Glavni direktor HUP-a Damir Zorić gostovao je na N1 odmah nakon ministra Tomislava Ćorića koji je govorio o mjerama za pomoć ekonomiji Hrvatske i mogućnostima da se mjere možda ublaže narednih tjedana.

Voditelja je zanimalo je li, odnosno koliko je Zorić zadovoljan postojećim mjerama pomoći tvrtkama zbog epidemije covida-19.

“Naravno da nisam zadovoljan. Čim postoje mjere, to znači da nije dobro stanje”, odgovorio je prvi čovjek HUP-a.

Nitko ne može biti zadovoljan

“S tim mislim da nitko ne može biti zadovoljan, osobito poduzetnici. Njima je na neki način ugroženo njihovo prirodno okruženje”, kazao je i dodao:

“Kažu, eto, da je to objektivno stanje, da je to doprinos pametnim odlukama kako bi spasili od pandemije sve drugo, osobito turističku sezonu, pa ćemo valjda i to otrpjeti.”

Zorić je, međutim, objasnio da HUP-u smeta nešto drugo:

“Nedostaju u javnosti stručne analize zašto neka mjesta jesu opasna žarišta, a neka vrlo slična njima, nisu. To smeta ljudima kad to doživljavaju kao adminstrativnu odluku. Mislim da nitko u Hrvatskoj ne bi bio protiv toga da se podnese svaka žrtva da se sačuva zdravlje ljudi.”

Rekao je da bi donositelji odluka o epidemijskim mjerama morali javnosti puno bolje objašnjavati logiku kojom primjenjuju određene mjere na jednom, a ne i na drugom mjestu.

“Živjeli smo u optimističnom uvjerenju da će te mjere popustiti 1. veljače, pa smo doživjeli hladan tuš jer broj zaraženih, novozaraženih još uvijek nije onakav kakav bi bio podnošljiv, što mene čudi. Pratim stanje u BiH u kojoj su otvoreni restorani i sve živo, a njihove brojke nisu ništa slabije nego naše”, smatra Zorić.

“Za nadati se da će 15. veljače mjere biti relaksirane. Međutim, niti ta relaksacija ne znači da treba odustati od svih onih potpora ugroženom gospodarstvu”, istaknuo je i dodao:

“I kultura prima pomoć”

“Zanemarujemo da su ove mjere na snazi i za druge sektore koje teško možemo smatrati gospodarskima, razne kulturne djelatnosti na koje se mjere također odnose i određene iznose pomoći primaju i oni.”

Riječ je, znači, zaključio je, da je riječ o mjerama pomoći ugroženima, da se pomoć ekonomiji mora tako sagledavati, kao i to da su mnogi fokusirani samo na dnevne mjere, primjerice o 15. veljače kao nekom datumu, dok bi zapravo trebalo otvoriti dijalog, kako je rekao, o tome što činiti u vremenu koje je pred nama i kako zadržati konkurentnost nacionalne ekonomije:

“Konkurentska borba nije nimalo jednostavna, laka, niti idilična i možete misliti kako će izgledati kada se iscrpljeno gospodarstvo bez poticajnih mjera treba suprotstaviti onima iz jačih zemalja koje imaju puno jaču izdašniju potporu svojih država.”

Rekao je da bi u programima potpore trebalo udvostručiti iznose financijskih sredstava, a za javni sektor je rekao da “teško može donijeti dodanu vrijednost”.

Voditelja je zanimalo i njegovo mišljenje o reformi HGK. Zorić je rekao da dopušta da postoji nešto poput javne ovlasti, pa shodno tome i javno financiranje. Kazao je da komore postoje i u drugim zemljama, da HGK definitivno treba reformirati, ali da ne želi govoriti o obaveznom ili neobaveznom financiranju iz pozicije HUP-a. Ono što jest siguran je, kazao je da HGK treba reformirati, ali i sljedeće:

“To je institucija koja postoji već 170 godina, treba očuvati tu instituciju.”

Glavni direktor HUP-a Damir Zorić gostovao je na N1 odmah nakon ministra Tomislava Ćorića koji je govorio o mjerama za pomoć ekonomiji Hrvatske i mogućnostima da se mjere možda ublaže narednih tjedana.

Voditelja je zanimalo je li, odnosno koliko je Zorić zadovoljan postojećim mjerama pomoći tvrtkama zbog epidemije covida-19.

