu pluća te pacijent koji je razvio malo više zasjenjenja, područja zahvaćenih upalom, ali se on oporavio, kaže Ivanac.

Sve više trudnica

Sve je veći broj i COVID pozitivnih trudnica. U bolnici Sveti Duh hospitalizirane su tri rodilje, jedna koju su prošli tjedan porodili u 28. tjednu - još je na mehaničkoj ventilaciji.

- Stanje je još vrlo vrlo ozbiljno, nadamo se najboljem. Iz njezinog općeg stanja donesena je odluka da se ide na carski REZ. Bebica je dobro. Ono što smo sada primijetili da su i trudnice teže bolesne nego što smo to do sada vidjeli, kaže Višnja Nesek Adam, voditeljica kriznog stožera za COVID-19 u KB-u Sveti Duh.

Poziva se na cijepljenje za koje interes u posljednje vrijeme raste. Vidljivo je to i na Zagrebačkom velesajmu.

- Tijekom šest dana cijepljeno je oko 1000 ljudi, tjedan prije oko 6000, bilježimo porast u odnosu na tjedan prije, rekla je dr. Ana Šesto.

Svoju dozu čekali su i u Osječko-baranjskoj županiji. 

- Primijetili smo to, taj interes je kudikamo veći nego prethodni tjedan, ali nažalost ne prati kretanja broja oboljelih koji također znatno raste, rekao je Tomislav Dijanić, voditelj Službe za epidemiologiju NZJZ-a Osječko-baranjske županije.

Među njima je i ministar Tomislav Ćorić koji je razvio blaže simptome, u izolaciji je i nastavlja s radom od kuće. Iz Vlade su priopćili i da je više članova primilo booster dozu.

Dodajmo, da će kako neslužbeno doznajemo, COVID potvrde za ulazak u javne i državne institucije od sredine studenoga - osim u školama, biti potrebne i djeci starijoj od 12 godina.

OB Dubrovnik je na "hladnom pogonu"

Zdravstveni se djelatnici u dubrovačkoj bolnici trenutačno brinu za 61 oboljelog. Šest ih je na respiratoru. 

Brinu se o ukupno 61 oboljeloj osobi od kojih je šest na respiratoru. 

- Sve je vjerojatnije da će taj broj biti povećan i da će priljev biti veći od broja pacijenata koji će biti otpušteni kao izliječeni. Treba istaknuti, prema zadnjim PCR testiranjima, OB Dubrovnik je danas testirao 270 pacijenata, od čega je čak 130 bilo pozitivno, što znači da se brojke ne smanjuju. Imamo 81 mjesto, bez širenja dodatnih kapaciteta.  S ovim priljevom se zasad možemo nositi bez većih teškoća, ali pratimo situaciju iz sata u sat, rekao je Marijo Bekić, ravnatelj OB-a Dubrovnik.

U ponedjeljak je obustavljan takozvani hladni program. 

- To znači da nema programa jednodnevne kirurgije i nekih drugih zahvata koji nisu hitni i koji ne ugrožavaju izravno zdravlje pacijenata. Sva onkološka kirurgija, kompletan hitni program, kao i operativni program kod djece s posebnim potrebama se nesmetano odvija, rekao je Bekić dodajući kako su to preventivne mjere jer su morali dio medicinskih sestara prebaciti na COVID odjel zbog ispomoći.
