Komemoracija za ratnog zapovjednika iz redova 1. gardijske brigade Tigrovi, Damira Tomljanovića Gavrana, održana je u subotu na groblju u Krivom putu u povodu 30. obljetnice njegove pogibije, a ministar Medved istaknuo je da ga je, uz hrabrost i domoljublje, iznad svega krasila ljudskost.

"Prošao sam s Damirom dobar dio njegova ratnog puta. Bio je to naš zajednički put i hrabro, bespoštedno koračanje prema hrvatskoj slobodi. Osim mnogih njegovih iznimnih osobina - hrabrosti, odlučnosti i osobina vojnog stratega - Damira Tomljanovića Gavrana krasile su i odlike njegove legendarne ljudskosti", rekao je ministar hrvatskih branitelja, potpredsjednik Vlade i Tomljanovićev suborac Tomo Medved.

Na grob Damira Tomljanovića Gavrana, u ime predsjednika Republike cvijeće, vijenac je položio i svijeću zapalio general pukovnik Marijan Mareković, u ime predsjednika Sabora saborski zastupnik Ante Deur, a u ime predsjednika Vlade ministar hrvatskih branitelja i potpredsjednik Vlade Tomo Medved. Komemorativnom skupu nazočio je i državni tajnik u Ministarstvu hrvatskih branitelja Darko Nekić.

Program pod nazivom "Za Hrvatsku kao Tigar" pripremili su Udruga ratnih veterana "Tigrovi" i Grad Senj.

Nakon komemoracije i odavanja počasti Damiru Tomljanoviću Gavranu, junaku Domovinskog rata, misu je služio vojni biskup Jure Bogdan u krivoputskoj župnoj crkvi Blažene Djevice Marije Snježne.

U ratnom putu Damira Tomljanovića Gavrana stoji da je dragovoljno u kolovozu 1990. pristupio Jedinici za posebne namjene MUP-a RH u bazi Rakitje kod Zagreba. Potom se borio na mnogim ratištima, a kao zapovjednik 1. Sektora IZM Zadar ZP Split 1. gardijske brigade Oružanih snaga RH poginuo je 17. veljače 1994. na Tulovim gredama, pogođen neprijateljskim snajperom.

Komemoracija za ratnog zapovjednika iz redova 1. gardijske brigade Tigrovi, Damira Tomljanovića Gavrana, održana je u subotu na groblju u Krivom putu u povodu 30. obljetnice njegove pogibije, a ministar Medved istaknuo je da ga je, uz hrabrost i domoljublje, iznad svega krasila ljudskost.

"Prošao sam s Damirom dobar dio njegova ratnog puta. Bio je to naš zajednički put i hrabro, bespoštedno koračanje prema hrvatskoj slobodi. Osim mnogih njegovih iznimnih osobina - hrabrosti, odlučnosti i osobina vojnog stratega - Damira Tomljanovića Gavrana krasile su i odlike njegove legendarne ljudskosti", rekao je ministar hrvatskih branitelja, potpredsjednik Vlade i Tomljanovićev suborac Tomo Medved.

Na grob Damira Tomljanovića Gavrana, u ime predsjednika Republike cvijeće, vijenac je položio i svijeću zapalio general pukovnik Marijan Mareković, u ime predsjednika Sabora saborski zastupnik Ante Deur, a u ime predsjednika Vlade ministar hrvatskih branitelja i potpredsjednik Vlade Tomo Medved. Komemorativnom skupu nazočio je i državni tajnik u Ministarstvu hrvatskih branitelja Darko Nekić.

Program pod nazivom "Za Hrvatsku kao Tigar" pripremili su Udruga ratnih veterana "Tigrovi" i Grad Senj.

Nakon komemoracije i odavanja počasti Damiru Tomljanoviću Gavranu, junaku Domovinskog rata, misu je služio vojni biskup Jure Bogdan u krivoputskoj župnoj crkvi Blažene Djevice Marije Snježne.

U ratnom putu Damira Tomljanovića Gavrana stoji da je dragovoljno u kolovozu 1990. pristupio Jedinici za posebne namjene MUP-a RH u bazi Rakitje kod Zagreba. Potom se borio na mnogim ratištima, a kao zapovjednik 1. Sektora IZM Zadar ZP Split 1. gardijske brigade Oružanih snaga RH poginuo je 17. veljače 1994. na Tulovim gredama, pogođen neprijateljskim snajperom.

Ministar Medved se prisjetio ratnog puta s Damirom Tomljanovićem Gavranom: ‘Bio je to naš zajednički put...‘

Komemoracija za ratnog zapovjednika iz redova 1. gardijske brigade Tigrovi, Damira Tomljanovića Gavrana, održana je u subotu na groblju u Krivom putu u povodu 30. obljetnice njegove pogibije, a ministar Medved istaknuo je da ga je, uz hrabrost i domoljublje, iznad svega krasila ljudskost.

"Prošao sam s Damirom dobar dio njegova ratnog puta. Bio je to naš zajednički put i hrabro, bespoštedno koračanje prema hrvatskoj slobodi. Osim mnogih njegovih iznimnih osobina - hrabrosti, odlučnosti i osobina vojnog stratega - Damira Tomljanovića Gavrana krasile su i odlike njegove legendarne ljudskosti", rekao je ministar hrvatskih branitelja, potpredsjednik Vlade i Tomljanovićev suborac Tomo Medved.

Na grob Damira Tomljanovića Gavrana, u ime predsjednika Republike cvijeće, vijenac je položio i svijeću zapalio general pukovnik Marijan Mareković, u ime predsjednika Sabora saborski zastupnik Ante Deur, a u ime predsjednika Vlade ministar hrvatskih branitelja i potpredsjednik Vlade Tomo Medved. Komemorativnom skupu nazočio je i državni tajnik u Ministarstvu hrvatskih branitelja Darko Nekić.

Program pod nazivom "Za Hrvatsku kao Tigar" pripremili su Udruga ratnih veterana "Tigrovi" i Grad Senj.

Nakon komemoracije i odavanja počasti Damiru Tomljanoviću Gavranu, junaku Domovinskog rata, misu je služio vojni biskup Jure Bogdan u krivoputskoj župnoj crkvi Blažene Djevice Marije Snježne.