“Naravno da nisam zadovoljan. Čim postoje mjere, to znači da nije dobro stanje”, odgovorio je prvi čovjek HUP-a.

Nitko ne može biti zadovoljan

“S tim mislim da nitko ne može biti zadovoljan, osobito poduzetnici. Njima je na neki način ugroženo njihovo prirodno okruženje”, kazao je i dodao:

“Kažu, eto, da je to objektivno stanje, da je to doprinos pametnim odlukama kako bi spasili od pandemije sve drugo, osobito turističku sezonu, pa ćemo valjda i to otrpjeti.”

Zorić je, međutim, objasnio da HUP-u smeta nešto drugo:

“Nedostaju u javnosti stručne analize zašto neka mjesta jesu opasna žarišta, a neka vrlo slična njima, nisu. To smeta ljudima kad to doživljavaju kao adminstrativnu odluku. Mislim da nitko u Hrvatskoj ne bi bio protiv toga da se podnese svaka žrtva da se sačuva zdravlje ljudi.”

Rekao je da bi donositelji odluka o epidemijskim mjerama morali javnosti puno bolje objašnjavati logiku kojom primjenjuju određene mjere na jednom, a ne i na drugom mjestu.

“Živjeli smo u optimističnom uvjerenju da će te mjere popustiti 1. veljače, pa smo doživjeli hladan tuš jer broj zaraženih, novozaraženih još uvijek nije onakav kakav bi bio podnošljiv, što mene čudi. Pratim stanje u BiH u kojoj su otvoreni restorani i sve živo, a njihove brojke nisu ništa slabije nego naše”, smatra Zorić.

“Za nadati se da će 15. veljače mjere biti relaksirane. Međutim, niti ta relaksacija ne znači da treba odustati od svih onih potpora ugroženom gospodarstvu”, istaknuo je i dodao:

“I kultura prima pomoć”

“Zanemarujemo da su ove mjere na snazi i za druge sektore koje teško možemo smatrati gospodarskima, razne kulturne djelatnosti na koje se mjere također odnose i određene iznose pomoći primaju i oni.”

Riječ je, znači, zaključio je, da je riječ o mjerama pomoći ugroženima, da se pomoć ekonomiji mora tako sagledavati, kao i to da su mnogi fokusirani samo na dnevne mjere, primjerice o 15. veljače kao nekom datumu, dok bi zapravo trebalo otvoriti dijalog, kako je rekao, o tome što činiti u vremenu koje je pred nama i kako zadržati konkurentnost nacionalne ekonomije:

“Konkurentska borba nije nimalo jednostavna, laka, niti idilična i možete misliti kako će izgledati kada se iscrpljeno gospodarstvo bez poticajnih mjera treba suprotstaviti onima iz jačih zemalja koje imaju puno jaču izdašniju potporu svojih država.”

Rekao je da bi u programima potpore trebalo udvostručiti iznose financijskih sredstava, a za javni sektor je rekao da “teško može donijeti dodanu vrijednost”.

Voditelja je zanimalo i njegovo mišljenje o reformi HGK. Zorić je rekao da dopušta da postoji nešto poput javne ovlasti, pa shodno tome i javno financiranje. Kazao je da komore postoje i u drugim zemljama, da HGK definitivno treba reformirati, ali da ne želi govoriti o obaveznom ili neobaveznom financiranju iz pozicije HUP-a. Ono što jest siguran je, kazao je da HGK treba reformirati, ali i sljedeće:

“To je institucija koja postoji već 170 godina, treba očuvati tu instituciju.”

Glavni direktor HUP-a Damir Zorić gostovao je na N1 odmah nakon ministra Tomislava Ćorića koji je govorio o mjerama za pomoć ekonomiji Hrvatske i mogućnostima da se mjere možda ublaže narednih tjedana.

Voditelja je zanimalo je li, odnosno koliko je Zorić zadovoljan postojećim mjerama pomoći tvrtkama zbog epidemije covida-19.

“Naravno da nisam zadovoljan. Čim postoje mjere, to znači da nije dobro stanje”, odgovorio je prvi čovjek HUP-a.

Nitko ne može biti zadovoljan

“S tim mislim da nitko ne može biti zadovoljan, osobito poduzetnici. Njima je na neki način ugroženo njihovo prirodno okruženje”, kazao je i dodao:

“Kažu, eto, da je to objektivno stanje, da je to doprinos pametnim odlukama kako bi spasili od pandemije sve drugo, osobito turističku sezonu, pa ćemo...
